Bonjour Laurent, Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes heureux d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé l'appartement confortable et spacieux. Je suis navrée pour le bruit de la circulation et des autres locataires. Pour la circulation, les vitres sont très bien isolées, mais en effet sur la terrasse aux heures de pointes, Annecy offre beaucoup de traffic, dans toute la ville. Pour les locataires au dessus, cela est indépendant de notre volonté. Dans ce cas, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour que nous fassions le nécessaire. Nous veillerons à ce que ces problèmes ne se reproduisent pas. Merci encore pour votre avis. A bientôt Marie

Um pouco atrapalhada pelo problema da agua quente para o banho.
Positive: Gostei da localização Apartamento bem equipado Negative: Tivemos muito problema com agua quente. Ficamos no primeiro dia sem agua quente e não tivemos resposta da responsável pela acomodação. Ela nos recebeu no check in e depois numca mais atendeu minhas ligações. Somente conseguimos contato no dia seguinte no hotline - que nos deu a solução de usar os banheiros do apartamento do lado. Foi um pouco desconfortável pois tinhamos que tomar banho fora do nosso apartamento.

Loved our stay and the corner apartment was modern, clean and lovely, however, it needs to be clear that their is ONE TOILET for six people. Also, this was the halfway point for us on our trip and we needed to do laundry, only to find out the washer/dryer was not working within unit as specified on listing. Concierge was kind to open hallway laundry but only washer was available…this would not have worked for us. Also, air conditioning is not effectively cooling the whole apartment, only the main room where it is located, unless leaving three bedroom doors open therefore no privacy. The bedrooms were warm at night. Concierge was amazing and very responsive. Checkin was easy. Again, this was a lovely & safe apartment in a great location but missed a few important items on our list for 5 star accommodations.

(יש כביש ממש קרוב אבל לא שומעים כלום.) המיקום טוב, ממש קרוב לעיר העתיקה, מרחק הליכה של 5 דקות. יש חנייה פרטית לדירה, בתוך הבניין, וזה ממש חשוב כי ברחוב אין. הכל מתוחזק מעולה, ונראה די חדש. הבחורה המקסימה מהתחזוקה כיבסה לנו וקיפלה לנו את הכביסה באדיבות רבה, ולא הסכימה שנשלם לה . (!) מומלץ ביותר למשפחות, תמורה טובה לכסף. Negative: המנעול בדלת הכניסה לדירה היה בעייתי (בסוף הבנתי שאין צורך בקוד, הבחור המארח לא הסביר טוב). המענה מהבחור האחראי לא היה מיידי, לקח לו 20 דקות להחזיר תשובה.. היה מזגן בסלון, בחדרים נראה לי שלא היה מיזוג , אולם לא היה צורך,(בלילה השארנו חלון פתוח)

This review is for the “corner “ apartment ( because we stayed in two different apts in this building ) . Host was great, apt clean , bldg very convenient to town , but I only have one complaint about this apartment….there’s only 1 toliet . It’s a 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment that sleeps 6 people and ONLY ONE TOLIET . It’s also separated from the bathrooms & has no sink inside it to conveniently wash your hands not very sanitary . The description should elaborate on that detail a bit more clearly .

Les belles prestations, l’arrivée flexible facilité par Isabelle et l’accessibilité du centre à pieds nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre week-end entre amis ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à réserver de nouveau un logement avec la conciergerie si l’occasion se présente.

Magnifique!
Positive: Magnifique, très spacieux et moderne… un superbe appartement idéalement placé (5 min à pied de la vieille ville, 10 min des rues commerçantes). Place de parking dans garage fermé, suffisamment spacieux. L’hôtesse était très disponible et très arrangeante. Les instructions très précises. Nous avions choisi l’option de se faire livrer le petit déjeuner et c’était ponctuel et au top (croissants, pain au chocolat, baguette, confiture, yaourt, fruits, jus d’orange). Nous reviendrons!! Negative: Un seul wc pour tout le logement, c’est vraiment la seule ombre au tableau. Le must aurait été de trouver une bouteille d’eau et de vin blanc au frigo 😉

Positive: Csodaszép apartman, luxus kivitelben, a helyszínen olyan mint a képeken. Nagyon szép tiszta volt, az ágyak, bútorok nagyon kényelmesek voltak. Amik hiányoztak edények, azt az ott tartózkodásunk során pillanatok alatt beszerezték. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Negative: Hétvégente sajnos ment a buli, a falak sajnos átvezették a hangot. Egyéb probléma nem volt.

Une nuit à la conciergerie du lac
Appartement tres grand, à proximité du centre ville (5 minutes a pied pour etre dans la vieille ville). La literie est trés confortable, place de parking securisé en interieur. Un sejour au top!
