    Just back from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Can't recommend it more for a stay in Annecy! The instructions on how to collect the keys and get into the house were clear and easy to follow and provided in a timely manner and the house is easy to find using Google Maps. The place looks just like the pictures but the best thing was the location and the beautiful view from the balcony. You are close to everything you could want for a short trip to Annecy (brilliant restaurants, the lake, the local market and only a short walk to the train station). You really feel part of the action and it's fun to feel like a local during your stay! The host was quick to answer any questions we had and there is plenty of cooking equipment included. Only points to note - listing states shampoo provided but it wasn't during our stay, no coffee pods provided for the Nespresso machine and the bed/pillows are definitely on the softer side. Would definitely stay here again/recommend to others

    The place was excellent. we loved the apartment with cosy interiors, great kitchen and living room space, well thought of bathroom with heating for wet towels, raclette machine, games and a balcony with a great view of the canal. It's located in the middle of old town and in walking distance of everything.

    This is a lovely spot in the heart of a great part of the city. Only downside was the entrance stairs are basically shared with the restaurant below it, so walking past dumpsters, and some morning restaurant noise. But the space has a nice view and is clean and well furnished.

    This is a great spot in the center of old Annecy, it's walkable basically any part of the town that you'd want to see (the town is fairly small.) There's lots to do, activities definitely cater to those who like the outdoors (we do!) lots of walking, hiking, and outdoor sports like sailing, biking, and even paragliding. Overall the Apartment was very nice and appeared exactly as described. We were a bit frustrated that there was no accommodation from our baggage before we checked in at 4pm. We ended up using a locker system, that while is easy to use, is a bit expensive. It would have been nice to know about this in advance. Outside of this the concierge was very responsive and friendly and we had a great stay!

    Beautiful apartment in the very heart of the old city and in easy walking distance of everything that we wanted to see and do. Lots of local shops & fabulous restaurants. We loved the small balcony where we had coffee- great Nespresso machine! - every morning. The apartment itself is beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. It is above a restaurant and we were aware of staff working across from the apartment but any noise subsided by mid to late evening. Further, the outer door from the street into the shared corridor was often not properly shut as they came and went but despite this we felt very secure. The key safe worked well for getting into and leaving the apartment. Communication by staff of La Conciergerie was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we considered ourselves very fortunate to have been able to stay here and we would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Annecy.

    We enjoyed our stay in Annecy, a beautiful and charmig town, highly frequented by tourists like us. The apartment presented itself exactly as described in the internet - a very nicely designed and harmonic place. Don't be irritated when you enter the buildings' a bit of commercial staircase, you'll definitely feel at home after having entered these charming rooms. Due to the size, we'd recommend the apartment rather for couples than for families, yet we had a splendid time in the "Venice of the Alps".

    The location of this Airbnb could not be beat! I loved being in the center of old town Annecy in a very walkable area. The view from the balcony was incredible and I enjoyed sitting there and people watching. Communication from the host was prompt, I had no issues getting in and they even let me check in a little early which I appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely, very comfortable, and I slept well in the bedroom that was very dark (good for sleeping) and very quiet. The mattress and pillows could be improved - not the most comfortable. The bathroom was great and clean and everything worked properly. I enjoyed my stay, didn't want to leave, and would re-book this place again without hesitation.

    myself and 3 others started here and it was lovely. we were created a little earlier than the described check in which was really helpful, and Latifa showed us around the place and explained how things worked. it was an excellent base and had plenty of amenities. the bed was comfortable, and my friends who stayed on the sofa bed said it was a solid 4 out of 5 . the shower room was very luxurious feeling, the only critic we had was that maybe wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash (even if one was a shampoo/body wash combo) would be great as there were only small shampoo bottles which use much more plastic and aren't refillable etc, and also the shower room could use a lock on the door! other than that, it is honestly beautiful inside and has what must be the prettiest view to the canal in Annecy. thanks for letting us stay, we will highly recommend to anyone visiting annecy to check here out!

We had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Jenny had the apartment looking spotless and was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment!

    Fantastic location as it's in the heart of the old town and 10mins from bus station. The balcony overlooks the Le Palais de I'Île and (luckily for us timing wise) the Christmas markets. We were able to sit outside with coffee/drinks and could hear the joy of the christmas market atmosphere. The apartment itself was spacious and full of character with really beautiful amenities. Great kitchen, we were able to cook a few meals from - but no coffee pods for machine. Bathroom was lovely, and cleaned very well. Bed was comfy but pillows were too soft, maybe bring your own. It's really hard to fault this place, and we were SO glad we booked it - it was the perfect place to stay in Annecy!

    This is an incredible place, with the windows overlooking the iconic palais de l'îsle. The lake and a few other points of interest are very close by as well so this is a 10/10 for location. We visited during November/December so it was when the Christmas market was around and that was amazing, also right on this Airbnb's doorstep! The host was proactive with plenty information ahead of time and the day before we were due to arrive, they reached out about when we'd like to check in. We were actually able to check in early which was perfect for us. The interior of the place is beautiful. It looks just as pretty as in the pictures. Lots of character features (exposed brick, beams, shutters, etc). The bathroom was also very well fitted with a beautiful and highly functional shower. We loved this place and would happily return again.

    Positive: Beautiful interior in the middle of the old city. Views were outstanding. Saturday market and lakeside park were just steps away. It was a quite oasis behind a discreet door. Jenny gave very good directions to walk from the bus/train station which was only ten minutes while hauling luggage. Negative: Liked everything about it. The spiral stairs to reach the second floor may not work for some one who has mobility issues.

    What a lovely flat! We enjoyed the accommodation in the heart of the city. Parking was close with a flat walk to roll suitcases. The stairs up- don’t over pack! The entrance area is shared by others in the building- typical euro flat- noting for odd comments read before our stay. The restaurant below the flat had delicious raclette & Monoprix grocery was walking distance. Follow directions to building-map gps took us to one close by first.

    We had a wonderful stay at La Conciergerie. The check in process was smooth. The apartment felt newly renovated, had brilliant kitchen amenities, was very clean inside and tastefully decorated. It was in a prime location in Annecy. A few negatives to mention. A key selling feature for this apartment was the balcony. When we arrived there was a dead pigeon in the corner of the balcony. I would have expected outside to have been checked and cleaned prior to our arrival. Although responsive, it took 20hrs or so from reporting for the dead animal being removed, meaning we were unable to enjoy the balcony the first night. When we were able to, we realised the second chair was broken. We did not report this as we didn't want further hassle. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable to our liking so we had disturbed sleep all 3 nights. Thursday AM there was a large delivery to the downstairs restaurant, directly outside the bedroom, v noisy. All in all, we had a great time at this apartment.

    The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and is within walking distance of the town with its many restaurants, bars and shops. Don't be put off by the entrance (enter via a communal entrance next to restaurant) as the apartment itself is nicely furnished with all the amenities required. It was lovely to sit with a morning coffee on the balcony and watch the world wake up and the hub Bub of the day starting. George, our contact, was very quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay.

    Absolute treat of a view in a beautiful apartment with high quality finishes and lettings agency available in town to help if needed. We visited in c. 35 degree August and it was too hot to sleep with no air con and only one fan. Not a good spot if you struggle to sleep with noise around as you are above / within restaurants and entrance is through their service / kitchens area. It was hard to find - would have liked better directions to front door. Contact was from three or four different individuals during our 3 night stay which was a little confusing. For such a high end apartment finish and price point we were disappointed one balcony chair couldn’t be used to enjoy the view as was broken (and wasn’t replaced when we raised it) and there was no hand soap. But it was really great spot, lovely view, very well equipped apart from above and when we misplaced our keys, crucially the team were quick to help.

    This apartment is absolutely adorable! It is directly adjacent to “the castle” in the canal which appears in so many photos. When you exit, you are right in the thick of things, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the shoes of Lake Annecy, and all of the points of interest. It is a tiny bit noisy, but if you are staying in that area-of course it is-there is an Italian restaurant directly below. It didn’t bother me, and the noise died down early enough. Would definitely book again.

    We had the most amazing stay at Le Balcon Perrière I! Location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town, beautiful balcony with stunning views of the river and streets below, great for people watching! The apartment was better than we could have imagined, the hosts were so responsive and helpful, we didn't really need them much but when we did they responded almost immediately. Shared the entrance with the restaurant below which wasn't a problem at all for us, it can get noisy early morning and in the evening but once again, not a problem at all for us, its so central that you would expect a bit of passing noise. Overall we loved it and hopefully will get to stay again one day :-)

    The location of this accomodation is the best! Of course, you are in the heart of the action but that is what makes it so fabulous. We traveled with 2 small children and to be able to put them to bed and sit on the balcony and still feel a part of all the action and beauty was exactly what we wanted. The bathroom and kitchen was spotless and new. The pillows left a bit to be desired but that would be the ONLY downside of the accomodation overall. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for the amazing holiday.

    Mooi gelegen in hartje van de oude stad. Vanaf balkon ervaar je de gemoedelijke sfeer van Annecy. Het meer is op loopafstand. Voorzieningen in keuken wat beperkt voor als je zelf wilt koken. Weinig opbergruimte voor je spullen. Parkeren auto bij Hotel de Ville. Kosten daarvan vielen mee (45 voor 5 dagen) en gratis opladen van onze elektrische auto.

    Positive: The property was in an incredible location right in the center of everything. You can easily walk everywhere. We loved it. It was really clean and modern. Clearly it has been remodeled recently because all the decor is very current. The individuals that checked us in were very nice. The view was fantastic. Negative: I travel a lot- so I know how to read the fine print. The property has no air conditioning. I understood that before we booked it. Many properties in Europe do not. However, a couple of things to note, that were very upsetting. I paid $500 for 1 night (you charged 1/2 upfront) for my husband, myself and my two teenage daughters. I was told the apartment slept 4 people. There is a bedroom where my husband and I slept (or tried to) and a pull out coach facing the canal directly where my daughters slept. There are NO coverings on the patio doors facing the pull out bed or the windows. I had to take a sheet and cover the glass doors. The apartment is right on top of a VERY busy restaurant and facing the walkway and the canal so clearly my daughters needed to have a bit of privacy when sleeping. Not to mention the sun came blasting in very early. No one slept at all. We tried to open the windows/doors to get some air in the apartment, but it was super loud and bugs from the canal would fly in. The pillows were the oddest pillows I have ever seen. They were like sacks of cotton balls. (See the picture). They were really weird. Honestly, get some new pillows. Plus, a little over 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4- was also ridiculous. Oh and the patio is like 3x6 ft. SUPER small. The tiny table on it was shoved in the corner with 2 dirty chairs staked behind that I could not reach. It is really not usable. Finally, when you charge this much and it is summer, it would be nice to at least have some cold water in the refrigerator for the guests or a FAN.

    The property could not be in a better place. It is right at the start of access to the Old Town, and also just across the road from the lake and lovely parkland. The entrance to the property was easy to find and access, and it was very clean and tidy with everything you could need for your stay. We parked at the recommended underground car park, de l'hotel de ville, just a few minutes walk from the property. It is above a few restaurants which, even when busy, did not give us any issues with noise - and we had a one year old with us! The restaurant was very accommodating for us when we went down for a meal with our baby. The property is only a few minutes walk to pretty much everything you could want to see in Annecy. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Annecy.

    Our stay was fabulous! Right in the center of the old town and you can’t beat the views/restaurants/shopping right outside your door. The place was spotless and Nicholas was so friendly helping us check in. You will hear the restaurant deliveries in the morning, but I sleep with the calm app so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just be prepared to wake up early and explore! Bathroom was incredibly clean and everything looked recently remodeled. Mattress is firm but the pillows could be a little more supportive - that’s the only critique I have of the entire place! I’m so glad we found this spot and would highly recommend.

Espace commun avant d’arrivée à l’appartement n’est pas vraiment très accueillant la Fenetre de la chambre donne sur cet espace qui peu être très bruyant à cause des livraisons et des poubelles du restaurant du dessous

    I loved this little place. Extremely clean and looked like the kitchen and bathroom had just been remodeled. Kitchen had everything & bathroom has a full size shower (with doors that shut!) and two sinks. Appreciated the little shampoos and body wash. Location was perfect…at the foot of the castle and 5 min from the big park in the lake. It was right off the main tourist street yet Apt was tucked back so no noise at all. The back looked out onto a part of the little canal which was super charming. One day there was a farmers market 2 min up the street, another day an antique marker. Great to have gelato and shops right outside the front door. I was worried about noise from restaurant below in pictures but they were closed the whole time. Even still, windows were good and bedroom was away from them so it would still be really quiet. Felt super safe as a single woman walking around at night. Would highly recommend!

Negative: This is in the oldest part of Annecy. Our first night had a power outage but staff managed to handle it promptly.

Negative: Parking à proximité mais payant. Literie très bonne mais oreillers trop mou. Problématique pour régler la température du chauffage de la chambre. Thermostat inaccessible par une planche en bois.
