Positive: L’emplacement et le balcon. Le charme d’une vieille bâtisse. Negative: Pas de savon dans les wc et pas de serviette pour les mains. Fond des wc sale. Escalier pour accéder au lit dangereux, sans rampe. Canapé lit pas confortable.

Der Balkon hat es gerettet, ansonsten sehr unkonfortabel insbesondere das Bett und der Zugang zum Etagenbett ohne Fenste
Positive: Der Balkon und die zentrale Lage sind super toll. Negative: Man müsste schon genau beschreiben, dass man über die sehr steile Treppe kaum zum Bett hoch bzw. dann wieder runter kommt, das Bett ist auf der Etage im Eingang ohne Fenster. Sehr schwierig und nicht für jedermann/frau. Das müsste klar gesagt werden. Am Anfang dachte ich sowas geht doch nicht und ist nicht zumutbar, man hat sich aber daran gewöhnt. Def sehr unkonfortabel. Die ganze Infrastruktur ist etwas heruntergekommen und nicht sauber. Der Sonnenschirm war kapputt, gewisse Gläser auch und das Geschirr war z.T. nicht sauber.

Nicely located place, in the center of the old town. Close to the market and restaurants. The balcony is pretty large and gives on the local river. Directions given were straight and effective. Some things to keep in mind: the apartment is a bit dark for remote work and the kitchen is missing a stove vent. Other than that, we had a great time!

The place was beautiful and the balcony led to a view of the most gorgeous colorful town with the water running through directly in front and the Alps in the background. Cannot speak more highly of this view. WOW! I can’t imagine why anyone would choose anything else. Great price, unique and beautiful stay. Also very walkable and right above a great little bakery/coffee shop.

The location cannot be beat. The balcony that overlooks the canal and restaurants is perfect. Easy to get to from paid parking garage down the street. There is a street market across the canal some days - wonderful. Interactions with conciergerie are transactional - but it gets the job done. Maybe this is what most Airbnb experiences are like now. A number of things were broken when we got there, and the sleeping area has no windows. Windows might be important if it’s hot, but we stayed in October so it was ok.

역과 가깝고 관광지 중심에 있어서 다니기 편했음. 이층이지만 계단이 높아 무거운 캐리어를 옮기는데는 어려움이 있다. 숙소는 사진과 똑같지만 사진에 찍히지 않은 부분은 매우 낡아있다. 침대 시트는 깨끗하지만 이불과 쿠션은 더러움. 집안에 거미줄이 많고 초파리가 많이 날아다님. 성인 두명이서 4박5일을 묵었는데 수건과 휴지가 매우 부족하게 제공됨 (수건 3장, 얇은 휴지 3롤)

Awesome, quite spacy apartment with sunny balcony in a dream location in the middle of the old town.
Positive: Check-in was easy - however the host asked me several times for my arrival time, and I was under the impression that someone would meet me at the door, so I wanted to be exactly on time. Only when arriving (in time) at the door, I got instructions for self-check-in. It would have been nice to inform me upfront about the self check-in, so I would have been more flexible with my arrival time Negative: The customer service via whatsapp was very good - answers came very quick and were helpful. However when I asked if they could replace the broken parasol (which I needed because it got very hot on the balcony every day), I was told to contact the office directly - who did not even answer, nor did anyone replace the parasol.

Bed and pillows were not comfortable, sleeping would get hot, and the shower was snug for sure, but overall the location and view made things very worth it! Oh and the large doors in the kitchen that open to the balcony are gorgeous. Listing as described.

Maybe the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the old town, with a balcony that sticks out so you can eat/drink there and feel like your are part of the buzz of the streets without having to move through the crowds and pay for a restaurant for every meal. Early morning, before the crowds arrive, you have a clear view that looks more or less like it must have for the last 200 years. Full marks to the host. Everything we needed was there. Even simple things like plenty of loo roll, shower gel and cooking pots make a big difference to the experience. Amazing place. Highly recommended.

As it was summer, and there is no window in the sleeping room, there really needs to be more than one fan and/or a portable air conditioning unit. Thanks for the great visit!

We stayed here for 4 nights, the bed was very firm and at first we were worried about the lack of a window in the bedroom with the heat and lack of air conditioning but we were able to get by with the fan. The balcony was so nice to have coffee and do some work on while we were there and we loved the neighborhood.

Séjour très agréable. Placé un plein cœur du vieux Annecy, le logement fait profiter d'un emplacement très jolie au bord de la rivière et attractif. Emplacement parfait pour séjourné à Annecy. Par ailleurs, il ne faut pas réserver ce logement pour la tranquillité. Etant placé juste au dessus des commerces et restaurants. Il est assez bruyant, de jour comme de nuit. Le matériel et accessoires mis à disposions ne sont pas non plus en super états (Taches et poussières sur les couettes/coussins, machine à café sans réservoir, plaintes meuble cuisine cassées, tasse qui a servie de cendrier etc.). Pour un court séjour, le logement est tout de même sympathique, très bien placé, accessible en autonomie (horaire d'arrivée souple) avec instructions simples et précises.

Easy to find and great location in the middle of the old town. The flat is spacious with a lovely outdoor terrace. However you walk into the bedroom from the front door before you get to the living areas Also the bed is built up above the floor with a very straight ladder. Not suitable for physically challenged people. However there is the option of a sofa bed below. We loved Annecy and enjoyed our stay

They allowed us to stay 1 hour more than checkout time. only 2 things to consider: bed is not very comfortable and there is a strong cheese smell from the restaurant below during the evening. Rest is quite fine.

Par contre, la chambre est pas top : lit et mezzanine peu confortables, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Autre point négatif : pas de sac poubelle disponible dans l’appartement et très peu de shampooing / gel douche.

Emplacement incroyable dans la vieille ville d'Annecy, le balcon est évidemment très appréciable. Le logement est juste au dessus d'un restaurant, raison pour laquelle surement on a pu rencontrer dans le salon une souris au milieu de l'après midi.

Bel appartement situé dans un environnement privilégié, bien que relativement bruyant (beaucoup de touristes qui passent, pas forcément très discrets, et couloir intérieur de l'immeuble très mal insonorisé) Attention, marches très hautes pour arriver au seuil de la porte (1er étage), à déconseiller aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. Déco très impersonnelle, on sent que c'est de l'investissement locatif pur. Meuble de salle de bain déglingué, aucun endroit pour poser une trousse de toilette à part au sol (alors qu'il y a largement la place de mettre une console pour poser ses effets personnels) cabine de douche très cheap, cet appartement et la classe qu'il veut se donner mériterait le cran au dessus... La clé ouvrant la porte de la terrasse est complètement tordue ce qui fait qu'il est difficile d'y accéder tant on a de difficulté à la faire tourner dans la serrure. Au niveau des verres, à part 6 flutes à champagne, il n'y a qu'un seul verre à pied fendu, insuffisant!

Très bel et bon emplacement, Annecy est une super ville à visiter. Appartement très spacieux même si le coin nuit est finalement un peu resserré. L'accueil est précis et sécurisant. Seul bémol : un manque de côté cocooning, chaleur avec des meubles peu garnis (en cuisine par exemple).

Great location in the old town of Annecy. The room is spacious for the two of us. There were also netflix available on the TV! The balcony definitely the highlight of the stay. You can see the Sunday morning market from the balcony and it was just one stairs down away. Lovely experience.

The place is good. But the communication with the agent was not satisfactory at all. No sms/ email was sent with the door code. The agent told us the code by phone when we were checking in. As we did not write down obviously, we could not get in afterwards. And the agent was not picking up the phone neither responding to our phone messages. Luckily, the was a neighbor who told us the door code.

Absolutley great location for a holiday in Annecy, terrace is amazing, sleeping could have been more comfortable.
Positive: Great location, amazing balcony over the Thiou river. Negative: It was 86F when we were there and the place was VERY stuffy even with the balcony open. A fan would do wonders to make it more comfortable on the hottest days. The main bed is actually on a top bunk, and since it was hot we ended up on the futon bed below, which worked fine.

Communicatie was super! We waren wat later maar echt super geregeld. De locatie was echt midden in het centrum, echt super mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon! Alles was schoon gemaakt en zag er netjes uit. Houdt er alleen wel rekening mee zeker in de hete zomer dagen dat er geen airco is. Maar desal niet te min was het super!!
