Excellent rapport qualité prix. Conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipé et très bien agencé. Beaucoup de charme. Pas aussi lumineux que sur les photos de l'annonce mais ça ne nous a pas gênés. Certains passages de porte demanderont de baisser la tête même pour les gens de taille moyenne. Nous recommandons très vivement !

Nous avons passés globalement un bon séjour dans l’appartement. Appartement très calme, malgré qu’il soit situé en centre ville. Localisation parfaite qui permet de tout faire à pied sans voiture. Logement prêt avant l’heure prévu, super pour pouvoir poser ses affaires et visiter ensuite. Très sombre mais présence de nombreux luminaires pour le rendre lumineux. Cependant il a quelques points à améliorer : À notre arrivée, le lave vaisselle propre mais pas vidé. D’ailleurs il manque des pièces au chariot de celui-ci le rendant bancal. Quelques toiles d’araignée au plafond mais dans l’ensemble le ménage était bien fait. Problème technique entre l’évier et le lave vaisselle résolu très rapidement par la conciergerie. Présence de fiante d’oiseaux sur le balcon le rendant peu attrayant. Chambre n’ayant pas de volet occultant, ça peux déranger. Pour finir, un double de clé serait préférable.

Super séjour passé avec mes deux filles. L emplacement de l appartement est idéal, à deux pas de tout! L appartement est très fonctionnel et la literie au top. Je tiens à souligner, par ailleurs, l extrême flexibilité de la Conciergerie qui nous a permis d arriver dès la sortie du train et de repartir plus tard dans la journée car le logement n était pas loué avant et après. Je recommande !

In the future, I will avoid renting a place which is « looked after » by la Conciergerie du Lac (this was my second experience with them). I specifically asked for the central heating to be on for our arrival (December). I was told that it would be done. When we arrived, it was freezing cold and it felt damp (I suppose it had not been rented for some time). We found out that there was no central heating in one of the bedrooms. We were told that one would be bought for us and that we would be kept informed about installation. The radiator was never installed. The employee assigned to us blamed the headquarters and the headquarters said they knew nothing about it. So convenient ! Be aware of the spiral stairs (3rd floor), there’s no lift. The best part of the flat is the kitchen /breakfast bar/dinner. There’s everything you need, it is spacious and nicely decorated. The ceilings is low, avoid if you’re tall. Very quiet neighbours. Very central and close to shops and restaurants.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Everything is super walkable. You just exit your place and restaurants, shops, and sites are steps away. The place was really comfortable. It had everything you need. Though it was mentioned in the description, I don’t think I was prepared for the steps/access to the apartment. We were traveling with an elderly person and the walk up (3 flights) was a lot for her. The comfort and location offset any concerns but if traveling with small children or someone who has difficulty navigate extensive steps, this must be considered. Other than that, you will love it.

Location is excellent. Apartment is large and homely. As a tall person (1.95m) you just need to watch your head on the low doorframes and beams (but that’s not unusual when staying in such an old building). Our children loved the apartment and it’s surroundings. Easily walkable to loads of playgrounds, parks, lakes and restaurants.

the location was fantastic. the building was beautiful and traditional on the outside and modern and well equipped inside. the weather during our stay was exceptionally hot and the building did not have air conditioning and only had a fan in one bedroom so we had trouble sleeping in the heat. also one of the bedroom doors didn't close and was told it would be fixed the following day. this didn't happen at all so we had no privacy in the bedroom throughout our stay. the previous guests food had not been cleared out either which attracted lots of fruit flies until we cleared out the cupboard so maybe a bit more attention to detail is needed. otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super und sie ist schön ausgestattet. Es war leider nur mittelmässig sauber, Haare im Bad, Balkon wurde scheinbar gar nicht gereinigt. In der ersten Nacht hat es schrecklich nach Kanalisation gerochen im Bad. Dies wurde etwas besser, als wir das Wasser in der Dusche laufengelassen haben. Wäre super, wenn der zugewiesene Concierge auch Englisch und nicht nur Französisch sprechen würde. Dies war ziemlich umständlich.

We loved the apartment, right in the middle of historic Annecy. Beautiful, redecorated home and gourmet kitchen. We would recommend this highly. Clean, comfortable and in a great location! Just a note that there is no elevator and you need to walk up four flights of stairs.

Perfect location very near to the palace d'lile, and very spacious and modern amd comfortable apartment. Lots of convenient facilities and laundry / bed linen very keen. We initially had problems connecting to the Internet so walked 5 minutes to the office and they came and sorted it within the hour. Convenient checking in and out. Had a lovely stay.

Bonjour Ce message a ete passe a Nicolas lors de notre depart 1/ position de l'angle du lit a la sortie de la salle de bain est tres dangeureuse pour des blessure 2/ Une des ampoules ete grille au dessus du plan de travail 3/ la serrure automatique de la porte d'entree de la tour ne fonstionne pas, cela pose un probleme de securite 4/il faudrait formalise sur l'annonce que l'appartement est place au troisieme etage d'un escalier en colimasson. Ce n'est pas pratique pour les voyageurs avec bcp de bagages 5/ Je penses que un fee devrait etre negocier pour le parking de l'hotel de ville - cela apporterais un plus (place de parking inclus avec l'appartement) et marquerais une differentiation avec les autres logement. La Tour du Lac is an amazing location in the old town - very close to bike hire places, a fantastic Australian brunch cafe downstairs (need to book as it’s very popular) and 2 minutes to the markets and Palais de l'Isle. Styling was lovely. Thank you for an easy and well communicated check in and check out. Being a very old (but renovated) building there is very little natural light so it is a cosy loft feeling. Like some other reviews we also experienced a smell from the drain pipe in the shower of the back bedroom - it seemed to pass after a day or so.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a "La Conciergerie". Le logement est idéalement bien placé, nous avons tout fait a pied pendant la durée de notre séjour, l'emplacement est idéal en plein coeur de la vieille ville. De plus le logement est super, arrivée et départ au top, les propriétaire sont très proches des hôtes et toujours a l'écoute. je recommande vivement cette appartement. P.S : Nous y reviendrons volontier pour un prochain voyage a Annecy.

Excellent séjour! Beau logement, très bien situé dans le village piétonnier. Bien équipé. Confortable pour 4 adultes. Assez tranquille malgré un peu de bruit dans les rues à l’occasion. Seuls petits bémols: Propreté pourrait être améliorée. Mauvaise odeur qui persiste dans l’appartement. Très difficile de trouver du stationnement à proximité.

Positive: L'emplacement de l'appartement au coeur de la vieille ville et proche de la gare (8min à pied). Nous avons apprécié sa propreté également à notre arrivée, et la décoration soignée. Negative: Nous n'avions pas eu l'information concernant l'étage élevé ( non précisé dans l'annonce et donc pas du tout équipé pour personnes handicapés ;-(() , au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, avec un escalier colimaçon en pierres de taille assez sportif!...Difficile avec ma maman de 83 ans! et pas de café, ni d'attention particulière ( brochures de tourisme ou autres petites attentions qui font toujours plaisir en arrivant).

Un excellent séjour passé dans ce charmant appartement. Emplacement incroyable mais forcément quand on est en plein centre on s’attend à avoir des petits soucis de stationnement malgré les nombreux parking autour mais qui sont tous pris d’assaut.. Mise à part ce détail, vraiment super.
