Positive: Large modern bright rooms. 5 minute walk to railway and bus station. 10 minute walk into Old Town. Negative: Could not find any access from parking lot to the building. We had to leave the garage area with our suitcases. Small business across the street from 2nd bedroom seems to need daily noisy loading / unloading at 4:00 am Syringe from previous renter was left underneath toilet. = Wondering how well facility was cleaned We were unable to communicate or answer because messages came from "No Reply" address. Could not communicate until we walked into LaConciergeDuLac where we were able to access their internet.

Da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht hatten, war es nicht schlimm, wäre aber nett wenn die Gäste persöhnlich eine kleine
Positive: Die Wohnung war sehr schön, modern, sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Negative: Bei Ankunft gab es nur einen Schlüssel in einem Briefkasten für Wohnung und Parkplatz. Die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr eng und mit einem größeren Auto nur schwer zu fahren. Auch die Beschreibung des Standortes der Müllbeseitigung war sehr ungenau, was dazu führte dass wir unseren Müll wieder mitnahmen. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich da Strassenlärm, und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

The apartment is clean and secure and easily located near shops and restaurants and has parking which is a plus. It’s modern and has all the necessary appliances plus a few extras like a coffee machine and juicer. In a quiet spot of town with views of mountains in the distance.

Estrés inicial y disfrute posterior, de no ser por el fallo inicial sería de 9 la puntuación
Positive: La casa es muy cómoda, decorada con buen gusto, reformada hace poco, las camas son cómodas y está equipada con todo lo necesario, tener Parking en la misma instalación facilita las cosas, más si viajas con niños. Negative: Tuvimos un problema al llegar, hubo un problema entre propietario, equipo de limpieza e inquilinos anteriores que por lo que fuera a nuestra llegada a las 23:30 la casa estaba sin limpiar, tal cual como la dejaron los huéspedes anteriores. A esa hora obviamente imposible que nadie respondiera por lo que tuvimos que hacer frente a la limpieza, cambio de camas para poder acceder al piso con los niños dormidos en el coche. En fin, un inicio muy estresante y desagradable que ya una vez instalados, descansados y habiendo hablado con la propiedad y con Booking (los cuales sí responden a cualquier hora) al día siguiente se llegó a un entendimiento entre ambas partes.

Positive: La decoración.Estaba cuidada y con buenos detalles.Todo muy nuevo.Buenos electrodomésticos y de calidad. Todo con mucho gusto.Me encantó. Negative: La entrega de llaves.Llegamos a las 20.00 y habíamos recibido un mensaje con instrucciones. Fue horrororoso.La calle estaba muy oscura y teníamos que buscar una caja amarilla para descodificar una cajita que había debajo. La traducción que recibimos no era clara. Aquello se convirtió en una gincana....delante hay una zona descampada y como un garaje... era allí donde se ubicaba una caja de un color ocre...que de noche😅😅😅y sin luz..costó.muchoooo encontrar!!!no hablemos de como abrir la portería....no lo olvidaremos!!! Recibimos otro mensaje más claro al dia siguiente ..lástima!!!....No nos aclaraban como dejar las llaves el día de salida enviamos mensaje y todavía estamos esperando respuesta!!! Pésima atención!!!Suerte que no tuvimos problemas durante nuestra estancia..desconocemos..como hubiese sido la atención telefónica! Solo tiene un wc en un espacio, el otro baño solo tiene ducha. La limpieza correcta, pero encontramos las basuras de los anteriores inquilinos A pesar de todo estuvimos muy bien.

Positive: Beautifully renovated with attention to modern detail. Lovely bed. Negative: The outlook from my bedroom onto outdoor parking area. The building is old, smelly. Getting up to top parking area is disastrous, terrible experience. Only one set of keys for 4 people, you must have 2 sets. It was beyond frustrating having to manage with one set as our group did different things and activities. Every door squeaked, they all need oiling.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre idéal
Positive: Appartement cosy, très bien équipé, l'agencement est très bien pensé. la cuisine est parfaite, rien de manque, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et la salle de bain très agréable. Tout est pensé avec goût, c'est appréciable. L'accès au parking est compliqué, car il n' y a pas d'accès direct depuis l'immeuble (la clé ne fonctionnait pas) néanmoins avoir une place privatisée au coeur d'Annecy est un vrai plus car tout peut être fait à pied depuis le logement. Negative: la propreté de l'appartement, en revanche Caroline a aussitôt proposé une indemnisation en compensation du nettoyage plus qu'aléatoire.

Positive: Appartement propre et bien équipé Bien situé, pas trop éloigné du centre. Negative: Place de parking peu accessible de l’appartement, obligé de sortir du bâtiment pour rejoindre l’appartement. Il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement et il y avait très peu de luminosité. Appartement remis au goût du jour mais dans un Immeuble pas dans un tres bon état et vieillot. Quartier proche gare pas des plus beaux.

Perfect appartement
Positive: Very big, nice and luxury appartement, well equipped. This is really grate value for your money. Near town senter, and all you need for a perfect stay. Negative: The staff was late answering our chat at Booking.com so the where a bit difficult to communicate.

bel appartement conforme aux photos bien situé en centre ville proche des commerces et du lac. manque d instructions pour l emplacement de la table à repasser, centrale vapeur et étendoir qui sont situés finalement dans le coffre du lit près de la cuisine. Le local a poubelles n est pas au rez-de-chaussée mais dans le parking au sous sol. tres glauque ! aucune personne ne répond à vos demandes par tel et message ! c est pas top !
