    Very nice stay in Annecy. The apartment is located perfectly in the old village and communication with the host was excellent. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow and my questions were answered promptly. The space is clean and matched the description exactly. The only negatives were the toilet room not connected to the shower/wash room area and the entryway/stairs for the apartment building were dingy. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would stay here again because of location, great communication, and cleanliness.

    The apartment is well equiped, in a fantastic location right in the middle of Annecy old town and beautiful and clean. The host provided us with easy access instructions and extra information about parking when requested. My only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Annecy, we will be back!

    El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en el casco antiguo y cerca de las principales atracciones. Esta muy bien equipado y con muchos detalles. Sin embargo el hecho de que el baño esté separado del lavabo y de la regadera es un inconveniente . Es importante hacer notar que hay una sola cama y un sofá cama que puede ser un poco incómodo para adultos.El espacio está muy bien para dos personas. El principal inconveniente es el acceso al departamento, ya que se encuentra en un tercer piso, sin elevador, con escaleras en caracol, que son muy difíciles y peligrosas de subir con el equipaje. Además tanto las escaleras como el pasillo de entrada huelen a orines y tiene muy mal aspecto, requiere de un buen mantenimiento pues da muy mala impresión cuando uno llega al sitio.

L appartement est très propre . Le parking de l hôtel de ville a 150 m . Le seul point négatif la cage d escalier aurait besoin d être refaite. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermer . J y retournerais avec plaisir

    Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location. Looks just like the pics. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip ! Apartment doesn’t come with any basics and we struggled to find a local supermarket so perhaps pick up some milk/ tea/coffee on route. Parking can be quite expensive but we found something better priced under the station.

    The apartment was clean and just as it appears in the pictures. Kitchen was appropriately supplied. The location is central to the old town and close to the lake. Those that comment about the long walk up the stairs aren’t kidding, it was quite a trek up with our bags. Would stay here again.

Annecy est une jolie ville et l’appartement est très bien placé au calme.

L’appartement est très beau et très fonctionnel il n’y a rien à redire. Un lit confortable. Notons quelques petits points à soulever : - toiles de poussières dans l’appartement - petites araignées - tâches sur le linge de lit Hôte très réactif et arrangeant.   115. A lovely and well equipped apartment in the heart of the old town with restaurants on your doorstep.

    Positive: The apartment was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed and in a great location. There was great storage space for luggage and a well appointed kitchen. While there was no aircon, the property cooled down well in the evenings and mornings even though the days were low to mid 30 degrees. Negative: We thought it a bit strange that, even though we had booked for 4 people, the sofa bed was not made up and we had to go in search of linen. Also, while a coffee machine was provided, coffee pods were not.

    La Conceigerie is a great place to stay. It’s in the walking zone of Annecy’s old town; so you need to park first; then drag your luggage to the apartment. The building is old, and has some smell from the nearby restaurant; the apartment is on the 3rd floor, it’s super clean and very comfortable; the only complaint is the toilet is not next to the bedroom, it’s on the hallway of the entrance. I’ll happy to stay here, worth the money, very good location, close to all the good things of Annecy.

    El apartamento es tal como se describe Cocina muy Funcional y habitación cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta está justamente en la zona histórica con muchos restaurantes y atracciones a poca distancia de puede caminar perfectamente. Realmente se siente uno como parte De la Villa. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que son varias escaleras para llegar al apartamento si es mucho equipaje vas a hacer un poco de ejercicio. ( pero para una persona mayor puede ser un inconveniente) Que no tiene aire no es un gran problema las ventanas le dan frescura y estuvimos en lo mejor del verano y no es tan caliente por las condiciones de la zona.

The view from the shutter windows was a highlight. It also has some helpful amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and iron. We would love to stay here again on return to Lake Annecy!

    This place is in the most beautiful part of Annecy, right next to the canal with great cafes, restaurants and bars surrounding. The place is safe and secure and very clean and Caroline is a wonderful host, very helpful with storing our bags after check out too, only a short distance away. Only suggestions would be air conditioning or a fan because it is quite hot in summer and also some laundry detergent for the washing machine, otherwise perfect!!!

Well equipped kitchen for self catering. Beautifullu decorated apartment, loved the speaker. Only request would to be a fan! Lovely stay.

The kitchen was fully stocked, and the washing machine was just what we needed after traveling for nearly a week. Stores and restaurants were literally just outside the door. The lake and canal were just minutes away. The host was very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend this apartment on your next visit to Annecy.

    A wonderful apartment for our stay in Annecy! Excellent, very walkable location and the interiors were lovely. Very clean with nice natural light and fresh air. The apartment was on the third floor, so keep that in mind with luggage, but it was really no problem to get up & down. Would definitely stay here again!

    The place was beautiful and large! Check-in was very easy and the place itself was cutely decorated. There was, however, not enough toilet paper or paper towels in the apartment. The shower drain was also quite clogged, and since there was no shower door, water got all over the bathroom floor. We had to shower with low water pressure in order to prevent leakage from happening.

    Outstanding location. Easy to communicate with and to access with box. Old building but flat was modernly remade and beautifully decorated. Pretty quiet even though very central. Loads of books everywhere which was nice. The pictures made the place look a little bit more cosy than it really was but still pretty place to stay at. Thick curtains were appreciated, loads of space in the closet if needed. Things to note: automatic lamp in the wardrobe leading to the bathroom can be an issue if you're going to the bathroom during the night and the light just comes on with the bedroom right next to it, the sink in the bathroom even though a nice design was not convenient and didn't evacuate well, there was no door or screen for the shower so water could get a bit everywhere. For the price we paid, the towels were pretty thin and there was no tea/coffee offered which was a bit of a shame.

    Positive: A new apartment and everything very clean and new Negative: Third floor apartment with a stone spiral staircase as the only access in the old apartment block. The shower floods the floor and no way to get all the damp from the shower room out it just lingers in the bedroom.
