Perfect apartment to stay in Annecy! Amazing location, kitchen, spacious living room and beautiful view from the balcony. Note that the bed is on the attic up the ladder which might not be suitable for older people or children - it wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some. Overall very good experience and beautiful flat. It was a little bit dusty, which could be improved as there is cleaning fee.

Nous avons été charmés par la localisation de l’appartement et le côté cocooning. Si nous retenons quelque chose c’est le balcon et la vue absolument superbe le long du canal du vieil Annecy qui rendent le séjour très agréable. Néanmoins, les photos ne sont pas représentatives de l’état réel de l’appartement et du mobilier. Le canapé est vétuste et la propreté laisse à désirer (cheveux, poussière, capsules de café usagées non jetées, pas d’alèse de matelas sous le drap housse). Ballon d’eau chaude sûrement divisé entre deux appartements, l’eau chaude manque vite pour la deuxième personne. Des frais de ménage de 50,40 euros sont facturés mais nous sommes tachés d’en faire une partie. Communication moyenne, aucune réponse à mes demandes via la plate-forme. En résumé, une petite pépite qui mérite d’être mieux soignée autant sur le plan matériel que relationnel.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of Annecy. Cafes & restaurants all around and only a short distance to the lake. Christmas market was on which was a bonus too. Apartment was very homely with a great view down towards the lake. Tip to others: Wi-Fi signal wasn’t the best when I arrived in Annecy so my tip would be to communicate before you get there on arrival time & don’t rely on GPS to get you there. We arrived earlier than expected & the host replied to kindly allow us in early except I had no Wi-Fi so couldn’t read it 🙈

The place was lovely and clean and in a perfect location right in the old town within walking distance to everything. Everything was exactly as photoed If you have vertigo note the bed is on a mezzanine which you have to climb a ladder to get to.

The location is amazing. View from balcony is spectacular and the building is very old and cool and has a lot of charm. The sleeping area, which was was not pictured when I booked and still isn’t, was very comfortable. I was worried about it being too hot but there were nice fans in the sleeping area and downstairs, which helped a lot. Very fun and unique stay.

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit appartement très bien situé au cœur d’annecy. Je recommande le logement mais souhaite quand même souligner que la propreté lors de notre arrivée laissait à désirer. Poussière surtout dans la chambre, toiles d’araignées et moucherons au plafond, trace de chaussures sur le tapis de la salle de bain… Bref, appart ça tout est fourni (serviettes draps PQ etc) ce qui est agréable. Bien pensé pour les ventilos avec la chaleur même si une clim serait plus approprié pour l’été ! Je recommande

L'appartamento è in zona centralissima in Annesy. Tutti i servizi e ristoranti nel raggio di 1km. Il lago a 500mt. Perfetto per chi ama la vita molto movimentata ed un po' rumorosa. La casa è molto più piccola di quanto presentato in foto. Cucina moderna e ben attrezzata. Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale. Purtroppo lo scarico della doccia non funziona bene e si rischia di riempirla di acqua velocemente. La casa purtroppo non era stata ben pulita: vi erano diversi punti con polvere (segnalati con foto). Il feedback della Conciergerie è arrivato velocemente: peccato però che non si sia poi visto nessuno del servizio pulizie. Annecy è una località super vitale,super affollata con molti servizi a disposizione dei villeggianti. La casa è in posizione perfetta per un soggiorno breve. Forse il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è dei più favorevoli, almeno nella stagione estiva. Da rivedere la pulizia ed il funzionamento di alcuni servizi.

Studio très joliment aménagé et bien équipé Situation parfaite pour visiter la ville à pieds avec tous les commerces à proximité Petit balcon ensoleillé avec une belle vue Manque toutefois des voilages pour plus d’intimité en journée et il serait bien de préciser sur l’annonce le type de cafetière pour pouvoir anticiper l’achat de capsules ! Idéal pour un jeune couple car mezzanine et bruits extérieur bien présents en plein été mais on le savait et cela ne nous dérangeait pas Nous garderons un très bon souvenir d’Annecy Merci

Positive: The little deck overlooking canal was very nice. Kitchen was also nice Negative: The stairway leading up 2 floors to apartment was concrete and not lit. Very dangerous carrying luggage up. No body soap in bathroom Stair to bed in loft has no rail and was tricky to get up and down. Bathroom is on main level so have to navigate that ladder if using bath at night. Area is very noisy until late at night.

The accomodation is gorgeous and the location could not be any more perfect, it is right in the middle of old town. The balcony is gorgeous and looks over the market on Fridays and Sundays. The stairs to the bedroom are very narrow and steep so worth considering if accessibility is a priority. Entering the building was easy, however the door to the flat was a little confusing, you have to walk through the far door on the 2nd floor and the front door to the flat is behind that. Overall great stay.

Positive: Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist sehr schön. Negative: Es war zu laut von den Passanten draussen. Und ganz schlimm: das Bett war voller Milben. Mein Partner hatte Hautausschlag von den Viechern und mich hats gejuckt und geekelt. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Und die Blumen auf dem Balkon waren komplett verdorrt und z.T. ausgerissen.

Guten Tag Eliane, Wir bedauern diese Unannehmlichkeit sehr, aber nach Ihrem Aufenthalt haben wir dringend eine Firma eingeschaltet, die uns nach ihrem Besuch mitteilte, dass es sich nicht um Bettwanzen handelte, sondern lediglich um eine kleine Spinne, die in der Innenstadt von Annecy vorkommt und für den Menschen harmlos ist. Nichtsdestotrotz hoffen wir, dass Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten.

Should be five stars but the instructions on which unit it was in the building were not clear and need to be improved. The instructions suggest it is the wrong apartment and I accidentally almost walked in on someone who lived there. Dhe clearly had had this happen before. Other than that it was an excellent place for a great deal in a great location.

The apartment is incredibly compact - with a lot in a very small space - very small but functional kitchen with a washing machine, fridge and dishwasher ! All the basics for cooking and a very functional bathroom. The bed is a comfortable mattress on the floor of a mezzanine accessed by a ladder - very cosy with the little window open - but this means noise from outside and we had mosquitos. It may be uncomfortably hot in warm weather. The location is fantastic, right on the canal - surrounded by shops, pubs and restaurants. that are buzzing in summer until late, so light sleepers might find that annoying. We loved the location and the convenience for our short 2 night stay in Annecy however I think it’s overpriced for what is provided.

Logement très joli et surtout très bien positionné. Tout est accessible à pied et cela est très agréable. En revanche, je pense qu’il serait préférable de mieux indiquer le logement sur les portes. En effet, il faut passer une porte avant d’accéder à la porte du logement, mais cette porte ressemble à toutes les autres et n’a aucune indication qui nous fait dire que c’est une porte de sas d’entrée, et nous avons l’impression qu’il s’agit de la porte de l’un des habitants. Peut être faut il indiquer un numéro sur la porte, ou bien un autocollant ? De plus, l’accès au lit est un escalier en échelle, ce qui ne nous a pas déranger, mais ce qui laisse très peu de place en haut. Pas dérangeant non plus, puisqu’il s’agit du lit. En revanche, 1 cm de poussière sur les étagères juste à côté de la tête du lit, ce qui n’est pas top pour dormir et qui pourrait être éviter au prix du service ménage facturé… La localisation et la vue sont vraiment les points forts de l’appartement !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appartement et tout était parfait ! La localisation et la vue du balcon sont incroyables, l’appartement en lui même est très fonctionnel, tout y est bien pensé et décoré avec goût. Le seul hic, nous aurions aimé avoir 2 capsules de café afin de pouvoir en profiter sur le balcon.

Tout est accessible à pied galerie marchande de produits artisanaux il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Juste en bas de l'appartement , boulangerie pâtisserie tabac et j'en passe ! Je recommande vivement

Logement situé au cœur de la vieille ville d’Annecy, refait à neuf et bien équipé. Tout est accessible à pied c’est idéal. En revanche, beaucoup de nuisance de l’extérieur nous a empêché de dormir les deux jours venant d’un pub en face de l’appartement. Pour accéder à la chambre en mezzanine, une échelle de Meunier permet d’y accéder. Cependant elle est très abrupte je ne la recommande pas car très dangereuse.
