Appartement magnifique et pratique. Sa modernité et sa simplicité nous a marqué. Nous avons passé un week-end à 5 filles et avons été agréablement surprises par cet appartement. Très fonctionnelle et à proximité de tout. Un plus pour le parking souterrain, sous surveillance au bout de la rue.

L'appartement est très confortable, élégant, en tant qu'architecte d'intérieur, je peux dire que l'appartement est vraiment beau et compétent d'un point de vue ergonomique et coloristique, il y a une atmosphère particulière, cela se manifeste dans le soin apporté aux invités, dans la décoration originale. L'appartement est très cosy, propre, je dirais impeccable. Excellent emplacement, présence d'absolument tout le nécessaire pour vivre, cuisiner, même des livres et des jeux de société, les enfants ont été ravis. Par conséquent, je peux certainement recommander ces appartements.

Unfortunately was unable to stay as the property had an issue that needed immediate attention and meant our stay had to be cancelled. The property manager offered us alternative accommodation which we declined. The communication was excellent and appreciated. We ended with great accommodation and had a perfect stay in lovely Annecy.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and charming. Easy walking distance to lake and old town. the apartment gets very hot in the afternoon, as there is no air conditioning, but fans are provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine is a bonus. The host that met us was very cheerful and lovely and gave us a run down of how the apartment works. Thank you. Unfortunately, the only downside to the whole experience was Le Conciergerie, who had doubled booked our original apartment and cancelled our booking with no notification at all, and we had to chase up our money and luckily this apartment was still available for last minute. I would definitely stay here again in the cooler months, but double-check your booking with Le Conciergerie

Great location walkable to the lake and old town but far away enough for peace and quiet at night. Great bakery on the street. It was unusually hot (35c) in Annecy so while there were 3 fans in the apartment it still was very warm. With the windows open there was a nice breeze. We were there on Bastille day so saw the fireworks from the back balcony. Overall a really good stay for our family of 5.

Fijn verblijf, prima bedden, weinig verduistering voor de ramen, app is op de 5e etage met kleine lift te bereiken, prijzig maar wel centraal in Annecy, jammer dat er geen airco is maar ventilatoren werken wel goed snachts. Goed contact met host. Hadden aankomsttijd laten weten zodat we hopelijk direct naar binnen konden, moesten 20 min wachten. Gelukkig liet iemand ons binnen in het portaal, want buiten was het te warm.

Excellent accueil par M. Oun. L’appartement est très confortable et tout est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. En plus, on a pu se garer tout près de l’appartement avec l’appli ‘pay by phone’, très raisonnable. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Wonderful, beautifully presented apartment in very quiet area. Gorgeous decor and furnishings, great small balcony, delightful views . Everything you could want. Fabulous boulangerie 2 mins walk away, perfect for breakfast ingredients. 10 mins walk to the Vieil ville of Annecy, the lake, all the wonderful shops, restos & cafes. Very helpful/friendly gentleman from the agency meet us for check-in and was flexible with timing. Would absolutely stay in this 5th floor apartment again.

Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et nous y reviendrons certainement. Le dialogue , l’accueil de la conciergerie ont été très fluides. A réserver sans modération !!!!

Easy walk to everything you need within 10 mins - the lake, old town, restaurants, shops, public transport. But also far enough away to enjoy some serenity. The host was extremely responsive and friendly and happy to help. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

We stayed at the apartment with our son, his wife and our 2 granddaughters, who drove from Neufchâtel and we flew into Geneva and took the Flexibus to Annecy for a wonderful pre-Christmas get together. We all had such a wonderful time, helped enormously by the apartment which is in a fantastic location, extremely close to both the Lake and the Old Town. There is a great bakery in the same road as the apartment and an excellent supermarket very close by The apartment is immaculate, spacious, well equipped and wonderfully stylish and comfortable. We were met at the apartment and helped with the checkin. For a small fee we were able to leave our luggage before we needed to leave Annecy. We took an Uber back to Geneva, which worked out well. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the apartment and Annecy is a delightful French city
