Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmacklich eingerichtet. Soweit ok. WLAN funktionierte 1 Woche lang gar nicht. Viel Staub und Dreck an Fenstern, Decken und Ecken. Zur Terrasse hin super Ausblick, aber auch nur im Winter, wenn die Bäume nicht blühen. Vor der Tür schrecklich. Kaputte Stühle, kaputte Tischtennisplatte und Basketballkorb direkt vor der Tür 1,5m. Wurde auch täglich von Anwohnern genutzt. Badezimmer Silikonfugen schimmelig und Fliesenfugen gelblich. Auf den Fotos sah es wesentlich besser aus. Gastgeber ist auch nicht Kundenfreundlich. Konnte wegen dem nicht vorhandenen Wlan nicht arbeiten das Wochenende. So musste ich eine Woche später arbeiten, selbst der hinzugebuchte 1 Tag wurde nicht storniert. Eine Anfrage bezüglich Reduzierung des Preises wurde ohne Kommentar abgelehnt. Sorry da musste ich Airbnb dann einschalten. Kundenzufriedenheit und Kundenservice 0 Punkte. Aber so steht es auch in den Google Bewertungen. Schade wir kommen schon seit 30 Jahren dorthin

Nice house with great view
Positive: Great view, fantastic location, nice and quite neighbors. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Balcony/Terrass is very nice. Check in/out is easy. Late checkout is possible if no reservation are made on the same day. Negative: Wifi didn't work well so as the washing machine (had to wash our clothes by hand for 8 days and use prepaid cellular internet for 8 days), we addressed the owners and got ignored. Cleaning could be better (toilets, sinks, tub and floors). The mattress in the master badroom was not firm and weak. Super hot during August especially in the second floor (bedrooms), air conditioning is a must (the cooling fans helped a bit but we sweated a lot). Road noise from the bedroom window and balcony. Lack of privacy, a lot of neighbors around the house. In the weekends there is no parking and the owner garage is very small for a large car, it is like to land a space craft on the moon. Loud partyies in the house over the road. Head room in the bedroom is not enough. There is no bug screens on the windows so all the insects get into the house. Pricy, not worth the money you pay for.
