Our party of 5 arrived by train rather late after traveling from the Loire Valley and truly exhausted after a week of filmmaking. We were warmly greeted in front of the apartment and shown around the apartment - which is as beautiful as the photographs in the listing - if not more so. It's very spacious and the kitchen has all your needs. The master bedroom is very large with super comfortable bed and large tub and separate shower. I should add that there is an elevator - which is great! The apartment is a very short walking distance to the lake/park and to all the shopping in the area and lots of great restaurants. I highly recommend L'Etage - right across the street. Annecy is so charming and I'd go back both to the city and the apartment in a heartbeat!

Appartement véritablement très spacieux et proposant une décoration hors du commun. Latifa nous a accueilli à l’arrivée et nous a expliqué toutes les subtilités de l’appartement et du quartier. Elle a également réservé pour nous, à notre arrivée, un très bon restaurant (l’Etage) situé juste en face. A noter que l’appartement se situe dans une rue piétonne donc le déchargement des baggages se fait à 300 mètres environ de l’appartement. Une carte de parking est fournie permettant de se garer gratuitement au parking Bonlieu très proche.

Fairy tale, gorgeous, spacious three bedroom apartment in the heart of Annecy
Positive: Beautiful apartment, above a very busy street filled with restaurants and bars. Fantastic large lounge that overlooked the street with distant water views. Very functional kitchen and dining room, it was so nice, it made leaving to do touristy things difficult! Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were a visual delight. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was a fantastic location to enjoy Annecy. Hosts were accomodating with an early check in and we loved the coffee machine. Negative: Not sure what could have been improved, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided. The apartment is above a street with vibrant restaurants and bars so there is noise at night but the rear bedrooms were quiet, only the main bedroom could hear the frivolity - but that's part of the appeal!

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the old city centre in Annecy. The apartment is in a historic building and is full of amazing furniture and artwork; the photos don't even begin to do the place justice; it really is like staying in a palace. The view from the window in the corner of the living room is brilliant, looking out along the street all the way to the lake and the mountains beyond. The location is absolutely perfect as well, on a bustling pedestrian street in the old city, just a short walk from the river and the parks by the lake, and it's close to the train station as well if you're arriving by train. While the street outside can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to all the restaurants, with the windows closed you can't hear a thing from outside. The host company was very responsive and friendly, meeting us upon arrival and departure to walk through the apartment and explain everything. Could not have had a better stay!

Absolutely stunning! It felt like a palace with the beautiful decor! The location was perfect with views of the mountains and wonderful choices for restaurants nearby. Upon arrival, we were greeted and shown around the apartment. They also had a bottle of wine for us and personal slippers to begin our holiday in style! Each bathroom also had body gels and soaps! This is a real standout place! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

What a wonderful apartment and location. It was perfect for 3 couples as all rooms were fabulous with en-suite bathrooms
Positive: We loved everything about this property but especially the size and the styling. Negative: The property was amazing but we didn’t like the caretaker arriving at 9.30am on our day of checkout which was 10am. She was walking around checking everything when people were using the bathroom and trying to pack up and leave.

Positive: This really was exceptional. The position was perfect… near the lake and in the old town but it was easy to get to the train station. They also have somewhere to park if you have a car. Prior to our time there, Coralie was very helpful via emails to help us plan activities. Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like!

There is no downside to this beautiful apartment. Perfect location; stunning decor; well laid out; spacious; gracious. Kitchen is well-appointed and easy to use. Three full bathrooms and one half bath, with three gracious bedrooms give everyone private space. The entry hallway and laundry are added bonuses. Parking is a 3 minute walk away, the Monoprix is a block away if you need anything, and restaurants, the waterfront, and canals are all right there. Easily the best accommodations in Annecy.

What an incredible place!! It was like living in a palace for a few days.. such a unique and historical apartment in a wonderful position in the old town of Annecy and close to the lake and restaurants and boulangeries. It really exceeded our expectations- even larger and more luxurious than the photos depict. Lovely touches with slippers for guests, wine and olive oil as gifts. A wonderful place for our family reunion- highly recommend a stay in this unique and beautiful apartment

Amazingly wonderful, luxurious apartment.
Positive: Delightfully crazy apartment in the middle of Annecy. Decorated floor to ceiling in paintings of cherubs, Rubenesque women, replicas of old masters and old tapestries. Absolutely over the top but so much fun to stay in. Had everything we needed and so comfortable. Perfectly located in the tourist centre and near to the lake. Management on the opposite side of the hall helped with a bleeping smoke alarm that needed a battery changing. Negative: Could have done with bigger mugs for tea. Otherwise perfect.

Stunning apartment in stunning location.
Positive: Excellent location, but that's just an aside. The apartment itself is so magnificent that none of us felt like going outside, We just wanted to sit in the apartment and enjoy the decor and ambience it created. Everything you need is around the apartment and the proximity to park and lake meant you can go from the little streets to the Alpine view within minutes. Negative: Nothing, it is perfect.

Positive: Un charme fou, un accueil top, une situation idéale. Une adresse à retenir 👍 Negative: Deux petits bémol qui n'ont rien entachés la qualité du séjour. Le frigo est très poussif et c'est dommage que la literie ne soit pas à la hauteur du logement - qualité du matelas et largeur des lits.

Appartement exceptionnel, proche de tout!
Positive: L'appartement tient toutes ses promesses : surface, hauteur de plafond, déco, certes un peu chargée mais qui fait son charme, le très grand salon avec clim, les 3 suites (chacune avec salle d'eau et dressing) et l'emplacement proche de tout (lac, commerces, restaurants...). La rue piétonne est animée, mais les fenêtres jouent parfaitement leur rôle, une fois fermées. Merci à Latifa pour son accueil et sa ponctualité (à l'arrivée comme au départ) et bravo à la Conciergerie pour sa réactivité lorsque nous avons rencontré un problème (pied de lit cassé dés notre arrivée mais que nous avons constaté un peu tard...lors du coucher)! Negative: En revanche, petit bémol sur la propreté: toilettes sales (2 sur 4), tiroirs à couverts et placard à casseroles également, lavabo bouché dans une salle d'eau... Dommage, car c'est un élément important sur l'appréciation global d'un séjour! Il semblerait toutefois que l'équipe (accueil et Conciergerie) se soit mobilisée pour y palier, dés notre départ.

Superb, superb superb!!! Appartements D'Exception was an amazing place to stay. Exactly the perfect French apartment we were wanting to stay at. Beautiful rooms with French Architecture in abundance, outstanding roomy accommodation. Extremely clean and having cleaners twice per week was a bonus. Coralie and staff were amazing, extremely helpful and polite any time we had a query. Perfect position in the centre of town, close to restaurants, shops and public transport.

This place is very strategic. You can easily find restaurants, shops, and also a huge and beautiful park! This place is historical yet modern. It was built in 1801 and got renovated but still leave the original style of old France. I was amazed at first with their facade and can't believe I will stay here! But the gate opens automatically, proving that this old place is modern! The interior is very artsy also. This place will suite you, especially for people who love art and history.

Amazing apartment. Easily the nicest we’ve ever stayed at using AirBNB. 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. Large closet spaces in each room. Nice kitchen. Large living room with comfortable couches. Good WiFi. Hand painted murals on the walls made it feel truly special. Amazing location near the lake and restaurants but also not too crazy of an area either.

An amazing place that is so much more than the pictures. Centrally located in the old town and perfect to access the food markets for fabulous produce and the beautiful lake. We wished we could have stayed longer than our three nights. Staying in the off season meant this place was exceptional value for money. The owner and concierge were incredibly responsive and helpful Do yourself a favour and stay here! You will not be disappointed

This apartment, housed in an historic 17th-century building, with high, decoratively painted ceilings, and artworks painted on all of the interior doors, is unbelievably beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. Every time we walked into the apartment we smiled at our good fortune to be staying there. My colleagues and I were sharing it for a meeting, and there was plenty of meeting space, as well as en-suite bathrooms for all. It is a 3-minute walk from the water and the most famous views of the city. Lionel and the team at the apartment were exceptionally accommodating, flexible, and responsive.

Great place to stay. Stylish, quirky and fantastic to be right in the middle of town. We hired bikes for the week, which we could keep safely locked away inside the building. We felt like the von Trapp family cycling out in the mornings. Was tempted to use the amazing curtains to make matching clothing for the family but refrained!

Excellent établissement
Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, chaque chambre possède sa propre salle d'eau et tout le monde peut être indépendant tout en partageant les espaces communs, très spacieux et confortables. L'appartement est hyper bien situé, dans une rue très commerçante, avec des restaurants. A proximité immédiate du centre ville et du lac, on ne peut juste pas faire mieux ! Nous aurions tellement aimé que la cheminée soit utilisable en état de fonctionnement...!

Magnifique appartement en plein centre
Quelle belle découverte! L’appart est magnifique et le service très sympathique. Il y a la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans un parking souterrain situé à 3’ à pied. La climatisation du salon apporte une belle fraîcheur dans tout l’appartement. Les lits sont confortables et l’atmosphère royale. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine pour créer de bons petits plats si vous ne voulez pas déguster ceux des magnifiques restaurants du coin. N’hésitez pas! Séjour merveilleux!
