在安纳西的五天旅行中很幸运选到了这一家民宿。无论从哪一方面我都愿意给出最高评价。 地理位置方便：楼下药妆店、超市、酒馆、烟草店等等，步行五分钟到达安纳西湖，步行1分钟到达5号公交车，15分钟到达安纳西城区任何地方。 房间内部设施非常完善，明亮，空气流通，设施齐全的厨房，简约的内部装饰等。 如果你们是4个人来安纳西旅行，一定要选择入住这一家民宿。

Appartement magnifique, très bien situé et très spacieux . Communication très réactive et agréable . Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et gardons l’adresse sous le coude . Seul petit bémol quand la société de ménage jette des documents oublié sur place malgré un message laissé dans les 2 heures après le départ . Ça n’enlève rien au charme de ce logement et du bon entretien de celui ci 🙏

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben die Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt, da der Schlüssel bei einem nahen Restaurant hinterlegt wurde. Die Ausstattung war wie angegeben und von allem war genügend vorhanden. Annecy ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, welche für jede Jahreszeit etwas parat hält. Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut die zu Fuß das Zentrum erreichen. Zudem liegt diese in einer familienfreundlichen Umgebung, sodass sich auch kleinere Kinder wohl fühlen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider liegt direkt unterhalb der Schlafzimmer die Belüftungsanlage zweier Lebensmittelgeschäfte, welche durchgängig brummen. Nachts empfand ich es als unangenehm. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung aber ruhig.

Appartement très bien agencé, fonctionnel et très joli correspondant à la description. Merci pour l’accueil. Le logement est très bien situé pour accéder au lac, tout est accessible à pieds (supérette, boulangerie…) on garde l’adresse en mémoire pour pouvoir vite revenir 🤗

Super AirBnB. Wir konnten die Zeit in Annecy sehr genießen. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Wohnung sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist vor allem auch die direkt unterhalb der Wohnung gelegene Bäckerei mit einer großen Auswahl an Leckereien. Zu Fuß und mit dem Bus ist alles gut erreichbar, so dass das Auto gut geparkt bleiben kann. Danke auch für die Insider-Tipps.

What a beautiful apartment, so tastefully furnished, felt right at home from the start. Beds wonderfully comfy with the best pillows ever! Fab location for the beach and in a village feel with lots of useful shops, restaurants etc, really couldn't fault it. One tiny downside was no kettle so we had to boil water in a pan for tea/coffee, but not a real problem. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a godsend as it was hot whilst staying.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated, well appointed, spotless apartment. Everything you might require is close by, despite being in a lively area, it is quiet. The apartment itself has everything you might need. The hosts are friendly and responsive and even directed us to secure parking on site. We were sorry to have to leave.

My son and I enjoyed a week in this outstanding and well appointed apartment. (We have recommended to friends and family. ) The location was ideal being so close to the crystal clear lake for multiple swims and only a short walk into the centre of Annecy. Wonderful holiday even though the weather didn’t play ball at first. Also loved that the local buses were free during July and August to cut back on emissions and traffic around the pristine lake. Plenty of good restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

A beautiful apartment situated in a quieter part of town. Everything is generally in walking distance. The lake is a few minutes walk away and it is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Annecy. We were pleased with the variety of local artisan food shops below and around the apartment which catered for everything that we needed. There is a little play park a stone throw away from the apartment that we took our 2.5 year old daughter to play in which was handy. The apartment itself is is beautifully furnished and the beds were super comfy. The host who checked us in was really friendly and was responsive to any queries or problems we had. For example we noticed the shower drain was blocked when we arrived and this was rectified within a couple of hours. We would certainly come back again!

Superb apartment. Tastefully put together, high specification furnishings. Very spacious snd incredibly comfortable. Lovely apartment where you feel at home, great kitchen to cook in and choice of indoor/outdoor dining areas that we took full advantage of because it is so pleasant to spend time in the apartment. Separate utility room for washing and drying clothes added to the comfort of the space too. Bedrooms air conditioned and shutters on windows kept the apartment cool in the hot summer. Great location near the lake with very good local shops, especially the artisan boulangerie next door to the apartment. Spotlessly clean throughout. Responsive host. Would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, l’environnement à Annecy le vieux est idéal, a seulement 20 min à pied du centre d’Annecy, au calme. De nombreux commerces sont accessibles juste en bas de l’appartement. Les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre sont très utiles en cas de fortes chaleurs.

This apartment has recently been tastefully renovated and was spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay including washing machine and dishwasher. It was hot as we stayed in July and there is no aircon but the fans kept it cool enough to sleep and be comfortable. the location is perfect for access to the lake and all the activities and also has a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher and bakery right underneath. There was some road noise but as you would expect in such a central location. We loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat

This place was perfect- located so close to the lake and right by useful amenities such as a bakery and small supermarket. It was clean and beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a lovely balcony we could all sit and eat on. We had a lovely time here and the hosts were responsive and helpful and also offered a flexible check in and check out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is truly the perfect location as you are a 1-minute walk to the lake, above a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants, and only a 15-minute walk from the more touristy center. The apartment is well decorated and very spacious (a large laundry room and separate office were perks). It sometimes got a bit toasty in the afternoon but there is a fan for the living room and one in each bedroom which helped a lot. There was strong wifi, private parking, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

Superbe expérience et super week-end, tout était au top ! Absolument rien à redire, même en cherchant . Très joli appartement, décorée avec goût et complètement rénové. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Accueil au top, très réactif. Je ne peux que recommander les yeux fermés !
