Appartement très bien placé, lac à 5 min à pied, centre ville à 15 min. Commerces et pharmacie juste à côté, médecins et urgences à 10min en voiture (nous en avons fait l'expérience !). Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de l'appartement qui est très spacieux, les chambres sont grandes, les pièces fonctionnelles. Il fait un peu chaud l'été mais un climatiseur,des rafraichisseurs d'air et des ventilateurs sont à disposition. De plus, les personnes qui habitent sur le lieu sont adorables. Je recommande !

We had a great stay in Maison Du Lac. The house is very spacial, but the furniture could get an upgrade. I really liked the kitchen though because it had so many tools for coffee, oven dishes, salads and even a blender. The host is very communicative and quickly replies to any question. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the area. The lake nearby, the park, the old town with its markets, cycle tours and walks in the mountains. I can absolutely recommend the house and area to families with children!

Très belle localisation avec place de parking à quelques centaines de mètres du lac
Positive: Très belle batisse ancienne dans un écrin de verdure. L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage dans les toits mais nous n'avons pas eu de problème avec la chaleur. L'état général de l'appartement est un peu défraichi et mériterait un peu de rafraichissement mais les espaces sont grands et lumineux. Negative: La literie de la première chambre double pourrait être plus confortable, un séjour de 7 jours était le maximum pour notre dos ;-)

Wir haben uns in der charmanten Wohnung wohlgefühlt.
Positive: Tolle Lage, stillvolles Gebäude. Gratis Parkplatz und Schuppen für Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Viele Zimmer in der Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, WLAN sehr gut. Eine Badewanne und zwei Duschkabinen vorhanden, eine Toilette. Alles ist recht sauber und im guten Zustand. Negative: Beim heißen Wetter wird es in der Wohnung auch ziemlich heiß. Es gibt keine richtige Klimaanlage, es sind jedoch elektrische Geräte mit Kühlfunktion aufgestellt Manche Stellen an den Wänden sind renovierungsbedürftig.

Positive: Appartement spacieux et confortable; attention, il y fait très chaud ! Negative: La récupération des clés à été TRES compliquée. La communication avec la Conciergerie du Lac est à revoir en totalité. Différents interlocuteurs qui ne répondent pas aux messages, et qui ne connaissent pas du tout les lieux (du coup, nous n'avons pas eu de gaz pendant 24h; sur un weekend de 2 jours, ça fait beaucoup !)

La propriétaire m a envoyé un mot charmant pour s excuser. En effet nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement vétuste et glacé car ils avaient oublié de mettre le chauffage en route.Le problème est que la plupart des radiateurs ne fonctionne pas et sont doublé par des convecteurs électriques de basse qualité que nous n avons pas osé laissser en marche tellement il sentait le grillé; plutôt que des excuses je pense que la propriétaire aurait du nous rembourser une partie et surtout ne devrait plus pouvoir louer cet appartement qui ne correspond pas aux critères d un logement décent.

Good location. Plenty of space, but dated and very hot in the summer as this is an attic apartment. I found the host slow to respond at times. Could be a nice place but needs a bit of TLC.

The apartment was lovely and full of character with a nice vintage vibe. Would definitely go again, the only drawback is there is only one toilet. For a large group that his can be inconvenient when you are in the house together. A very good location as it’s near the lake and walking distance from town. Good kitchen facilities if you like to cook and a dishwasher to make life easier. Thankyou for the nice welcoming touches and the neighbourhood is nice and friendly too.

House has a lot of potential. Beautiful from outside and could be perfect also from inside if someone with visual eye could arrange it again. There are such gorgeous old furniture and a lot of interesting old stuff! There also could be another toilet in such a big place,but we managed with our three children. Place was quite noicy and hot. Have to use the earplugs during the nights. ( just me) Location was great. Just few minutes to the beach. (About 10?) Communication was friendly, but there were at least five (or more) people who aswered to our questions. Nice place to stay anyway!

Very good location. 10 min walk to the lake, 20 min to town center and supermarket across the road. Photos are accurate. But the downside for us were: 1) flat is at 3rd floor and there is no lift 2) there is only 1 toilet which is a massive struggle if you are staying 6 people (the property is marked as 2 bathrooms but has in total 1 toilet and 2 showers)

We loved staying here. Traveling with my wife, our son, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons (4 and 1). The third floor accommodations were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed having access to the yard and the location is great to the lake and downtown. Très bon séjour. Le logement est très bien placé à 10min à pied du lac. Draps et serviettes de bain fournies. La cuisine est bien équipée et l'hôte laisses quelques petites attentions très agréables. Parfait pour un we entre amis !

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Annecy et sa région. Taille idéale pour une famille nombreuse dans un quartier calme mais proche du centre malgré tout. Certains points seraient à revoir pour que cette location soit excellente et nous avons rarement pu bénéficier des 2 places de parking prévues dans l'annonce. Si les propriétaires procèdent à qq aménagements je recommande ce bien sans hésiter.

On circule bien dans cette location . Deux salles de bains , c'est très agréable lorsqu'on est nombreux ! l'équipement est bien calculé. Attention , l'été c'est une étuve impossible à rafraîchir malgré les appareils mis à disposition . Accueil exceptionnel du coté de la conciergerie du lac tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ , Merci beaucoup.

We spent some relaxing days in this spacious apartment. There were 7 of us (4 adults, 3 children) and it never felt crowded. Surrounded by a lovley garden. Still very central.

Annecy Experience
The apartment was in a nice location. It does require quite a few stairs but it was large. We had private parking and a nice kitchen. Our only complaints were the chairs in the kitchen and some of the pictures on the wall didn't add to the French experience. They were not comfortable chairs and some were unsturdy folding chairs. The posters would be best not on the wall. Overall we still thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the apartment was a great home base near groceries and local stores.
