L'appartamento de la Conciegerie è il luogo perfetto da cui partire alla scoperta di Annecy. La casa è ampia, comoda per 5/6 persone e fornita di tutto. Abbiamo fatto check- in di persona (no self check in!) e l'host è stato gentile e disponibile a fornirci informazioni e puntuale nelle risposte. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso nonostante la centralissima posizione. Lo consiglio certamente.

On a passez une très belle semaine dans cet appartement au coeur de la ville d'Annecy à 5 min du lac. Très bel appartement, spacieux avec un beau balcon. Cependant les lits ne sont pas tellement confortables, avec un lit qui grince dans une des chambres. Le ménage n'est pas totalement fait, notament la poussière sous les lits.

Positive: It was in the most fantastic location! Walked out the door Tuesday morning to find the most amazing farmers market ever. It was quiet and absolutely perfect. Negative: It got a bit stuffy at night. Wish there was a fan in each bedroom. Other than that it was amazing

Positive: The property is in a fantastic location in tje heart of the old part of the city. Negative: There were many frustrating and unresolved issues including a very frosted up freezer, a broken waste bin and a coffee machine that didn't work, a broken wardrobe that we couldn't open or use and a day without hot water so that we couldn't shower or bath. The entrance hall was very dirty indeed and dark. For anyone with mobility issues or small children, this property would be completely unsuitable - it's up 50 winding stone steps with no lift. This should be mentioned on the property description. The balcony could have been a great place to sit - but no one had swept piles of old leaves away or cleared up old rubbish. A really dirty window above the bath should have been cleaned. Broken cutlery. And so on. Lots of frustrating little details. In general more care and attention to detail needed.

Logement parfaitement placé (plein coeur de la vieille ville) et idéal pour les groupes de 6 personnes. 2 petits couacs pour nous: - la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et nous n'étions pas au courant (donc dosettes achetées pour rien). Apparemment elle avait été changée 10 jours avant et les propriétaires pensaient donc qu'elle fonctionnait, sûrement pas de chance pour nous, on ne peut pas vraiment leur en vouloir. - pas de WiFi dans l'appartement. Cela peut sembler anodin mais ça ne l'était pas pour nous car une personne avait prévu de travailler depuis l'appartement. Dans l'annonce, il est indiqué que le wifi est disponible (si ça ne l'était pas, pas sûr qu'on aurait choisi ce logement). Donc dommage car en dehors de ça, appart nickel, communication facile avec la conciergerie!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town with restaurants and shopping right outside. Host was very flexible with early check in and late check out which helped our family tremendously. We visited in July and the unit did get quite warm (no air conditioning), particularly upstairs where the bedrooms are. We would sleep with the window open but we would have liked more airflow. We didn’t ask if fans were available but none were in the unit. Otherwise, we liked our stay here.

בשניים מאזורי השינה היו תקרות מאוד נמוכות ומספר פעמים קיבלנו מכה בראש מן התקרה. התחזוקה ברמה נמוכה: בעת הצ'ק אין הסבירו שיש בעיה בוויפיי. בעיה זו לא נפתרה במשך כל 4 הימים בהם התארחנו וגרמה לנו הוצאות משמעותיות על תקשורת. מביקורת אחרת שפורסמה מעט לפני הגעתנו הבנו שאנו לא הראשונים שסבלו מכך. הטלוויזיה לא עבדה. מכונת הקפה לקפסולות היתה מונחת במטבח מקולקלת. חלק מן הרהיטים בלויים או שבורים. מספר נורות שרופות. פח האשפה היה שבור. לא היו שקיות אשפה נוספות כאשר הפח התמלא. כיור בחדר הרחצה היה סתום חלקית. המים היו פושרים. ביום הראשון ביקר אותנו אדם מטעם המארחים, עזר לנו לחמם את המים, שמע חלק מתלונותינו, צילם תמונות ואף נתן לנו מס' טלפון לפניות עתידיות. שלחנו אליו פניות בווטצאפ למספר שנתן. כולן נקראו ואף אחת לא נענתה. ביום השלישי הגיע טכנאי לאינטרנט שלאחר 10 דקות אמר שלא יצליח לתקן. המיקום מצויין. מאוד נהננו לרדת בבוקר לשוק האיכרים ובערב לאכול במסעדה או בגלידריה. הצ'ק אין היה אדיב, ואף מוקדם מן השעה הרשמית. גם התקשרות לגבי העזיבה הייתה בהירה ופשוטה. חנייה קרובה ולא יקרה.

Located in a very quiet building in the heart of old Annecy, everything was walkable. At the end of a street full of great shops and some amazing walking paths. The apartment has a great mixture of privacy and access. The apartment is also very large with plenty of room. Absolutely loved everything about this spot and would stay 100 times over.

Tolle Lage! Sehr praktische und einfache Übergabe der Schlüssel. Die Übergabe war etwas hektisch und wirkte als ob Sie etwas in Eile war. Wir waren zu viert und die zentrale Lage war auch mit einem Baby sehr praktisch. Ziemlich steile Treppen und im 3. Stock, gut überwindbar. Jedoch sonst nichts auszusetzen :)

Amazing location! Everything was super close and easy to get to. We could even walk to the property from the train station, which was great. The view from the back balcony over to rooftops was great too. Something to note is that there is a popular lookout spot on the hill behind the property and people can see into the lounge, especially at night. This didn't really bother us, but it might not be for everyone. Also there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. Lots of beds and facilities. Great bath and lovely bathroom. We loved our stay!

L'appartement est très bien situé, au centre de la vieille ville d'Annecy, proche de tout, du lac et des boutiques et des restaurants. Il est spacieux et bien agencé. L'accueil de la part des hôtes était à la hauteur de nos attentes et très réactif. L'appartement, bien que situé au centre, est très calme et original, y compris les trois étages d'escaliers en colimaçon qui nous rapellent la vie de château. Nous pouvons sans autres recommander cette excellente adresse pour les familles désirant visiter cette région. PS: pour les familles arrivant en bus VW comme le nôtre, les parkings avoisinants ne sont pas accessibles car limité à 1.90 m.

Néanmoins, l’appartement a besoin d’un coup de rafraîchissement : Compteur électrique qui fait du bruit… nous avons prévenu la conciergerie, une personne devait venir pour voir mais plus de nouvelle. Poubelle qui ne s’ouvre pas. Placard à verre cassé : impossible de l’ouvrir. Canapé vétuste (rien à voir avec les Photos). Lits qui grincent. Dommage car super accueil/ échange et emplacement! Un rafraîchissement ferait beaucoup de bien!

The location of the space is great, right in the heart of old Annecy. Unfortunately it wasn’t as nice as the pictures. Furniture was worn/stained and appliances were dirty. There are no mugs or regular size cups for coffee/tea. We also ran out of hot water immediately with one person showering. The host said water would return after an hour, but the water was ice cold until the following day. We had 3 people staying and did not have enough hot water for us all to shower without rushing. I’d be more accepting of these issues if the price wasn’t listed so high. Definitely wasn’t worth the $200+ per night rate I paid.

Attention à l'usure du logement : revêtements abîmés, ustensiles inutilisables. La propreté n'était pas au rdv: mégots de cigarettes, poubelle cassée, pas d'alèses sur les lits, linge de maison sale encore présent dans le logement, poussière épaisse sur les meubles, toiles d'araignées au plafond. Ces éléments ne valent pas 90€ de frais de ménage. L'accueil a en revanche été très bien effectué. Merci à Jérôme pour sa souplesse et sa réactivité. La communication avec la conciergerie est mitigée : ils répondent vite, mais répondent à côté. Le logement est également idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville, avec des parkings à proximité.

Up 3 flights of spiraling stairs then another set of stairs inside apartment to reach the bedrooms & bathroom. Kitchen had bare essentials, some of the furniture old but functional. Train station within 5/10 minute walk and Lake within 5 minutes. Would recommend for the location!

L'appartement est bien placé et grand ! Mais il n'y avait pas de tablette lave vaiselle. Il y avais pas mal de vaisselles sale, une porte de meuble de cuisine difficile à ouvrir, et le pommeau de douche était cassé donc impossible de se servir de la douche. En revanche les lit était confortables et propre . L'escalier pour arriver à l'appartement est bien mais biscornu et les marche irrégulières, il ne faut ps être trop chargé. Il y a un parking payant couvert à proximité mais il ne faut pas avoir une grande voiture car il est tout petit. Nous avons payer un forfait de 33euro du vendredi soir au dimanche.

We had a great stay in Annecy. The apartment was perfectly located - very central. Check-in was quick and smooth. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. Lots of steps up, but was good exercise to work off all the cheese and wine! No high chair or travel cot, but we made it work.

EXCELLENT LOCATION SPOILT BY HAVING TO CLIMB STAIRS
Positive: location excellent in the centre of all the shops and restaurants Negative: only access to the apartment at the top of a 4-story high building was via a stone circular staircase of 48stairs 1m wide you needed to be a mountain goat to carry up your cases. should have stated about the stairs in the booking. I would not have booked this accommodation as it is not suitable family's or the elderly. Although a payment for cleaning is charged the apartment did require work. Freezer could not be used due to door being left open and freezer solid block of ice. Broken glasses left in cupboard dishes left in dishwasher broken and chipped cups. Chaos on arrival as the person meeting could not direct us to the property, once located on foot could not tell us how to get the car to the car park and just left in a hurry. A welcome pack would have been apricated due to no supermarket in immediate area and after a long travel

No nos entendimos en la entrega de llaves y tuvimos una hora de tensión, en la puerta del apartamento sin saber si podríamos entrar. Fue un error de todos, mío incluido. Porque me contactaron por correo electrónico estando ya de viaje y no lo leí. En mi opinión, se podría haber evitado con unas consignas claras de check in justo en el momento de la reserva. Pero en definitiva, es algo de poca importancia y nos llevamos una buena experiencia.

overall very disappointing.
Positive: The balcony was nice ' but needed a good clean. The appartment was spacious . Negative: No one told us there were 52 steps to climb, 48 of which were up a stone spiral staircase. 2 of our party are in their mid 70's and I had heart surgery last year - had I known about the steps I would NOT have made the booking. It was very restrictive and severely limited our holiday . The appartment was mis-sold because the stairs issue was not divulged.

Positive: The location is fabulous and the apartment is very comfortable. Negative: Fortunately a server in a restaurant let me borrow his phone. The check in was not super easy because my cellphone wasnt working and the people who run the apartment wouldn't send thhe self checkin information prior to arrival. Across from the balcony is a viewing area . People tend to stop there to look over the rooftops and also to party and yell loudly at night until fairly late. The dishes in the kitchen should have been cleaned better. Other than that, it was fabulous.

Gestion impeccable par la conciergerie du lac, accueil au top, réactivité +++ et sourire en plus ! Negative: Prévoir un forfait pour le parking véhicule car pas de place attitrée et logement situé dans la vieille ville. Solution : parking Ste Claire situé à 100m / Tarif : 45€ pour 5j .

Great location right in the centre of the old city and although on a main, busy street there is no noise. The Apartment is spacious and has a lovely bathroom. Furniture is a little tired in places and some areas a little dusty but kitchen and bathroom/toilet were clean. Access to the apartment is three floors up a spiral staircase (and two of the beds up a mezzanine staircase) so would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Communication with La Conciergerie was excellent.

We had a lovely week in the centre of Annecy. The apartment was lovely and clean. Communication during the check-in and check-out was good. Just a couple of points to note - I would suggest bringing a fan in the summer as it does get a bit warm. Also we didn't find any free street parking in the week we were there so it did cost a lot of money to park the car.

We stayed 4 friends and a baby, there is one family room and a baby bed which helped with my friend’s baby The 3 rest of us stayed in the other room, but you can fit in another one in the same room. The attic has 2 mini beds but very comfortable and the one under is a 2 people bed. For family and kids this is great. Very very close to everything, nice balcony for coffee or champagne. I read here the stairs are old, and of course they are this is Annecy, a beautiful old and traditional place. We had no problem. If you hate stairs this place is in the 3 floor so consider it but if you don’t mind, this is definitely a nice place to stay. If you don’t like noise or stairs go to a house by the lake but that means you will be far from the main town which is ok too. Thank you 🙏🏽

Un très beau appartement, une bonne situation au centre ville. L appartement très bien équipé mais canapé et lit un peu vieillissant . Le ménage pas fait sous les lits , beaucoup trop de moumoute ( un gros souci pour les personnes allergiques à la poussière) et trop de toile d araignée niveau plafonds des chambres et de la salle de vie . Service du concierge très bien . Plante complètement sèche ( arrosage fait) et fait la poussière sur les livres de la bibliothèque.

J'ai trouvé regrettable que le mobilier soit usé à plusieurs endroits (chaise, canapé, traces sur le mur). Par ailleurs, c'est la première fois que je ne vois ni savon ni papier hygiénique dans un airbnb. De plus, à notre arrivée il faisait très froid, le chauffage au sol pour la pièce du bas ne s'activait qu'à 23h... Pour les chambres elles disposaient d'un chauffage individuel. Pour finir, la conciergerie était très aimable mais restait sans solution pour le chauffage (ce que je comprends parfaitement). Expérience plus que mitigée en particulier en période hivernale.
