Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli studio idéalement situé. Les instructions pour trouver le logement et les clés étaient claires, nous avons eu accès très facilement à l'appartement. Une décoration de bon goût, et une très jolie vue sur le canal et les montagnes. Le studio est à deux pas de tous les commerces nécessaires et entouré de bons restaurants. Les propriétaires se sont de plus montré très arrangeants en ce qui concerne les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

We stayed for 5 days in Daniels apartment in Annecy. We loved every minute of it. The apartment was very well equipped with all the essentials you would need. It was also extremely comfortable. It’s located in the centre of Annecy’s old town, which is extremely beautiful. It is a 5 minute walk away from the lake and also from the famous bridge. The apartment also has wonderful views over the river. Overall we had a perfect stay and I would 100% recommend this apartment if you are staying in Annecy.

Son seul défaut: des frais de ménage énormes bien qu'il vous soit expressement demandé de le faire vous même au delà du juste respect des lieux.

(I only don't recommend the place to elderly/ those who cannot carry their luggage up the high stairs to the 3rd floor. As described on Airbnb) If you dont mind stairs I recommend this place 100%-it's a beautiful and comfortable apartment.

Had a wonderful stay in Daniel’s apartment. The view over the chateau, prison and canal is stunning. The location in the old town is so central, it was only a couple of minutes walk to most places and restaurants. The kitchen was also very well equipped and the flat spotless. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Amazing location! The view of the castle and the mountains from the window is incredible. The apartment is in close proximity to great shops, bars and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk from the lake! The apartment is also very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Daniel's place was spectacular. Great location right in the middle of the old town with an awesome view overlooking the city (towards the Chateau). The place was beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Kitchenette was also fully furnished + check-in was easy and flexible & hosts were friendly and responsive. We stayed at Daniel’s apartment for two days and it was totally worthy and unforgettable. It is right at the old town center with the breathtaking canal view. Location is great, the management office is really helpful and responsive. Only the noise at late night was a little bit disturbing, not sure if it was because of some special events.

사진과 정확히 일치하는 아주 예쁘고 사랑스러운 숙소였어요:) 올라가는 계단이 나선형이고 층수가 3층(우리나라 기준 4층)이라 캐리어가 무거우시면 좀 힘들다 싶은데 저는 체크인할때 호스트가 하나를 들어줘서 정말 고마웠습니다ㅠ 호스트인 다니엘은 위트있고 친절했어요. 숙소는 오래된 건물에 있지만 최근 리모델링했는지 아주 모던하고 예뻤고 깔끔했습니다. 9월 초 투숙이고 프랑스가 폭염인데다 에어콘이 없어서 걱정했는데 서큘레이터와 선풍기가 있어서 저녁에 씻고 틀어두면 비교적 괜찮더라구요. 새벽엔 창문 열어두면 좀 서늘했구요! 안시 구시가지 중심, 수중감옥 바로 맞은편에 있어서 위치가 아아아아아주 좋습니다. 걸어서 10-15분이면 호수에서 수영할 수 있는 곳까지 갈 수 있어서 하루 한 번씩 수영했어요. 단점은 건식 욕실인데 샤워부스 턱이 없어서.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 신경 안쓰고 샤워하면 바닥이 물바다됩니다. 그리고 왠지 모르겠는데 저희 있는 내내 와이파이가 안되더라구요ㅠ 호스트에게 몇번 물어보다가 해결이 안돼서 강제 디지털 디톡스했네요^.T

Daniel’s place is beautiful and well equipped with a beautiful view! Just be aware that it is 3 stories up on a spiral staircase without a lift. We didn’t mind it and the apartment is lovely and the worth it. We had small luggage too. Highly recommend for location and comfort.

Daniel’s apartment is phenomenal! The space is well-designed and has one of the most beautiful views of Annecy. The location was great and the apartment was extraordinarily comfortable to spend time in. The host was flexible with check-in, which relieved a lot of pressure. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was surprisingly easy to cook in. One final note, just something to be aware of, is that the apartment is managed by a management company, so the communication goes through them. For the most part, this meant someone was extremely responsive to our questions and available almost whenever. However, the company didn’t share the phone number or name of the agent who ended up contacting us to arrange check-in, so we were a bit confused at first. Again, truly could not imagine a better Airbnb! We had a great experience, and highly recommend this apartment.

Only negative was communication & instruction regarding lock box & would suggest an information book in apartment with details of wifi connection, map of town, restaurant suggestions etc….which we normally find in Airbnb.

Cela fait maintenant quelque temps que je viens à Annecy. J’apprécie grandement cette ville. C’est la toute première fois qu’un logement correspond en tout point à ce qu’on attend en venant dans cette ville. Proche de tout à pied aussi bien que pour manger, marcher ou visiter des lieux magnifiques. Il suffit de pencher la tête par la fenêtre pour voir l’un des monuments les plus beaux d’Annecy. L’appartement était chaleureux et vraiment en adéquation avec la ville. Pour finir selon mon expérience avec les logements sur Annecy, c’est bien le seul avec lequel je pourrais revenir sans hésiter, même niveau du prix, vous ne trouverez vraiment pas mieux. Un seul mot « foncez »
