L'organisation du logement permet de ne pas se marcher dessus tout en étant très convivial... Comme à la maison... Nous recommandons vivement le logement. Merci pour l'accueil!

The location and A/C made this apartment great but it needs some maintenance/updating.
Positive: We loved the location. So many things were an easy walk away. Having the A/C was great during the August heat. Having the restaurants down below the rear balcony was very convenient. Having the small washing/drying machine on site was helpful during our trip. Negative: The sloped roof where the main bedroom was, plus it does not have a door. The apartment says it has smoke detectors; it did not. There was one detector we found and the battery inside was almost dead. It just gave the chirp sound to change the battery. The small third bedroom does not have A/C so it was so hot for anyone to sleep in. The upstairs A/C needs some general maintenance, it was leaking water during our stay and required us to use a pot to catch and dump water out. The bathroom fan didn’t work. You can hear the electricity going to the fan but the blades don’t spin. If you don’t do well with stairs then this is not the place for you. Several flights just to reach the front door plus it’s three stories inside.

Appartement parfaitement positionné sur la Rue Carnot dans la vieille ville. Comme tous les vieux édifices du quartier, l'entrée et les escaliers sont petits et sombres mais c'est normal. La climatisation fonctionnait bien et c'est la raison principale pour prendre cet appartement en Juillet. Par contre, la plus petite chambre n'a pas de clim donc il faut laisser la porte ouverte la nuit pour rafraichir. La salle de bain est très petite et pourrait être rénovée pour y mettre une douche plutôt qu'un bain. Notre seul problème a été les équipements et meubles dans l'appartement. Pour le prix, je crois que l'appartement pourrait être meublé un peu mieux... Si ça ne sortait pas directement de chez Ikea, ça devait venir d'Emmaus. Ça sentait l'appartement qui a été acheté exclusivement pour le louer. Meubles et lits pas très confortables et tables de nuits un peu brinquebalantes. Cuisine pas très bien équipée. Le linge de maison était correct. Le propriétaire devrait y passer une semaine pour voir ce qui ne va pas.

The balcony was great for when we wanted some fresh air and an extra space to enjoy. Cute little restaurant just downstairs below the balcony. Amenities were as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance to everything

Tired, dirty apartment. Poor value for money
Positive: Excellent location near the lake. Spacious apartment. Negative: For the amount we paid, we were very disappointed. The apartment needs an overhaul. Several fixtures and fittings didn’t work, nor did the microwave. The kitchen in particular is pretty dilapidated with cupboard doors which no longer shut. I didn’t want to cook there. The sofa is old and uncomfortable. Although the apartment had been cleaned beforehand, it needs a thorough deep clean. For example, the bin lid was stained and dirty, the freezer has remnants of previous food items and really needs defrosting, the microwave is filthy (which didn’t matter as it didn’t work anyway), there are dirty marks on walls and light fittings, dust at the bottom of wardrobes. I think a filter may have been used in the property photographs as it is much darker in reality.

Triplex idéalement situé en plein centre d'Annecy et chaleureux. Pour le prix d'une nuitée il eût été agréable d'avoir des articles de toilettes à disposition (gel douche). Penser à indiquer dans le descriptif le lieu où déposer les poubelles avant de quitter les lieux. Linge de cuisine très minimaliste, un seul torchon... Dans les toilettes du bas, pas de quoi se sécher les mains. Tous ces petits détails pourraient paraître anodins si le tarif était plus bas. Très bon séjour.

Appartement spacieux au coeur de la vieille ville
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos trois enfants. L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très bien situé. De part sa situation, nous étions au calme malgré l'effervescence du centre ville. Seul petit bémol, la climatisation (indispensable vu la chaleur de ce mois d'aout) émettait un petit bruit de courroie qui pouvait être désagréable la nuit. Rien qui ne puisse toutefois gâcher complètement le plaisir notre séjour.
