The location of Lionel’s apartment s fantastic, you are a stones throw from the Old Town and also from the lake and you can see the mountains from the balcony too. The bed was really comfortable but the sofa/sofa bed really wasn’t great to sit on. The kitchen was fully equipped if you should want to cook. The internet was really fast, it was 350+Mbps up and down so great for uploading all the photos I took of this amazing place. There was a great Farmers Market on the Friday which was a really amazing experience. The Airbnb listing says that check out is 11am but information inside the apartment says 10am, we queried this with the Concierge and they allowed us to stay till 11am. All in all we loved our stay here and in Annecy!

Logement très bien situé, en plein coeur d'Annecy. Literie de la chambre très bien, le canapé-lit était moins confortable. La terrasse est un vrai bon positif pour profiter du soleil. Tout est accessible à pied, le parking est très proche. Cependant il faut prévoir d'avancer les frais qui seront remboursés après. Je recommande ce logement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, emplacement idéal avec une belle vue, tout peut se faire à pied. La nuit l’environnement était calme, la literie très confortable. Le seul bémol la propreté, l’aspirateur plein qui aspire plus rien, les chaises de bar qui grincent énormément, savon pour les mains manquant et le manque d’un micro onde. Nous recommandons tout de même ce logement, nous retenons plus de point positif !

L'appartement a été choisi pour son stationnement privé. Ayant un coffre de toit avec du matériel de sport d'hiver couteux et un enfant en bas âge j'avais choisi cette option pour que notre escale soit confortable. A notre arrivée l'employée de la conciergerie, au demeurant très agréable, nous signifie que la place de stationnement privée n'est pas disponible car le propriétaire l'a récupéré depuis Janvier et m'indique que le propriétaire s'engage a rembourser le stationnement payant a proximité de l'appartement. Malheureusement ce n'était pas ce que j'attendais puisqu'avec un coffre de toit le parking souterrain le plus proche ne peut pas accueillir mon véhicule a cause de sa hauteur. Il me fallait donc le laisser en extérieur, là où la garde n'est pas assurée toute la nuit avec des caméras qui ne sont visionnées qu'en cas de problème ce qui n'a aucun intérêt en cas de vol... en bref j'ai perdu en tout 1h30 a tout décharger en warning en bas de l'immeuble...

Charmante et dynamique Appartement très bien placé et pratique dans sa disposition, conforme aux photos Petit bémol sur le canapé lit ou une latte n’était plus fixée, créant une gêne importante pour dormir. Malheureusement l’hôte n’a plus répondu après notification de ce problème. À prévoir : frais de parking, normalement remboursés par l’hôte par la suite

Actual apartment was comfortable, clean and we'll appointed. The lift not working on the day we arrived, and carrying all our luggage up four flights was an unenjoyable start (unusually hot day and no a/c . . . Location was convenient to lake activities and old town shopping, but panhandlers and a chap with his dog and all his worldly goods sleeping one doorway away made evening strolls uncomfortable. The road out front is a major bus route and thus wine on the balcony is a bit noisy, but really not too bad. Lake Annecy is beautiful, but the town is dirty. Saw more homeless in 2 days than in a week of Paris sightseeing.

Emplacement parfait, situé en plein centre et à quelques pas du lac. Tous se fait a pieds ou en vélo, le seul hic c’est que c’est assez bruyant (bar, musique et fêtards) mais c’est les aléas de l’hyper-centre... sinon l’appartement est tout confort, conforme à l’annonce et on ne se lasse pas de la jolie vue depuis le balcon!

This property was well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (including a bottle of wine :)) but the balcony is definitely the star here! The view cannot be beat and it’s the perfect place to sit with a drink or even a meal, if you feel like cooking in. The bed is very comfortable and shower works well. There is an oscillating fan in the bedroom but if you’re naturally a hot person you’ll probably want to leave the windows open as well. Overall excellent place in Annecy and we definitely recommend.

Très bien situé, centre d'Annecy, avec accès à pied au lac et aux différents commerces. Il offre une vue imprenable sur les toits d'Annecy et les montagnes, ce qui rend l'appartement très lumineux. L'appartement lui-même est bien décoré et plutôt cocooning. On s'y sent bien. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas davantage vérifié pour changer et réparer ce qui est en mauvais état. Nous avions un tabouret cassé, deux chaises de bar qui ont vécu tellement elles grincent quand on s'assoit, 2 casseroles sur 3 qui ne fonctionnent pas sur les plaques à induction, et l'entourage de la porte de la chambre dont la colle a fini par lâcher, car déjà décollé. De plus, le ménage laissait à désirer : lave-vaisselle plein avec de la vaisselle mal lavée, de la vaisselle dans le meuble qui était sale, de la poussière et des cheveux à différents endroits. Vu l'état de l'aspirateur et de la serpillère, ce n'était pas étonnant. La conciergerie a tout de même été réactive à nos demandes, mais laisse à désirer.

Latifa messaged before we arrived to check what time so she could meet us and gave us really easy instructions on how to get to the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful, exactly as the pictures, the balcony is the biggest selling point and amazing views. Lovely touches in the apartment left by the host who was so thoughtful and friendly. So easy to walk into the old town and less than 5 minutes to the lake, shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer but thank you so much for a lovely stay x

This was a lovely apartment in a great location. Parking was the key - and the space provided was amazing - and necessary (Annecy Is labyrinthine with a serious lack of public parking). The host's rep sent easy to follow videos and we successfully arrived/parked and met her at the apartment. The apartment itself is walkable to all of the historic center and the lake. The one-bedroom has plenty of closet space, a clean although small bathroom, super internet, a washer and a nicely appointed kitchen. The cleaning staff had not made sure that some kitchen essentials were stocked -- both olive oil and aluminum foil were empty (not a huge deal, but we were glad to discover this before we went to the supermarket). There was no microwave, the furniture/blankets showed their heavy use with some staining. And the small space heater did not substitute well for the broken bedroom radiator. Overall though, I would recommend this bright, modern apartment and would stay again.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Annecy. Es ist eine sehr schöne Stadt.
Positive: Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit Tiefgarage, die wir leider nicht nutzen konnten , wegen unserer Dachbox. Es gab aber ein Langzeitparkplatz direkt gegenüber der Tiefgarage und hat uns 20€ für 2 Tage gekostet. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften und mit kurzem Weg zum See. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock und es gibt einen kleinen Fahrstuhl. Das Bett war groß und super bequem 😊 Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geschirr, scharfen Messern und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Das Bad ist klein mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Leider habe ich kein Bild gemacht. Negative: No comment

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement est très central et la vue est incroyable. Le mobilier de l'appartement est également très beau et tout est très propre. Nous louerions certainement à nouveau cet appartement si nous étions à nouveau à Annecy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The laundry in suite was terrific, even without a dryer. Place was clean and bed is very comfortable. Getting the concierge transportation to the airport was also really seamless, right on time and a terrific driver.

Positive: Nous y avons passé une nuit. C'est superbe, l'appartement est vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes, je recommande vivement. Just amazing… exactly like the photos. In the Center of Annecy. Latifa (from LA conciergerie du lac) was so great, she sent us videos ahead of time to explain our check in. She was responsive and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and we just loved the view from the apartment. I hope to come back here one day. Thanks for everything Lionel and Latifa!

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war wunderbar! Es wurde sehr schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet (bezüglich Haustier etc.). 2 Tage vor Ankunft hat sich eine Mitarbeiterin (Latifa) bei uns gemeldet und die wichtigsten Infos zum Bezug der Wohnung und des Parkplatzes erläutert. Die Kommunikation war top! Am Anreisetag wurden wir von Latifa freundlich empfangen und sie hat uns alles wichtige in der Wohnung gezeigt. Wir konnten die Wohnung sogar etwas früher beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch! 5 min Fussweg bis zum See, 7 min Fussweg zur historischen Altstadt und 2 min Fussweg in die Einkaufsstrassen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Kommunikation und die Flexibilität!

Le logement est parfait et tel que sur les photos et les descriptions. l'emplacement est idéal et la vue ainsi que l'exposition sont très agréables. La literie était très confortable. Le seul inconvénient pour moi était qu'on entendait trop bien les voisins (bruits de pas et conversations très distinctes). Cela dit, si je reviens à Annecy et que j'ai besoin d'un hébergement, j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

The location of this apartment can't be beaten. However, a few things I ran into that weren't so great: 1. The stove/oven was broken and did not function. 2. The dishwasher was rank! The host needs to inform guests and the cleaning team to leave the door of it open so it can air out. 3. The shower needs a curtain. As it is, if you dont hunch into the small area at the back of the tub, it'll soak the bathroom floor. 4. The cleaning crew didn't pay too much attention to the bathroom. There was urine all over the seat. No big deal, quick cleanup with a disinfectant wipe, but still. 5. Like ALL of these apartments in the old part of town, there is no central air. If you're going in the middle of summer like I did (July) it's super hot and hard to sleep. 6. The washing machine needs repair, it leaks from the detergent bin when the unit kicks on. Other than that, the stay was great. The balcony over looking the park and street below made for a wonderful breakfast spot every morning.

We were a family of 4 spending 3 nights in Annecy for the first time. It’s a lovely space in a great location. Very clean and with lots of amenities. The weather was hot but the 2 Dyson fans kept us cool at night. We had an issue with the washer, but the host was extremely responsive and handled it right away. Both the owner (Lionel) and the management service (La Conciegerie) were always available and responsive. We would recommend it.

Very nice remodeled apartment with stunning views in an amazing location. Very close to the lake, restaurants, the train station. Very easy check in and communication. Frustration around check out which seems to be a recurring issue after looking at other reviews. Check out is at 11 according to the description, and we confirmed this with the host. The cleaning crew tried to get into our room at 10 before 11 and tried informing us that checkout was at 10.

La grande terrasse est un avantage considérable ! Un vue sur les montagnes. Enfin, Lionel est très réactif, je suis arrivée plus tôt et j’ai pu accéder directement au logement ! Super séjour.

Do not recommend despite nice location We stayed in the apartment for 3 days in order to explore Annecy as a family. The AirBnB stay was bad due to three reasons: - bad communication: Despite several mails, messages etc they did not properly answer in terms of Checkin, the concierge first moved the Checkin time short notice by 30mins and then showed up 15mins late. We waisted full 45mins of time on this. - not clean: Appartment was dirty in quite some areas (kitchen cabinets, storage room super messy) - No proper sleep and missing utensils: The bed is half broken (we slept on the Matraze on the floor), no toilet paper etc. The Airbnb is quite a scam (especially given the high price) so would not recommend to stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. Only a couple of minutes' walk to the old town. The area is full of restaurants and shops and felt very safe, even at night. The apartment is exactly as pictured in the listing. The view is amazing! The bedroom is a very good size and includes a desk area. It was a bit tight for a family of four, but that was exactly what we were expecting. Even though the apartment is not very big, it has lots of storage which is extremely helpful as all things can be put away clearing space. The bed was very confortable and the kids were happy with the sofa bed in the lounge. Cleaning could be improved. It was the only let down of our stay.

Very nice, clean and confortable apartment. Stunning views in the morning and at night. Right in the middle of the city center, it was able to reach all the beautiful places by foot. I might say that a check-out at 10 am is quite early (I would say at least 11h). We were not even able to leave the car on the parking for 1 or 2 hours after that time. A great place, just need to be more flexible to traveler's needs :)

le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée (ce qui en regardant les commentaires semble arriver souvent avec cette agence). L'appartement a clairement besoin d'être entretenu. La machine à laver fuit, les lits sont en mauvais état, plusieurs objets étaient cassés (lampes, etendoir, déco, etc.). Après un signalement au propriétaire (qui est également le gérant de l'agence), celui ci n'a rien voulu reconnaitre de ses torts. L'appartement est également relativement bruyant car mal isolé des autres appartements et du couloir. Assez déçu car avec de l'entretien, vu sa localisation, cela pourrait être très bien, ce qui aurait justifié le prix elevé.

Due to the negative experience with the agency that manages the listing, I would not recommend staying here. We did not receive check in instructions and had to text and call the local number multiple times to gain instructions after not having our messages answered through Airbnb. When we did arrive the apartment was still being cleaned and the floors were wet (at 7pm). Even though the listing states that check out is at 11, upon arrival we were told that it was at 10. There was no flexibility with the check out time, but we were told that we could store our bags at the agency’s local office. However, upon arriving at the office, we were informed that it would be 5 euros per bag to store them there for an hour. There was never any acknowledgment of the poor/misleading communication.

Dear José, Sorry for your bad experience, indeed you booked on the same day of arrival and as it was not supposed to be booked, we did our best to clean it before your arrival and I prefer to give you a freshly clean apartment rather than a dirty apartment. As stated on the confirmation email, the departure is possible after 10:00 when the apartment is available. It also features the rates for the Conciergerie´s luggage service. Our only apologies are to not have seen your messages during the 2 hours lunch time. As you will see in our other reviews we always give our best service to our guests. Perfect location in Annecy, short walk to the lake yet in town. Music thumbing noise from downstairs next door bar is something one needs to adjust to. Wonderful views from balcony which is delightful when weather permits. Underground secure parking garage is a bonus and short 5 minute walk away. Only complaint is the sofa bed in the sitting room in terribly uncomfortable to sit on. No hand soap or shower gel meant having to run to Monoprix shopping. Would recommend as the location out weighs the negatives.

Positive: If you like sleeping in an ashtray inside a nightclub that pumps doof doof through the night this is the place for you! Negative: not sure where to start. the person who is meant to help you settle in has no idea. She gave us the wrong address for parking via WhatsApp and then was uncontactable. There is no soap in the apartment. As in zero in the entire apartment. just empty hand soap containers. They did however leave lots and lots of dust and dirt. and the overpowering smell of cigarettes. it smelt like an ashtray. Not our jam so we wrote off the money and said goodbye. With the stink of cigarettes still on our clothes and in my soul. This place gets a zero.

This stay was centrally located with the lake and canal within walking distance. The place itself was clean and utilities were fully equipped. The communication with the host could have been better. We had assumed that all communication would take place via Airbnb, however we were expected to communicate via text message instead (which is difficult when traveling internationally). When we reached out to the concierge, our responses were delayed by a few days each time (we didn’t get directions for check-in until we had arrived at the concierge). The travel agency itself is located 5 minutes from the stay.. When asking the concierge and host about things to do, we were directed to other travel agencies and travel brochures. The host has also requested that we not contact past 9PM. Overall, our stay was good besides some loud music from the bar below (as stated by others) and lack of communication of logistics/instructions.

We loved this stay! The view at night and in the morning when the sun is rising is breathtaking. The location is right by the lake and is beautiful to walk to in the morning. So close to great bakeries, restaurants, ice cream, and lots of shopping in the old town. The apartment was modern and had very comfortable bedding. There was some music from the bar downstairs on Tuesday night from 12-2 but my husband slept right through it and it wasn’t a deal breaker. Book this stay if you see it available!

This apartment is close to everything- old town, park, the train. It has all the kitchen amenities should you want to cook. The bath has lots of hot water even though the tub is sloped so showering is a challenge due to the sloped tub. But it is still workable. The bed is extremely comfortable and linens are lovely. As far as the noise, mentioned in other reviews, the thumping noise from the bar below goes every night until 2:00AM. Bring earplugs. The elevator was appreciated as we were on the 4th floor. Parking was nearby and also appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Perfect location. Very clean and modern. Furniture was comfortable. Parking spot is included with rental. Negative: No air conditioning. Would have been nice to have a fan in each room. Quiet location during the day. Found out on the first night there is a night club located right below. We were there during a heat wave so all windows were open. Club shut down at 2 am and people dispersed around 2:30-3 am.

This apartment is nicely designed, is in a great location just moments from the lake and the old town, and has everything required for a comfortable stay in Annecy. Unfortunately however there is a lot of noise from the club below the apartment, which is open until 2am each night, plus general noise from surrounding balconies, which made sleeping a bit of a challenge. However the location is a real bonus, plus the views from the balcony across the old town and the mountains were great to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine!

Bon séjour, accueil aimable et efficace avec système de code, bel appartement bien équipé et excellente literie, ventilateur très efficace. Un bémol : environnement fort bruyant et bar voisin qui met la musique à fond jusqu'à 2h du matin chaque nuit. Infernal ! L'accès au garage est un peu compliqué.
