We chose to stay in Annecy as a weekend stop ahead of our ski trip. We are a family of 4 with small children (5&3yrs old). We had a lovely relaxing stay here. The concierge was excellent. Prompt at meeting us and gave us good local recommendations. The interior was clean and in great order. The location was absolutely brilliant and right in the ‘mix’ within walking distance of all the main sights. We followed the recommendations from the hosts of places to eat. My 5 year old son declared that Mamie Lise’s restaurant around the corner made the best chicken nuggets he ate in his life! We would definitely recommend!

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Kanal. Das Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein am Fenster waren besonders genussvoll. Die Lage der Schlafzimmer im Hinterhof sorgte für angenehme Ruhe. Der kleine Aufzug war praktisch, besonders für die 4. Etage. Die Küche war groß und gut ausgestattet, perfekt für Hobbyköche. Als erfahrener Airbnb-Nutzer war ich überrascht, dass ich die Bettwäsche selbst abziehen musste. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jedoch ausgezeichnet.

Our family had a great stay at the apartment in Annecy overlooking the canal. The apartment is well appointed and in a fantastic location. We stopped by for a couple of days after skiing in Meribel for the weeks. It was a perfect spot. Close to the lake, restaurants and shops. The agency was proactive in their communication and very helpful! Would definitely return if we were in the area!

We had a magical week in Annecy. A very comfortable well laid out apartment in an excellent location with so much to do all within walking distance. Alternatively the view of the lake and mountains from the living space means you don’t have to go anywhere if you prefer to simply relax. Highly recommend.

This was our favorite Airbnb experience in 7+ years!!! The location was AMAZING - right in the very heart of Annecy!! We had an outstanding time! The fully stocked kitchen helped on nights when we wanted to eat in, and it was SO easy to explore the city from this spot. Wow!! And the view overlooking the canal & with the mountains behind is just breathtakingly beautiful. Our daughter loved the carousel just across the canal from the apartment, and we got to see a Christmas parade that went right by the Airbnb... so many great shopping spots, good eateries, cafes, & fun outings. We can see why someone would wanna live here!! Made us fall in love with Annecy! You do hear quite a bit of road noise (maybe because the Annecy police love to put their sirens on apparently haha), but it wasn't an issue even with a baby. Just bring a little sound machine. Bedrooms are tucked away, so road noise wasn't an issue overnight at all. Highly recommend this place!! We hope to return.

La Conciergerie’s service sets the standard by which all other services should be measured. They are responsive, attentive, helpful and considerate. The apartment was as described, great location, safe, very well equipped and clean. My wife and I have travelled from the U.S. often throughout Europe with Annecy, France being a frequent and popular destination. We have stayed in many places, apartments and homes and La Conciergerie’s service makes the experience an absolute pleasure. I would recommend La Conciergerie to anyone traveling where they provide service.

Nice kitchen and living room. Right near all the historical center - you can walk to all the main attractions and nice streets. Nicely decorated, nice sofas, appliances, equipment. The only downside is apartment’s living room is facing a very busy street with heavy traffic. It’d benefit a lot from better noise insulation (upgrading the windows) as the current glasses are single and thin. The bedrooms are ok as they are on a quiet side.

We really appreciated the space and central location, nothing was far away. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with a big table to enjoy meals and the view. We chose this apartment for it's excellent location and for the balcony with the view. It didn't disappoint us. We spent plenty of time sitting out enjoying the Annecy air. Latifa was flexible with arrangements for luggage storage prior to our check in time. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Despite being in the heart of Annecy, it was quiet once we closed the balcony door. It was close to everything, supermarket, shops, the lake front and the train station. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a beautiful stay here for my birthday last week and cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartment was exactly as described and in the perfect location. The only thing to note is that the road can be quite loud if you are travelling with children for example, but we expected this and it didn’t bother us at all. We loved having amenities to cook and relax in the evenings as well as local restaurants. Murielle greeted us and was so friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome. A definite home from home. Overall we had the best time and cannot wait to return.

Bon accueil, bel appartement, central, bien équipé, une vue magnifique… mais une passoire thermique : pas de double vitrage, sur rue comme sur cour (bruits, et en février nous avons eu froid). Autrement, ne rêvez pas vous déplacer la nuit sans réveiller tout le monde tant le parquet craque en tous endroits… Pour le reste, nous regrettons que la Conciergerie ne nous ait pas prévenu que nous allions être attenant d’un appartement en travaux depuis novembre. « Heureusement », nous n’avons eu le concert de marteaux et de perceuses que les première et dernière journées, dès 8:00 du matin. Sinon, à moins d’être au même rythme, ne pensez pas faire un peu de grasse matinée, les chambres se trouvant sous la cuisine de lèves-tôt qui parlent fort, courent, cognent, claquent des volets et des portes et traînent des chaises. Nous sommes repartis, de notre semaine, sans avoir pu récupérer.

La estación de tren y bus están a 7 minutos andando y desde ahí hacer excursiones a los alrededores cómo por ejemplo Chamonix du Mont Blanc, Lyon...Sin duda lo recomiendo tanto por la ubicación cómo las vistas

The apartment is beautiful and as pictured with soaring ceilings and huge picture windows that actually have direct views of a canal onto Lake Annecy as well as partial Mountain views. The kitchen and dining table are very large and inviting to cook beautiful meals. The location is so close to area attractions as well as so convenient to the grocery store and restaurants highly recommend and we considered the space a great value for all that you get.

Positive: No comment Negative: Der Vermieter zweifelte kurz vor Urlaubsantritt eine ausgeführte Vorauszahlung als nicht bezahlt an und drohte mit einer Stornierung des Mietverhältnisses. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kompliziert, weil die Kommunikation vor Urlaubsantritt telefonisch ein Desaster war. Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen waren den Verunreinigungen nach nicht gereinigt.

Excellent accueil par latifa. Elle a été d une efficacité exemplaire. Notre chauffeur pour le transfert e, extraordinaire et très professionnel. Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour. L appartement à une situation géographique, au top. Nous passerons maintenant par la conciergerie du lac car ils sont beaucoup plus réactif professionnel et efficace par rapport aux locations précédentes pris avec Airbnb où il n y a pas de suivis Merci à latifa et Tarek

Excellent apartment right in the action in Annecy! Felt like plenty of space for our group of 3. Other reviews mentioned the street noise, we stayed during a festival just across the street and certainly you could hear the music in the living room/kitchen, but the bedrooms are away from the street so we weren’t too bothered with the noise. Would definitely stay here again!
