Our family had a lovely stay, apartment was spacious and in a great location. Could see the Lake from living room, walk across to the lake and swimming area and less than 10 min walk to old town. Loved it!

The apartment was exactly as described and the photos gave a good idea of the actual layout and rooms. It was easy to find. Only issue for us was the roof box on our car which made using the underground residents car park interesting. Resolved this by removing the roof box then car and box were securely locked away in garage. The location of the apartment was great with a view of the lake from the terrace. A lovely lakeside walk into Annecy Old Town took about 10 minutes. Lots of good restaurants and bars to chose from. A 5 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to a large grassy beach area with some shade for when the sun gets too hot. Good for swimming, paddle boarding, sunbathing etc. Had a lovely week in this apartment and would happily recommend it.

Such a lovely apartment! All very clean and comfortable and the location was really great (very walkable to everywhere but it was nice to be a bit of an arms length from the super touristy area). Lots of little comforts like spare towels, lots of pillows and soap etc. and we had a view of the lake from the balcony. A really fantastic place to stay and we already want to go back!

Absolutely perfect location! Our host Benoît was wonderful, patient and responded quickly to all communication. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped, clean and easy to access. The beds were also very comfortable. Only a short walk to the lake or a 15-20 min walk to town. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful location! Would definitely book again! Our stay was fantastic! Thank you :)

Superbe logement qui correspond parfaitement à ce qui est dit sur l’annonce. Environnement paisible et proche du lac. Je recommande fortement cet appartement si vous souhaitez être au calme à 10 minutes du centre-ville tout en étant proche du lac. Il contient tout l’équipement nécessaire.

Beautiful, well equipped, nicely furnished, comfortable, well-located apartment drenched in light. So many windows gave this modern apartment a wonderful feel. The kitchen is very comfortable, lovely and well-equipped and we ate dinner in both nights of our stay. The layout of the 3 bedrooms was great for our group comprised of my 85 year old mother, niece and husband, and me. The configurations of the bathrooms was very comfortable: there is a washroom with a lovely tub and vanity, and then a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, and then a single toilet room. It was convenient to have secure parking and an elevator. There's a glimpse of the lake from the living room and lots of greenery. Lovely balconies. The location is wonderful, right near the lake and a short walk into the older part of town. Very professional management, check-in etc. Wonderful stay! We loved it!

Great apartment, can see the mountain from the balcony, two minute walk to the lake, 15 min to town. Apartment is very clean, towels and bedding were good quality, kitchen is outfitted with enough to make meals. The decor is modern and simple. The service that handles check in and check out are friendly and efficient and communicate in french and English. No complaints on anything really. Even has basic hygeine products.
