Le logement est très bien situé, il est inutile de prendre la voiture pour rejoindre le centre ville. L’appartement est spacieux, la cuisine est conviviale pour partager des repas entre amis. La communication a été fluide avant et pendant le séjour ce qui est très appréciable. Seule petite piste d’amélioration : la qualité des oreillers.

Le logement est sublime, tout est récent et décoré avec goût. L'appartement est très bien dimensionné pour accueillir six voyageurs. Les meubles et la literie sont confortables. Il faut faire abstraction du quartier et de l'immeuble qui sont un peu moins attractifs. Nous avons pu facilement nous garer. Le seul bémol concerne le wifi qui n'a pas fonctionné durant tout notre séjour. Malgré un message envoyé à l'hôte, aucune solution n'a été trouvée. Mais la qualité de notre séjour et l'accueil de l'hôte ont totalement éclipsé ce petit désagrément. Je recommande à 100% ! Il y a un supermarché à quelques mètres, et le centre-ville est accessible à dix minutes à pied à peine.

Spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed. A bit of a walk into old town but only 5 minutes walk the supermarket. Host was kind enough to let us check in early as the apartment was ready. Be aware there is no lift. Apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Le logement est vraiment très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes de marche de la vieille ville et de la zone piétonne. Toutes les commodités à proximite. Parking privé un plus. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, très bonne literie. Le seul petit bémol est la 3ème chambre qui donne côté route et qui est donc un peu moins calme mais l'ensemble est très bien, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Points positifs : appartement bien placé car seulement 10 mins à pied de la vieille ville. Arrêt de bus (Croix Rouge) à 2 mins à pied de l'appartement. Réponse et échange rapide avec La Conciergerie. Cuisine entièrement équipée et pratique. Douche à l'italienne. Points négatifs : oreillers vraiment trop plats, table à manger trop haute (pas très confortable et pas pratique quand on mesure moins d'1m60) et pour terminer, sachant que c'est un appartement qui peut accueillir 6 personnes, il manque un peu de place côté salon pour s'asseoir tous confortablement. À noter : appartement au 2ème étage sans ascenseur.

Le logement correspond exactement aux photos. Il est très confortable et fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Seul bémol, la 3ème chambre qui donne sur la rue n'est pas utilisable en l'état, il est impossible de dormir même avec des boules quies entre minuit et 5 heures du matin.

This was our 6th stay in Annecy. The apartment is easy walking distance to the old town plus shops / restaurants/ supermarket The apartment is as described. There is one air con unit in the lounge which is strong enough to serve all 3 bedrooms . Plus each room has a floor standing fan. The area is so quiet and peaceful at night Having 2 balconies was wonderful Check in was easy and check out with Caroline was friendly and seamless . There is ample parking . Definitely recommend this apartment . Thankyou for a great stay ! 😊

The apartment's interior was just as depicted in the photographs - very clean and well-decorated. The apartment comfortably fit our family of five - two adults and three children. However, there was only AC in the main living/kitchen area, leaving the bedrooms quite hot. The fans that were provided were helpful, but it would have been good to know that there wasn't any AC in the bedrooms. Additionally, the apartment's location was not accurately represented. We had thought it was a lot closer to the old town than it was. Plus, the building itself was quite run down, letting down our expectations of both the apartment building and location.

Melanie was a fantastic host. Responsive, available and very pleasant to deal with. Melanie proactively reached out to us a day before our check-in and was very amenable to our arrival and checking-out schedule. The location is a 10 minute walk to the old-town and main lake. It is in a great location. - come out of the apartment and turn right and a straight walk up. The area was very quiet at night. There is a large supermarket (intermarche) a 3 minute walk from the apartment and a pharmacy nearer-by. Melanie was a great host and the stay in this apartment was great. There is also a Grand Frais and Lidle in the opposite direction. Being able to park right outside the apartment was great. We would highly recommend it. When we come back to Annecy (and we will come back) we will stay here in Melanie's apartment.

Overall a very well set up apartment and no difficulties in communicating with the apartment managers. The apartment is modern as shown in the pictures. But it is in an old building and some mention of the 42 steps to the apartment should be included. This would be helpful for those with limited mobility. The apartment was well appointed with lots of kitchen utensils but lacked sharp knives to allow for food preparation. Plenty of towels, tea, coffee and bathroom supplies but, as others have noted, an extra roll or two of toilet paper would be useful. We had to negotiate an arrival time but we’re able to reach mutually agreeable arrangements. Overall can recommend as a very pleasant and convenient place to stay.

What a fantastic place from which to explore glorious Annecy! Everything about the apartment was top class. We rented out bikes, which is an excellent way to tour the town and locale. It was a 4 minute cycle to the centre. Melanie helped with recommending a driver to the airport and was extremely helpful overall. We look forward to returning!

Only negatives are having to wait for key delivery/drop is a faff sure key box could be used. Building not the prettiest or immediate surroundings, but inside was perfect. No lift and a few flights of stairs to apartment.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels and washing supplies were provided. Check-in/check-out process was easy and thorough. Excellent support from Melanie, who quickly answered questions and offered support. The high quality support from Melanie justified the 5-star rating, despite the problems noted below. She’s a valuable asset to your organization! Some points to improve: -The main local contact for check-in/check-out/support should have direct access to AirBNB messages. -If you have a big family staying for several days, the proper amount of supplies should be provided (toilet paper, dishwashing machine soap, shampoo, towels, coffee, etc). A supply of 2 rolls of toilet paper for family of 5 for 3 nights is unreasonable! -Our shower drain had a small obstruction that caused overflow into the bathroom floor area with each shower (due to “walk-in” design). Check/clean drain pipes regularly! -The WLan/WiFi signal strength is horrible (none in bedrooms)

L'extérieur de l'immeuble et les parties communes mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Mais nous recommandons cette adresse.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé ! Proche de la vieille ville, ce qui permet d y aller à pied. Vous trouverez plusieurs commerces alimentaires à proximité (aldi, grand frais...). Prévoir juste des caches oeil pour ceux qui serait gênés par la lumière le matin. Excellente communication avec la conciergerie.

Positive: Very clean, spacious and nice apartment. Negative: Location on booking.com map is different from the address given. No coffee machine (which we were told would be replaced) wifi didn't work all the time.

Positive: Buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Annecy. Apartamento reformado con decoración moderna y cómodo. El conserje del hospedaje fue muy atento y buena comunicación. Tiene supermercado y panadería muy cerca. Negative: Aunque el hospedaje anuncia que tiene WIFI, realmente no tenia WIFI. El conserje intentó comunicarse con el dueño del hospedaje para aclarar si había WIFI o no pero no pudo ser contactado. Tampoco tenia aire acondicionado o algun tipo de control de temperatura. La semana que estuvimos en Annecy fue muy calurosa, por lo que estuvimos durmiendo con un poco de calor por la noches...
