Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Checkin und die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut. Wir haben einen wundervollen Herbst verbracht. Die Tapas Bar darunter ist etwas laut und die Garage sehr eng. Ansonsten war alles prima.

L’appartement est idéalement situé au centre de annecy Et la personne en charge de la remise des clefs de la conciergerie est même venue personnellement me donner les clefs sur le paquier car j’étais bloqué la bas pour raisons professionnelles. Merci et je n’hésiterais pas à relouer cet appartement lors d’une prochaine venue sur annecy.

Positive: (Location only) it is located In the heart of the city within walking distance to restaurants and Shops and the lake Negative: There is no AC and it was extremely hot and they have provided only one fan which did not improve the situation and it broke down the first night we had to fix it ourselves. The apartment and the building is very old (appt was painted recently) and they provided a punch of keys for the building entrance apartment and the parking garage. We had to move as group to use one key set. The elevator is small and old and it did not work one night where we had stuff with us we had to use the stairs 3 floors with our bags. There was not soap in toilets only couple of small cans of low quality of shampoos. The shower is in one area and toilet in another and there is no lock for them which affects the privacy You can smell odor in the pillows and linen and towels. We met one lady who thankfully waited for us after working hours to give us the keys then no body else is available and they hardly answer our messages In summary The apartment is seemed to be for a family who kept their items in cabinets and it is a waist of money to stay there

El apartamento es bonito y esta bastante equipado, la ubicacion es perfecta. Le falta black out en una habitacion y espacio de colgado, pero en general la casa es muy comoda y la cocina bien equipada. El parking es para un auto pequeño y fuera del edificio

Positive: Die moderne Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, trotz zentraler Lage war es in der Nacht ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés und zum See sind es nur gerade einige Minuten. Negative: Wir wären über ein 2. Bettlaken froh gewesen, dies ist aber nur ein kleines Detail und nicht weiter tragisch.

The apartment was really nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable, nice linens. We (myself, husband & adult son) loved the space. Lots of light coming in and big doors to open up onto both balconies. Stayed for a week, really enjoyed the space and surroundings. Very safe area with all the amenities you could want close by.

L'appartement est parfaitement situé au cœur d'Annecy tout proche du lac et des commerces ; il est conforme a la description du site, même si la découverte de la façade de l 'immeuble quelque peu défraîchie nous a un peu surpris (une photo de l'immeuble dans l'annonce nous aurait évité cet effet de "surprise"- y penser sans doute. Quant à l’accueil du personnel de la conciergerie - RAS mais plutôt impersonnel à nôtre goût.

Great location in Annecy with parking. Parking is tight depending on make of car which is common throughout France in a garage. Easy walk to markets and lake area. Easy check-in and out. Very small elevator in building but better than walking up with luggage. Good place to stay if looking for 2 bedroom apartment in Annecy!

Well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Great place to experience Annecy. It's worth noting that while there are two showers, there is only one toilet. It's perfect for a family but becomes more problematic for two couples.

The apartment is nicely furnished, well-equipped, and in a good location, away from most of the crowds and noise. There is a cocktail bar on the street level that stays open until 1:00 a.m. however and it can be noisy if the windows are open. Otherwise it’s within walking distance of everything there is to do and see in Annecy, and there is easy access to roads out of town, making it easy to go exploring.

We were very happy that the apartment was exactly as described and perfectly located. The apartment was very clean and had wonderful art and really eclectic furniture and decor that just made the feel very sleek and beautiful. We truly loved how close we were to everywhere we wanted to go within the City. La Conciergerie was a great company to work with, and were very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Superbe séjour dans ce très bel appartement situé en plein coeur d’Annecy. La localisation est idéale et vous permettra d’atteindre l’ensemble des commerces / restaurants / lac / Pâquier en quelques minutes Le parking est un indispensable très pratique. L’appartement est bien équipé et permet d’être confortable tant pour un séjour court que long. Nous avions deux petits enfants (un bébé et un jeune enfant), et l’appartement a bien convenu à nos besoins. Équipe de la conciergerie très réactive.
