Très bel appartement ! Confortable et très bien équipé ! Très bien placé à quelques pas du lac et en plein cœur du centre historique. Pour ma part il y avait beaucoup de bruit, difficile de dormir avec les sorties de bar, les SDF logés juste sous l’entrée de l’appartement et les bruits matinaux (livraisons et éboueurs…). Mais il s’agit d’un centre ville donc rien d’anormal, vivant à la campagne il y a forcément une grande différence. Néanmoins je recommande vivement l’appartement !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cet appartement. Confortable, propre et très bien équipé, son emplacement géographique est idéal pour visiter la ville. La personne qui nous a accueillie est très disponible et accueillante. Tout était parfait et correspondait à nos attentes ! Je recommande ce logement.

Le logement est identique aux photos et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal au cœur d’Annecy et à deux pas du lac. L’arrivée n’est pas autonome ce qui nécessite une organisation précise mais les hôtes sont flexibles.

Très joli appartement en plein centre
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de Noël dans un appartement agréable et bien aménagé situé en plein cœur d’Annecy. Je recommande vivement. Juste un petit bémol sur le grincement du réfrigérateur à l’ouverture.

Le logement et les services étaient tout à fait à la hauteur de la description et de nos attentes. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, avec tout le confort du quotidien pour une famille. Il est à noter que l’emplacement est idéalement placé pour accéder à pied aux lieux d’intérêts et aux commerces de bouche, ce qui implique d’accepter quelques nuisances d’une cour pavée et animée.

Mitten in einer der schönsten Städte der französischen Alpen
Positive: Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in derquirligen Altstadt von Annecy. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein und mit leichtem Gepäck reisen. Eine alte Wendeltreppe führt in die oberste Etage Negative: Für die Schlüsselübergabe könnte ein Schlüsselsafe eine gute Lösung sein.

Positive: Clean, spacious apartment in a fantastic location, right in the centre of town. Bathroom was newly renovated and clean. 'Checkout' was quick and friendly Negative: Couple of things: 1. We visited in the middle of summer, so it was hot. So hot in fact that we spent our first night at a hotel. We asked the host / agency for a fan and they didn't get back to us, not even with a 'yes' or 'no' 2. We couldn't cook. Only one of the pots worked on the induction stove. We asked for different pots. No reply

Our stay in Annecy was lovely! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (note, there are concrete spiral stairs to get there so good to minimize luggage) of a very old building in the center of town. The windows open to a nice breeze over the cobblestone streets of the square. Inside, everything is new and well equipped from the bedding to the kitchen in addition to a new washing machine which was helpful in the midst of our travels. Restaurants, shops, and the Saturday morning market all made for fun in the town with lots to do in and around the lake. Thanks for making our trip special.

This is an amazing apartment right in the center of this fabulous city. But the noise level from the stream makes it impossible to sleep (at least in the summer when the windows need to be open). Also, we were there when it was hot so the apartment was stifling hot; no cross breeze. A few inexpensive floor fans would both cool the apartment and stop some of the street noice

Positive: This property was clean, decor was nice, it was located in the old section. Negative: Unfortunately, it is on the wrong side of the building overlooking a very loud street. Loud people walking by until late in the evening, early morning delivery trucks, trash trucks, etc made sleep challenging even while wearing earplugs. We closed the windows but then it became so hot we couldn’t sleep and there is no air conditioning. Worst of all is a complete lack of understanding of customer service by the property manager, or possibly the owner, we weren’t sure. She had a snippy attitude when checking us in after we had a long travel day. We were given two small rolls of toilet paper for my family of four for 4 days. When we requested more we were told NO, we’d have to go buy our own. Ridiculous that we have to spend our vacation time searching for a store to buy less than 2 euros worth of TP. To upset a customer that had spent 1,000 euros for less than 2 euros is poor decision making. We live in a tourism-based economy and own a tourism-based business. It’s the #1 rated activity in our area with 3,000 5 star reviews on a popular travel rating site. We understand the customer service piece. She brought her snippy attitude back to check us out - laughable at this point.

L’appartement est très beau, bien aménagé et confortable. Il est spacieux aussi. Son plus est sa localisation au centre de la vieille ville et tout proche du lac. C’est vraiment agréable de pouvoir flâner aussitôt qu’on est dehors et d’avoir tous les commerces à proximité. Le service petit-déjeuner de La Conciergerie est également très appréciable. Petit point méritant d’être mentionné : c’est un 3eme étage sans ascenseur ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde.
