Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Annecy, literally seconds from bars, restaurants and ice cream! Great balcony to watch the world go by. Really comfy beds, lots of hot water, great space for a couple or family with 1 or 2 small children. If you’re happy to be amongst the sights, sounds of smells of a bustling town then I’d highly recommend this apartment. Note: pizza restaurant below was closed during our stay.

Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement, très bien situé! Les employés de la conciergerie sont disponibles et accueillants. L’appartement était propre et très bien entretenu. Petit bémol sur l’isolation de l’appartement, nous entendons tout les allés et venus dans l’immeuble.

Appartement très beau, très bien chauffé en cette saison froide. La ville d'Annecy ne fait par contre aucun effort pour les PMR, je marche assez mal en ce moment, impossible d'accéder en voiture ne serait-ce que 5 mn pour déposer les bagages. Il serait donc intéressant de préciser que l'appartement n'est pas accessible en voiture, mais que le parking mairie est à 5 mn à pied, ce n'est donc pas un pb quand on le sait avant. Très bons conseils de la conciergerie en arrivant pour nous aider.

Logement conforme aux photos, très bien situé . Restaurants, visite de la ville, location de vélos,tour du lac etc...tout peut se faire à pied a partir de l appartement. Literie confortable, belle salle de bain avec serviettes a disposition.Petit balcon bien appréciable. Hôte très sympathique et toujours joignable. Quartier calme l hiver. Parking payant a proximité.

We stayed in Annecy for just a night before our flight in Geneva, but I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Such a beautiful apartment with a great view, sad that we could only enjoy it briefly before leaving early the next morning. Latifa was very accommodating and helpful even though we had a pretty late check-in, and it was thankfully very smooth since we were exhausted from the travel day. Also FYI for travelers arriving to Annecy late at night, all the restaurants will close early!🥲 we were starving and wandering around looking for food, but thank god Milton Pub serves food till midnight and closes at 1am. But location of the apartment was perfect, everything was within walking distance. Parking garage is only a 3 min. walk if you rented a car for your trip. Definitely a recommended stay✨

We had such a wonderful time in our Annecy accommodation. The view of Le Palais de I'Île was absolutely amazing and the sound of the water from the balcony was so peaceful. The room was incredible and exactly what it looks like In the photos. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The host Jenny was very easy to reach, helpful, happy to answer any questions and kind!

This flat is an absolute gem. It was even better than we expected. Being that it is so central, we expected more noise at night, but, perhaps in part because we stayed in winter, it was absolutely silent. the bed was really comfy, the kitchen was perfectly clean, the view was gorgeous and everything was just so stylishly put together. We have stayed at many an AirB&B in Europe. This one made our top 5 ever.

Positive: La literie est bien, le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La conciergerie dispo et réactive Negative: Le bruit, l'appartement est une passoire phonique. On entend tout de l'appartement du dessus. Il n'y a pas de douche et rien pour accrocher le pomo en hauteur du coup il y a plein d'eau dans la salle de bains.

Seul problème, peut être le manque de certains objets comme des torchons, des couvercles pour les poeles et casseroles ou des épluches légumes mais ça ne gâche en rien le séjour!

This was a nice place to stay right in the heart of Old Avignon. My husband and I spent three nights here on our honeymoon and would recommend this air b&b, with a few things worth mentioning. It was a little bit older and more dilapidated than the pictures made it look, but it is a historic building in a very historic town so that was not completely unexpected. The location was right in the middle of town and everything was very walkable. The view out the balcony was the best part! You are overlooking the Palais de L'Ile (the most photographed building in Annecy built in the 1100s) and the beautiful canal. The entry was was a big off putting as you have to walk through a hallway/alley full of restaurant dumpsters, however, the air b&b was much nicer than the entry way. Unfortunately my biggest complaint would be the noise. My husband and I are both pretty heavy sleepers and we were both woken up multiple times every night by the restaurant deliveries right outside the bedroom window.

Unbeatable location. Would highly reccomend. Fixtures and fittings throughout were beautiful and felt in line with the village. There is a restaurant downstairs that makes a little bit of noise until about 10.30 at night. The hosts communication and instructions were great.

The best part about the apartment is the view and location. It was straight forward to get in and only up one flight of stairs. The apartment was not clean though and had a bad smell from the rubbish area and restaurants down stairs. There was only dish soap left in the bathroom for hand soap and the sheets for the fold out were thrown in the cupboard and looked used. Pillows were terrible. There is a communal foyer shared with the neighbour and they locked the door so we were locked out for a while. Latifa was not very helpful and said she would give me the neighbours phone number instead of sorting it. I ended up calling the concierge number and they got it sorted quickly. There is no information about the apartment or the area which was disappointing. Asides from the issues with the apartment we had a great stay in Annecy.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment and the location is perfect, really central and right next to the water. A lot of previous reviews said there was a lot of noise and smells coming from the restaurant below. We found this to be really minimum and only in the areas outside the apartment, and only heard the restaurant food delivery on one morning so it didn’t affect our stay. Thank you!

Great location in the old town, less than 5 minute walk from the lake. Lovely balcony to sit out on. There is a restaurant below, which obviously did make some noise but they weren’t open late so it wasn’t a problem for us (and had fun people watching from the balcony!). We were there in the summer when it was very hot and struggled a bit with the heat in the night- the bedroom window opens out into a small courtyard above the kitchens so doesn’t really get fresh air. There was a fan which helped a bit. Otherwise everything was great.

beautiful surroundings and beautiful apartment. well worth it but is worth noting that there is no Aircon so when it's hot there is little escape. also no walk in shower which is not a problem due to the bathroom being so gorgeous and at least having a tap/ shower head to use in the bath. we did not find the proximity to the cafes and bars noisy at all, most are closing up around 10:30/11, and although the apartment shared it's entrance with the kitchen of one of the cafes it was tidy and everyone we met was lovely. great apartment for a visit to Annecy!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and right in the middle of old town. it is well equipped and finished to a very high standard. The sofa bed (and actual other bed) are both very comfortable. There was a fan provided for the bedroom which was great, the only improvement that could be made here would be a fan or airconditioning to the main living area - it was very hot weather and after 3 days or so the apartment started to heat up too. But overall it was fantastic

The views from the balcony are wonderful. It’s right in the center of the town, so you’re close to everything. The apartment is well equipped with most of the necessities, and check in is fairly straightforward. You’re in the center of a bustling town with a nightlife scene, so it can be a little noisy in the evenings. The bedroom is somewhat back from the street level, however, and we did not have any problems sleeping.

Knowing that the apartment was on top of a restaurant was not a problem when booking. After staying there the smell and heat from the kitchen underneath was a little to much at times. The bed was comfy but the pillows for all of us were well worn and just clumps of lumps in the pillow. I did contact them but they had no pillows to spare. So maybe bring your own ones.

Great place. The apartment is stunning. It’s in the heart of Annecy that’s pretty handy. The place was spotless. The conciergerie is responding pretty fast. We were hot in the apartment and asked if they had a fan and the brought us a fan it was very kind from them. The only bad thing it’s that it’s loud. You have a restaurant downstairs and they are getting their delivery at 6am every morning right in front of the window of the bedroom. So we woke up every morning at 6am. I know it’s not the fault of the owner.

The good: apartment is newly and very nicely renovated. Nice stone walls. Enjoyed tiny patio. Appliances are good/new. Beds are comfortable. The view over the river, the palais de l’isle and square across the river is really great. There are a dozen restaurants and bars within a few hundred feet. Not so good. Wrong door code. Apartment has restaurant operations below and beside it. So very noisy until 10:00 pm or so. Ground floor entry, top of stairs landing and bedroom air shaft are all grungy with restaurant trash, storage etc. Mgr co not helpful when asked for ice trays, a small kitchen knife, and corkscrew. None provided. Response: . “You can buy ice at Monoprix” If you love being in middle of night life, you may love this place. Would have enjoyed more peace and quiet. Town, lake, mountains are marvelous.

This apartment was located in the perfect spot - 100% worth every penny. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The pull-out couch is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is outstanding. The only downside was that the bedroom window looks out into a closed alleyway above a restaurant. Otherwise, the place was wonderful. The host is also very responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

bon logement et très bien placé dans le centre d annecy avec ses avantages et inconvénients. la Conciergerie à été très réactive lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. ( notamment pour le code de la porte qui a changé entre temps pendant notre séjour sans nous en informer) très bel appartement avec LE POINT FORT, un petit balcon très agréable pour prendre l apéritif ou aller se chercher une petite glace juste en bas et remonter au balcon.

A stunning apartment right in the heart of the old city of Annecy. You can’t beat the views out of the balcony and we loved spending time hanging out on the balcony watching the hustle and bustle below. The apartment is up a spiral flight of stairs so I would recommend packing light. You are right above a restaurant so you get to experience all of the smells and sounds of that; we didn’t mind it at all. Jenny was very responsive and helpful in ensuring our check-in was smooth! We had a great experience!

PROS- the location is great as far as where it is in respect to Old Annecy and restaurants. The balcony is also great. CONS- your bedroom is adjacent to the vent of the restaurant below, meaning the entire time it’ll smell like fryer grease. It also means that you will hear very loud noises all night till 11pm and then again starting at 6am in the morning so unless you sleep like you’re in a coma you’re not going to sleep well. Especially given the fact that the bed is very uncomfortable. Also note that the bathtub is great but the jets don’t work so that’s kind of a bummer. I think given the price it would have been nice to have slept once but the place is beautiful.

1. We ordered taxi service via la Conciergerie website - contacted them before to check exact address etc. Provided flight number, paid in advance. Sadly nobody came to pick us up.....we almost missed our flight. 2. Coffee machine - clearly picture of coffee machine on the pictures and in description. On arrival no coffee pods provided - we bought coffee pods that they were the wrong type and couldn't find the correct type anywhere - told we can only buy them in Geneva. We contacted the host and they just said - coffee pods can only be ordered online and they were not going to provide any ....

Logement impeccable et charmant, extrêmement bien situé dans Annecy pour tout faire à pied, avec une vue imprenable sur le Palais de l'Isle depuis le petit balcon. La Conciergerie se montre disponible et réactive. En voiture privilégier le parking de l'hôtel de ville qui fait des forfaits sur plusieurs jours. L'unique bémol est d'être au dessus de restaurants ce qui peut apporter quelques bruits et odeurs, mais rien d'insurmontable ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

very good apartment
Positive: modern and renovated. all the equipment are new and in best quality. Negative: noisy because the restaurant next to it. heating is not enough. pillows are very slim
