Positive: The location with the view of the lake was the best part of the apartment. Negative: The apartment was very dirty (trash lying in the living room drawers, dirty floors), basic amenities were not provided (the only toiletries we got were 3 small bottles of shampoo and 2 toilet rolls for 3 nights, no handwash, no body wash). Electric kettle was very dirty and unusable (see photos attached). 2 important points to note for those who wish to book the place: - Bed size is quite small. I am 185cm tall and couldn't fit sleep in. - There is a small car park for the residents of the building but be aware that the parking spots are not reserved so you will have to park on the street if the parking is full.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est l'atout majeur car il est situé face au lac où nos petits déjeuners pris sur la terrasse étaient super agréable. La piste cyclable se trouve juste devant l'appartement et l'on y fait quasiment tout le tour du lac. Les loueurs de bateaux, pédalos et paddles sont aussi placés devant l'appartement !!! De plus, le centre ville est à cinq minutes à pied depuis l'appartement où tout est disponible, restaurants, magasins et canaux qui passent sous nos pieds. Pour finir, Laetitia, personne a qui nous avons rendu les clefs le jour de notre départ était très agréable, souriante et sympathique, merci à elle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!!

The place was okay, close to lake and near old town, however, it was not super clean and it lacked kitchen amenities. While having high cleaning fees, they also had high demanding check out rules which is not mentioned in the listing. The person in charge of our unit was unfriendly toward us. For my case he asked for compensation which was rejected by Airbnb. Also the parking spot is not guaranteed, we had to park outside of premises and pay for it multiple times. * Do not accept any communication outside of Airbnb even when the host insists.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and we take these issues very seriously. However, we do not agree with your assessment of the attitude of the concierge towards you: you made him come back several times, for a so-called heating problem (you said to be cold) while it was 30 degrees in the apartment, not to have rolls of toilet paper when they were present in quantity. You have not complied with the house rules (although sent on your contract at the time of booking confirmation) stipulating to leave the apartment in good condition, forcing the concierge to spend an hour longer than usual time for cleaning. You broke part of the key to the front door forcing us to redo it completely. Finally regarding parking, it is a free placement, on a condominium parking, depending on the available spaces. We understand your frustration but as a host we did our best to make your stay enjoyable. We’re sorry your last impression didn’t live up to your expectations. Caroline L

Positive: This is a large apartment and very comfortable. Everything within the apartment was well appointed. The lake across the road is a bonus and the town of Annecy is only 10 minutes away at an easy stroll. We were going to hire a car, but the car park situated at the complex did not have designated car bays and at times there were no bays available, however, for our stay we didn't need a car. Idéalement placé, logement ayant grandement besoin d’un rafraîchissement et de modernisme. Il y a un four mais aucun plat allant au four. Tuyau de Paume de douche trop court donc aucun débit. Manque sérieusement de puissance d’éclairage ( très sombre) le concierge est très ( trop) pointilleux sur le règlement intérieur pas de tankarvil ni de vélo sur le balcon. Attention pas assez de stationnement pour les logements donc si vous arrivez trop tard dans la journée vous devez vous stationner à l’extérieur ( payant!!!)

I would avoid this place at all costs, especially during the summer. The furniture like in other reviews has not been updated or replaced. The bed will break your back. The property is excessively noisy from street traffic. You must leave the doors open open to try and create any type of airflow because of the excessive heat in the unit which amplifies the noise on the street. If there were some fans in the unit it would be bearable, but there aren’t any so you are just in a sweat box. I will give credit that the location is good for access to the town and the lake. The appt had the potential to be superb if it had a mini split installed and the furniture was updated. Portable fans would also make the unit bearable. Until those updates are made though you will be better off sleeping in the park.

Extremely disappointing in terms of accommodation.
Positive: The location overlooking Lake Annecy, although there was also a very busy main road immediately in front of the apartment. Negative: The apartment was dingy and dated with a sofa and bedding that needed replacing. The kitchen cupboards were stocked with mismatched china, cutlery, glassware etc. A large locked wardrobe in the bedroom was apparently reserved for the owner's use. A small cupboard beside the front door with a meagre supply of half a dozen coat hangers was allocated to guests. Not the standard we expected considering the rental charge.

Positive: bon emplacement par rapport à la vieille ville et pour tout départ de promenade Negative: la cuisine et le manque de vaisselle - vieille vaisselle inutilisable + et le canapé qui a plus que vécu - avoir une belle vue et ne pas avoir le canapé sur lequel l'apprécier - c est dommage

Résidence et appartement très bien. Lit confortable. Équipé. Face au lac ❤️. Le seul bémol si je devais en mettre un c'est la rue avec beaucoup de passage. C'est assez bien isolé donc ça passe pour cette période de novembre. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. Ville dynamique, bars, restaurants, tout à proximité en 5 minutes. Merci 🙏

Positive: The bedroom and living room were spacious. The view was very good. It was a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Negative: The kitchen was small and not well equipped for cooking meals . The microwave was under the counter and difficult to reach.

Positive: Appartement spacieux très bien situé et très bien équipé . Le lave linge très facile d'utilisation avait un programme 15 minutes,bien pratique pour les serviettes et maillots de bain en rentrant de la plage. La personne qui s'est occupée de la remise des clefs à notre arrivée était très sympathique. Negative: Le parking privé de la résidence,les emplacements sont trops petits , j'ai garé ma voiture dans la rue pour éviter les coups de portières des autres résidents.

IDEALEMENT SITUE
Notre séjour fût excellent de part la situation de l'appartement, à cinq minutes à pied du centre ville où tout est disponible, restaurants, petites rue typiques avec magasins ; sans oublier la vue sur le lac de la terrasse de l'appartement!!! De plus Laetitia, la personne avec qui nous avons discuté avant de partir le jour de la remise des clefs, était adorable et serviable. C'est un endroit où nous retournerons !!!
