Logement conforme à la description. Idéalement bien situé ! Au cœur d’Annecy, à proximité de tout : lieu à visiter, lac d’Annecy, parking (peu cher je tiens à le souligner c’était un peu ma crainte mais les forfaits sont très accessibles), location de vélos, restaurants, glaciers, boutiques au pied de l’immeuble et petit marché sympa le mardi matin ! Le petit moins : la douche qui a un petit souci de conception. Paroi de douche non adaptée, donc l’eau coule lors des douches… Sinon très beau logement, bien agencé, équipé et jolie déco. Bon moment passé en famille.

Séjour de 2 nuits sur place, à 2. Appartement bien placé, il ne faut cependant pas craindre les odeurs du restaurant juste en dessous. Parfait pour 2, mais à 4 je pense qu’on mange vite d’intimité étant donner que le lit et le canapé sont à côté.

The best thing about the apartment was the location. Several parking places nearby ( paid or free) Very well decorated and cozy. The only weak point was the kitchen and the kitchenware. Very small and with few utensils.

Great place to stay in the heart of the old town. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and friendly responses from the host. Would recommend to anyone visiting Annecy (as long as you can manage the stairs as it is an attic apartment.)👍

The place was well located in Annecy old town. That was the best part. the place could be perfect but unfortunately it is ran by a company rather than one airbnb host! Questions on the first day were never answered. We had to make up the bed for our kids on the couch and find the linen in cupboards. No big problem but just a little hassle. The shower floods the floor as it isn't sealed properly. The knives are blunt so couldn't even cut bread. Toaster didn't work. Only one mug so had to take turns. It's a shame as this place has the potential to be a 5 star place given it's location and the cuteness of the space. Just needs a personal touch to get it up to level. I wondered why the star rating was not higher before we went and I think this is why. But if you are planning on being in restaurants and out and about the whole time these things shouldn't bother you.

Nous avons passé un superbe week end de 3 nuits ! Logement très bien situé, bien isolé malgré l’affluence dans les rues justes en dessous. Le seul point négatif et qui n’est pas vraiment spécifié sur l’annonce est qu’il faut se garer au parking de l’hôtel de ville, payant et qui revient assez cher si vous y restez quelques jours ! Aussi, l’appartement étant placé juste au dessus d’un restaurant, les remontées de fortes odeurs désagréables sont à noter; mais pour des personnes comme nous qui sortons de 9h le matin à 22h le soir, cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça ! Malgré ces deux petits points négatifs, l’appartement en lui même reste exceptionnel, à proximité de tout, on s’y sent bien et l’absence de bruit due à son insonorisation amène un sentiment de bien être et de calme absolu. Nous recommandons absolument 😌

A prime location, with the old town and local market on your doorstep! Be mindful before booking that you will be climbing multiple spiral stairs in order to get to the attic. The only feedback I can give is there are no coffee pods provided for the Nespresso machine if that is something you are interested in! And, the beautifully detailed document on recommendations and attic info provided is quite outdated, with one of the recommended locations being closed and there no longer being a speaker in the attic. Otherwise, it was a lovely and cosy stay.

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans ce joli cocon idéalement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Décorer avec goût et préparer avec soin pour notre arrivée, nous recommandons parfaitement les lieux. Avec le merveilleux temps sur Annecy, la conciergerie a prit soin de mettre à disposition un ventilateur qui nous a été très utile et nous vous en remercions beaucoup pour ce geste ! Annecy nous a conquit, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir 🙂

Chouette appartement Très bien situé dans l’hyper centre d’Annecy. Très accueillant et très bien décoré. Petit bémol : le fait d’être situé dans le centre fait qu’il y a des restaurants dans l’environnement très proche. Donc il y a quelques odeurs de cuisson. Se situe dans un grenier comme le dit l’annonce. Donc en cas de fortes chaleurs ça peut être dérangeant. Se situe au 4e étage sans escaliers (aussi mentionné dans l’annonce) Donc éviter les grosses valises car ça monte pas mal (tout bon pour les mollets :-) )

amazing place if you want to be right at the heart of the old town. Although pretty noisy during annecy festival, and with warm nights and windows open you can hear the partying. really well decorated and a lovely space to sit and relax in. More than one coat hanger would of been helpful though :-)

We enjoyed the neighborhood a lot. The light in the apartment was lovely and the sitting area very comfortable. In other areas, the beams make it hard to move without banging your head. Of concern was the toaster which caused sparks in the outlet, and the circuit breaker went off all the time. Also having no wifi for the first whole day and again the last day made planning very difficult and costly using our data.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce joli logement. À première vue, le Airbnb peut faire peur car on passe devant le local poubelle d'un restaurant. Mais après être montés à l'étage, on tombe sur un adorable cocon, bien décoré. Le lit était très confortable. C'est très calme. Le logement est en plein centre, entouré d'une multitude de restaurants et commerces, et il est à deux pas du lac d'Annecy. L'hôte est à l'écoute et réactif par messages. On nous a très vite livré les éléments dont on manquait dans le logement Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de verres à vin dans la cuisine

We loved our stay at the Attic! The location couldn't have been more perfect; it's right in the heart of the old town, just a few steps away from the Palais de L'Isle. Outside our window, we could see the castle on the nearby hill. The apartment was clean, well decorated, and the bed felt like a cloud. The only thing that bothered us was that the shower door didn't exactly close so the water leaked a little on the floor; certainly nothing to sway our opinion about this place though. 9.9/10 MUST STAY

Situé en plein centre de la vieille ville, idéal pour vos balades ! très vite serré pour quatre personnes mais fonctionnel ! Le logement se situe tout près d’une boîte de nuit, ce qui peut être contraignant pour les amateurs de calme la nuit, cependant vous n’entendrez rien du tout, avec les fenêtres fermées. Hôte , très réactif !

Loved this location! It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Gare d'Annecy and was truly right in the middle of downtown. All of our attractions, including the lake, were only a few minutes walk away. The Attic space was very unique and quite comfortable for quick breaks and evening sleep.

We first arrived at our loft apartment but unfortunately it had not been cleaned from the last guests. We contacted our host right away and they were very responsive and understanding. Mielle helped us with the option to move to a neighboring apartment or to wait 1/2 hours until the cleaners come. We understand things like this can happen but it’s how you sort it out that matters and Mielle really helped us! Great place with an amazing location right in the old town of Annecy. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very cosy and beautiful flat, with nice framed views over the rooftops. Very comfortable bed. Very responsive host, we had a minor plumbing issue and it was fixed within hours. Oh, and perfect location in the heart of the old town near all the nicest cafés and restaurants.

Petit studio très bien situé dans le vieil Annecy et très bien décoré avec tout le nécessaire. Proximité immédiate de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Attention : escalier assez raide et entrée surprenante en passant par l’arrière d’un restaurant mais une fois dans l’appartement : havre de paix. Poutres assez basses pour les grands mais en faisant attention cela n’est pas gênant au quotidien. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci pour le séjour et la réactivité.

Emplacement au top, parfait pour les personnes sans moyen de transport. L’appartement est très sympa, propre, bien décoré (attention aux grands, les poutres font mal ;-)). La communication avec l’hôte est bonne. Quelques minis points négatifs : les odeurs de nourriture dans le couloir (proximité d’un restaurant) et les 3 étages à monter à pied (mais avec tout ce qu’on mange ça permet d’éliminer au moins !) Dans tous les cas on recommande sans aucune hésitation !!!

This place was awesome. Its right where you want to be location wise. Interior is fabulously appointed. Decent kitchen if you just have to cook something(its france. What are you doing?! 😄) Bed is big, warm, and comfortable. Couch was a huge plus. Shower was great. Wifi works awesome. You’re in an attic so it will be four short flights(worth it!) if you have mobility issues. Would not hesitate to stay again. Bummed we weren’t there longer. Just book it already!

Positive: Annecy ! j ai habite a annecy durant plus de 40ans, tres beau lac et belle promenade par contre le vielle ville est tres bruyante, sale et beaucoup de mendiants avec chien sans laisse dans les basses rue !! c est pas tres propre la vielle ville ... Annecy par son decor naturel plus le lac est splendide mais la partie medievale ne vaut pas grd chose, la mairie ne fait plus grd effort pour la conserver ! SVP ne faite pas l' erreur de louer dans cette partie de la ville . Negative: D avoir loué un espace sous les toits avec une chaleur insuportable et de ne pas pouvoir laisser les fenetres ouvertes car la cuisine du resto dans l immeuble a sa cheminee d extracción des fumees a la hauteur des fenetres, la salle douche lavabo est vraiment tres petite pour un type de 1,83, 100kg, autrement l escalier d'acces est vraiment casse gueule et cela n apparait pas sur la publicite de Booking.com(photo ci joint) . Autrement l'acces au 3ieme etage est vraiment glauque ! le couloir d'acces de l'entree, la peinture des murs en mauvais etat, sales, et malodorant lie aux odeurs de cuisine du resto qui donne dans le couloir, ensuite les escaliers d'acces jusqu' a l apart du 3ieme , une horreur ! cela n'apparait absolument pas dans la promotion !

Positive: La localisation dans le vieux centre est très bien pour éviter de prendre la voiture. Assez spacieux pour une famille 2 adultes et 2 ados. Pas de climatisation mais il y a un ventilateur performant. Vue sur le château depuis les velux salon chambre. Réactivité de la conciergerie pour le problème de ménage. Negative: Problème de propreté ! Toiles et moutons de poussière partout, obligé de sortir l’aspirateur à l’arrivée dans le logement. Sous le canapé et le lit c’était rempli de saletés, excédés nous avons donc contacté La conciergerie qui a proposé de faire repasser la personne du ménage, mieux mais toujours pas nickel. On voit que le ménage n’est pas fait correctement, ne regardez pas derrière la douche c est immonde, les plaintes sont sales, même les spots lumineux sont sales. Bref, c’est vivable quand-même, et si besoin il y a des produits d’entretien. Un vrai ménage en profondeur ferait du bien à cet appartement. La cage d’escalier est très sale, Passage vers les poubelles du restaurant, les odeurs du restaurant en rez de chaussé ne sont pas très agréables, ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres qui donnent sur la cour intérieur. Situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, puis encore un étage dans l’appartement. Bon à savoir pour les personnes qui auraient des problèmes de santé. Très bas de plafond, à éviter pour les personnes grandes.

Positive: Appartement très bien placé, très joliment et intelligemment aménagé. Tres agréable pour quelques jours au coeur de la vieille ville. Forcément il faut prévoir le parking en plus (celui de l'hôtel de ville n'est pas très cher et pas loin). Comme nous y étions pendant une période de canicule, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le ventilateur disponible. Negative: Placé au dessus d'un restaurant et donc forcément quelques odeurs remontent.

The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly when we needed help with things like turning on the heat and checking in. They also have a sheet of paper with lists of recommendations around town (one bar my sister and I went to our first night and had a blast). Definitely a memorable experience overall!

We would highly recommend this apartment if you plan to stay in Annecy. The apartment, as advertised, is located directly in the middle of all of the action of historic Annecy, surrounded by food, stores, and people. It is an easy walk to the water, and a pleasant 30-min walk to Annecy-de-Vieux (where we rented kayaks). Parking was easy in the recommended garage. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, and communication was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy with a lockbox. Mind the low ceilings if you're tall so you don't hit your head. Also be aware that there is no elevator, so you must be able to climb three floors. Overall, we were very pleased. Thank you for the accommodation!

Très bel endroit, bien placé, accessible et propre, avec une jolie vue sur les toits d'Annecy et la tour Perriere. On dort au pied de Winterfell :) Les adresses recommandées sont superbes, que ce soit O'Savoyard ou Mamie Lise, je recommande aussi le restaurant L'Incandescence, superbe lieu.

A small but very clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location in the old town. The entrance was a bit hard to find as it was a very narrow and crowded street and the main door was next to a restaurant. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but that was not a problem for us. We had a little issue checking in as I hadn't received the instructions but luckily the host answered our calls quickly. The apartment was a little hot in the night as the weather had been warm but there was a fan provided which helped a little. We tried some of the restaurants which the hosts had recommended and we were not disappointed. All in all we had a very pleasant stay in Annecy.

Location is great, right in the heart of the old town near several castles and old churches, which however brings some challenges, such as inaccessibility for taxi (we had to dropoff about 200 meters away, that was sort of an issue when you have a lot of luggage and an infant baby with you); noise from the street and nearby restaurant inner kitchens; crowds of people at the doorstep. The apartment is located on a 3rd floor accessible only via a rather steep spiral stairway plus some extra steps (since it’s an attic). Again, if you have a lot of luggage, you must be in a good athletic shape to move your stuff upstairs.. apart from that, the building has quite some charm, being very old, interesting to experience living in it. The place itself was neat and clean (though quite small in area). We were happy to see several nespresso capsules and a paper with tips how to get around (special thank for advising Chez Mamie Lise!! the place is just amazing with superfriendly staff and great cuisine). The only issue with the apartment itself was heat.. we stayed there for three weeks in July, one of them being quite hot (reaching 35 DegC during the day), and we suffered a lot in the afternoon and evenings. There’s obviously no a/c, and the fan wasn’t really solving the problem. Communication with the host was efficient and quick. With that said, the place is best for short trips with a few luggage, especially if you opt for nights out.. Value for money seems good for the area!

Absolutely perfect space for 4 of us, one of a kind accommodation. Small, but amazingly efficient space, has everything that you may possibly want for your short stay, and it was also very clean. It even has a beach/picnic blanket:) Communication with hosts was great too. It does get noisy at night, but that was a small price to pay to be in the middle of all the action.

Petit bémol la chaleur résiduelle dans cet appartement mansardé qui oblige à ouvrir les fenêtres pour faire des courants d'air, impose de subir le bruit des employés communaux des 6h00 du matin ou des fêtards tardifs. Une clim serait la bienvenue. À notre avis, le forfait ménage non négociable pour un week-end de 2 jours est excessif, 2 tier du tarif location 1 nuit... Ceci dit, je recommande cet appartement et cet hôte, nous réserverons au même endroit lors de notre séjour su Annecy.

The old town is outside the doors (many winding steps down from the attic), with shopping, delicious food and drink, fun wine bars, and a short walk to a stroll along the lake. Relaxing and lovely. Only issue would be for tall folks as there are attic rafters that are to be avoided in spots. Also, the hot water only works at night.

Les 4 jours passés dans ce studio sous les toits, nous ont donné l’impression d’être dans un mini chalet avec une ambiance très boisé! Belle charpente apparente, appartement lumineux, spacieux, très propre, bien équipé ( micro onde, lave vaisselle, machine à café avec 4 capsules café laissé généreusement par notre hôtes , grille pain, aspirateur, serviette de bain, torchon, rangements spacieux...). Idéalement placé en plein cœur de la vieille ville avec de nombreux bars, resto au pied de l’immeuble et à deux pas du sublime lac! À noter que le studio se situe au 4ieme étage sans ascenseur et que le dernier étage est un peu sportif avec la valise!!! Mais c’est ce qui fait tout son charme! Nous recommandons ce logement au cachet savoyard.

Krásné útulné místo. Je velmi klidné byť je přímo v rušném historickém centru. Velmi blízko k jezeru i na procházky do hor v okolí. Byli jsme v doporučených restauracích, kde jsme si moc pochutnali na místních specialitách. Líbila se nám ranní atmosféra trhů konaných 2 x týdně. Annecy je celkově nádherné město.

Lovely cosy attic apartment in the heart of the old town. Very clean, neat and it had everything that we needed. We enjoyed opening the windows and being able to hear the gentle bustle of the old town below, but with the windows closed you're in your own quiet space with a fan for when it got warm at night. Great hosts and I would definitely recommend the attic and stay there again!

Prima verblijf gehad in de dagen dat we er waren. Het was in eerste instantie wel even zoeken naar de voordeur van het huis, maar toen we die hadden gevonden ging alles meer dan soepel. Het huis ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's en de eigenaren van het huis waren gewoon bereikbaar voor vragen. De locatie is perfect wanneer je graag de deur uit wilt stappen en meteen in een authentieke sfeer terecht wilt komen. Het dorpje Annecy is namelijk al mooi, maar i.c.m. de markt en de restaurantjes maakt het deze straat helemaal een gouden locatie.

The attic is a beautiful space in a great location. However, we had one issue which really ruined our stay. When we arrived in the afternoon there was no hot water - after 2 nights of no hot water (we did have a small amount in the morning but it was used within 2 showers) the hosts informed us that they have set their hot water so that it only reheats between 11pm and 7am. So if the guests before you use all the hot water, sorry - none for you until tomorrow morning. 😐 Apart from this one issue we loved the apartment and the location.

The Attic is perfectly located in the heart of Annecy's old town. It is a charming little paradise flat, up in the loft of a lovely old building with a very French feel. We were very pleased to feel like locals staying here. Everything you need or want in Annecy is on your doorstep - yet even when we had one morning of pouring rain we were very happy snuggled up in our loft! Nathalie is a very efficient communicator, who replied kindly and promptly to our every need! We can't thank you enough. We'll definitely be back to Annecy - and will be staying here again!

This accommodation is perfectly located for the old town with its shops and restaurants and of course the bustling markets! We were able to visit the lake daily as it is only a few minutes away and then at night time relax in the attic whilst still feeling connected to the goings on within the town. Our 13 year old daughter particularly liked the fact we had our own self- contained little place and the hosts ensured that we had every mod con ( including hairdryer) to make our stay comfortable. For our first try with air bnb we could not have asked for a better all- rounder! Just be mindful that as the old town is pedestrianised there is no car access to drop off luggage. We were helpfully advised by the hosts to park in the town hall underground carpark and to buy a long stay ticket( we bought a 5 day ticket) Next time we will bring less luggage as this was a little bit of a struggle getting from the carpark and then up the spiral staircase to the attic( a hint for my daughter and I to pack less next time) Otherwise a pain- free and thou roughly enjoyable stay. You must try the food downstairs at the number 7 restaurant and will need to book at busy times.

We found the attic just as described- clean, in the center of the attractions at old town but quiet and calm. We loved having a view of the castle and being able to walk out the door and be at the lake within 5 minutes. Nathalie and Anthony were very helpful with leaving a list of their favorite restaurants and things to do and were very responsive with communication. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Attic. The location is perfect as you have so many little coffee shops and restaurants right at your door step. We had an issue with the main door being closed by another tenant of one of the surrounding apartments, and were helped straight away by our lovely hosts. If you are visiting Annecy, and want to be close to the centre of town, then stay here. Beautifully decorated inside, and everything you need aswell.

Ne connaissant pas Annecy, nous étions agréablement surpris d être si bien placés, au cœur des monuments historiques, entre le Palais de l Île et le château ! Il y a tout ce qu il faut dans votre logement, c est confortable et le wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

A l'intérieur la propreté est impeccable, tout est très fonctionnel, tous les aliments de base à disposition (sucre thé café , beurre confiture ainsi que les produits d hygiène de base) Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour cette attention ainsi que pour la feuille récapitulative des choses recommandées dans la région avec par exemple des choix de restaurants etc.. C'est un petit nid logé en haut des habitations sous les toits avec vu sur le château et sur l'ancienne prison. Je le conseil vraiment au voyageur qui veulent visiter la Venise des Alpes (Annecy) . Nous en avons été très satisfait. Logement très propre, lumineux, chaleureux, neuf, et hôtes très disponible en cas de besoin.

Propre, comme neuf, bien décoré, chaleureux, lumineux, accueillant, les qualificatifs ne manquent pas ! Tout cela pour un prix plus que raisonnable, je recommande sans hésitations !

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The appartment was just perfect and everything worked out fine. We loved the charme of the flat and it really is so central! There are a lot of nice restaurants around this place and you see the castle directly from your room windows :) The hosts answored every of our mails really quickly and the fact that we weren't depending on someone to open the door for us when we arrived made the whole thing so much more convenient. The bed was very comfortable as well. We can 100% recommend this place and it's hosts!!!

The Attic was a great place to stay. The location cannot be beat, the hosts were very easy to deal with, the cleanliness of the accommodation was good and the coziness of The Attic was more than I expected. I would highly consider staying here again when I return to Annecy. The one downfall of The Attic is the angled ceiling, which forces you to duck at times. Having said that, it is an Attic after all and I didn't expect anything different. The hosts have everything provided from soap and toilet paper to a Bluetooth speaker and cleaning supplies. This place deserves top marks!

The place is beautiful, pictures don't do it quite justice. Be sure to ask for two codes to get I to the building as the first is to get into the front door and the second is for the key pad.

What a cute little attic in the heart of old town. It made everything easy to access and check in was also easy. The bed was comfortable and decor was lovely! We were very hot for 2 of the 5 nights as the temperature was 37 degrees for 2 days. The attic was very warm with no AC. Other than that, having the windows open and the fan on, the temperature was fine. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is incredible. It’s located in the most beautiful part of town, and the attic is decorated in a thoughtful way that makes it feel like home. The views from the apartment are amazing as well. We loved walking around the old town and the place is close to great bakeries, restaurants, and meat/cheese shops, not to mention the best farmer’s market I’ve ever seen! We went skiing in La Clusaz one day and it was super easy to take the bus (1 hr) from the train station only ten minutes away from the attic. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Annecy!

Séjour de 2 semaines à trois (2 adultes et un enfant): Situation de la location idéale en plein coeur du centre historique dans un secteur piétonnier; garer le véhicule parking de la Tournette (ou Hôtel de Ville sinon), tous payants Prévoir de bonnes jambes pour monter les quatre étages (mais bon...on est à la montagne, non?) Location très calme une fois les châssis de toit fermés...mais très chaude; utilisation du ventilateur fourni indispensable pour passer la nuit Lit confortable, le canapé-lit reste un canapé-lit... Location refaite récemment à neuf et conviviale, électroménager complet Bémol : la cabine de douche mérite une remise à niveau (un des 2 pommeau défectueux, portes récalcitrantes et évacuation des eaux difficile); à vérifier pour les prochains locataires... Globalement satisfaisant

Juste des petits problèmes d'électricité (plaque de cuisson et four micro onde), difficulté d'utiliser la clef et de WC (remplissage d'eau et abattant) qui font que l'appréciation général de cette appartement n'est pas parfaite. c'est dommageable. heureusement que la conciergerie répond au téléphone et est réactive.
