Fantastic Spot
Great location; two minutes from the train station. Five minute walk to the center of old town where all of the activities and restaurants are. For us, the most important thing was that it was a very comfortable apartment (with ac in each room with separate temperature control) with beds that had super soft sheets, comfortable mattresses and great pillows. All of which made for a great nights sleep to feel well rested to explore the town. All of the amenities that we would look for were supplied! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great walkable location. It does have an elevator, but that is up a flight of stairs so it's not totally accessible. Communicating through whats app was helpful. Beds were on the firmer side. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall the place was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Even though this location was centrally located, there were no noise issues especially with the windows closed. This location does have air conditioning which was appreciated since it was very warm in Annecy. The old town and lake are very walkable from the apartment and Annecy is beautiful.

Nous avons apprécié la belle vue sur la montagne. L'appartement est assez agréable au niveau de la fraîcheur, malgré la grosse chaleur, nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser la clim et la literie est bien confortable. Seule la douche nécessiterait peut-être un petit coup de neuf ou au moins, s'il était possible de mettre un tapis antidérapant car la douche est très glissante dès que c'est mouillée. Il a une bonne situation en centre ville donc tout est accessible à pieds et le parking public souterrain est juste à côté, c'est donc très pratique. Ce qui est dommage c'est la nuisance sonore venant de la rue très passante et très animée la nuit (pour la chambre qui donne sur la rue), mais on est en centre ville et à côté de la gare, donc on ne peut pas tout avoir (quoiqu'un double vitrage pourrait atténuer un peu le bruit).

Misses the touches of home
Our stay at this property was perfectly adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner was much appreciated during the hot days of summer. However, the apartment has the feeling of being run by a company, not a person who really cares for it. The supply closet, and under the kitchen sink were full and messy. The only toiletries offered were small bottles of cheap hotel shampoo - make sure you bring your own hand soap, shower gel, etc and be prepared to purchase more toilet paper and dishwashing soap as these were in short supply. There are only small shelves and flimsy hangers in each room – there’s really no place to unpack, so if you are traveling for a long time and have lots of things, you’ll be living out of a suitcase. But the apartment itself has huge potential and comments have been submitted to the owner, so hopefully some of these things will be looked after.

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for my family of 4. I really appreciated the balcony and the beautiful view of the distant mountains. We also appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed; dishes, utensils, and most importantly wine glasses and a wine key. If I had one complaint, the shower could use some shelving to hold toiletries. The location is not in the old town, but it was still amazing. Very close to the train station and a short 2 block walk to Old Town. The surrounding businesses and restaurants are in a very nice section of Annecy and it was fun checking out the neighborhood. My family had a great stay.

Fabulous accommodation- literally a few minutes walk Aron the station even with suitcases! Incredibly central, max 10 minutes walk to the lake, canals, castle and old prison. Excellent air conditioning in both bedrooms. Main bedroom has balcony and fabulous view over old town. Very quiet at night considering location. Some restaurant noise until 11pm ish then quiet! Extremely comfy mattress and pillows. Excellent wife, and very efficient communication with the host. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again

The location was great, a few minutes from the train station and the bakery. Easily walk to the old town and restaurants, shops and the river. Nice peaceful nights. Each BR had its own heating system which made the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous location and very comfortable apartment. Stunning outlook over the mountains and an easy walk to everything. Christmas Markets we’re charming and the lake was very close by. So many restaurants nearby but also excellent facilities to bring food home and enjoy it there. Thank you. We loved our stay.

Positive: L’appartement offre une vue splendide sur les montagnes et il est très bien équipé et spacieux. On s’y sent très bien ! Il est également très bien placé ! Negative: Petit bémol pour la connexion wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour ainsi que la télévision. De plus, la vaisselle n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée malgré le lave vaisselle qui venait d’être mis en marche.

Super emplacement, on peut tout faire à pied, appart vraiment nickel (très appréciable), et mignon, parfait pour 4, la gestion est très bien organisée, les correspondants ont toujours été tops et très réactifs, même pour conseiller des restos! Seul défaut, pas très grave en ce qui nous concerne puisqu'on était là pour couper : Nous n'avons jamais réussi à nous connecter au WIFI. Et une ou 2 capsules de café pour l'arrivée aurait été sympathique, tout de même :-) Le prix est pas donné, mais ce sont les prix d'Annecy, visiblement... Un super séjour en tout cas!

L’appartement était bien équipé, spacieux, très bien situé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Reda à l’accueil a été au top, je n’en dirais pas autant de la dame responsable de la Conciergerie. Petit bémol sur l’isolation : on entend fort les bruits de la rue ainsi que les enfants des voisins du dessus qui sont réveillés jusqu’à 21h et levés à 6h et courent partout. Sinon tout le reste est très bien.

Beau logement au 4e étage avec ascenseur. Vraiment en plein centre d’Annecy, vous serez à juste 2 minutes à pied des petits restaurants au animation de la ville. A 2 pas de la gare également. Stationnement possible dans le rue. Nous avons été chanceux de trouver des places à chaque fois au pied de l’immeuble. Le stationnement est cependant payant dans la rue( mis gratuit de 19h à 9h. Appartement bien équipé et propre. Literie très confortable

This was a gem to find in the middle of Annecy just five minutes walk from the bus and train station. It is surrounded by cafes, patisseries, bakeries and supermarkets and is just a short walk to the old town and the lake. It was well equipped and comfortable. We had views out to the mountains. Communication was easy and we were met and introduced to the apartment and it’s facilities. The only problems we had was that the wifi didn’t work and the front door stuck on unlocking.

Très satisfaits de l'appartement Allure à Annecy, rue de la poste. Très confortable. Nous recommandons la chambre sur cour pour une nuit au calme. Lits très confortables, appartement joliment décoré. Le service rendu de la réservation au check-out a été impeccable. Maxime qui nous a accueillis était présent au rdv à l'heure convenue. Contact très facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons la conciergerie du lac les yeux fermés. Merci :-) Stéphanie Christophe Sophie
