    Super séjour au cœur d’Annecy, tout est accessible à 2min à pied, l’appartement dispose de 2 terrasses et toutes les chambres sont spacieuses. Seulement 2 toilettes pour 3 salles de bain mais pour 7, cela fait l’affaire. Des réductions de 30% sont aussi proposées dans les restaurants partenaires. Nous reviendrons!

The only negative thing was that the basic necessities were missing like handwash, bodywash etc despite emoty bottles fixed at all required places. apart from that it was really great apartment.

    Superbe appartement bien situé. Par contre il est plus adapté pour 6/7 voyageurs que pour les 9 voyageurs pour lesquels il est loué : table de la cuisine trop petite, pas assez de verres et de serviettes de toilettes, canapé peu confortable … vu le prix de la nuitée je m’attendais à mieux.

    Positive: A localização é perfeita. Os pontos turísticos são quase todos próximos. O apartamento fica dentro da parte mais movimentada da cidade. Tem td próximo Negative: O apartamento tem 4 quartos, sendo uma suíte completa, um quarto com chuveiro e pia e dois quartos comuns. Existe no corredor uma porta com vaso sanitário e outra porta com chuveiro. Qd aluguei tive a impressão de ter ter suítes completas. Aparenta ser uma adaptação. Cozinha completa . Existem escadas Acredito que é ideal para jovens ou família mais jovens do que nós ( nossa maioria tem mais de 60 anos) O custo benéfico é mt bom pq você esta mt bem localizado Eu alugaria de novo sim

    Positive: No comment Negative: Não conseguimos ficar alojados, uma vez que, quando lá chegamos, estavam outras pessoas dentro do apartamento - tinham o mesmo código de acesso às chaves que nos havia sido disponibilizado e, portanto, conseguiram entrar. O alojamento tem, assim, um grave problema de segurança - disponibilizam o mesmo código a todos os hóspedes! Éramos um grupo de 8 pessoas. Chegámos ao alojamento depois de uma viagem de 3h de carro e tivemos de arranjar uma alternativa para ficar alojados depois de verificarmos que estavam outras pessoas dentro do nosso apartamento. Ninguém do alojamento nos respondeu, apenas na manhã seguinte, quando já nada havia a fazer.

Quero garantir que o que aconteceu não é típico da experiência que queremos oferecer aos nossos clientes. Parece que você se enganou na localização do seu apartamento porque não havia outros viajantes presentes na sua data de chegada. Também pode ser que você tenha se apresentado antes das 16h e que os viajantes de partida ainda estivessem presentes no interior. Uma chamada sua para o nosso concierge teria resolvido a situação rapidamente. Espero que nos dê a oportunidade de lhe proporcionar uma melhor experiência no futuro. Caroline

L’appartamento è accogliente, ben arredato e gode di una posizione centralissima (nel mese di dicembre, uscendo dallo stabile, ci si trova subito immersi negli splendidi mercatini). Check-in e check-out comodi in totale autonomia. Host disponibile e rapido in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Solo una precisazione utile ai gruppi più numerosi: i bagni sono 3 ma i gabinetti sono solamente 2.

    This apartment was in the perfect location! The accommodation was so accessible to the old town, lake and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped apart from wine glasses - only 3 and one was cracked. Just a heads up that there are quite a few steps within the apartment if any guests have mobility issues. Overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

    Positive: L'emplacement était parfait, l'arrivée très facile et l'appartement est agréable. Negative: Le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée (pourtant tardive vers 17h). Lorsque nous avons contacté la conciergerie, la personne nous a tout de suite répondu et a appelé le service de nettoyage. A notre retour en fin de soirée, le ménage avait été fait (lits, serviettes changées) mais nous avons été très étonnés de constater l'état général de l'appartement. Les coins des salles de bains étaient remplis de cheveux, poils et poussière; il y avait des contenants vides sous les meubles de lavabo, des traces de dentifrice sur les murs, bref.... pas qu'un ménage bâclé pour en arriver là. Après avoir informé la conciergerie, nous avons reçu des excuses mais attendons toujours le remboursement des frais de nettoyage promis. Même si l'appartement est sympa et bien placé, le service n'est clairement pas au niveau du prix et du standing annoncé, c'est dommage.

    Very well located to explore the Old Town and lake. Easy parking across the street in the parking garage. Spotless and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and high quality linen. Our geoup of five had a great time. Being able to walk 2 mins to the market, lake and Old Town was wonderful. Great responsive host too.

  103. We loved annecy. So much to do. The flat was spotless and located brilliantly. Parking was out only issue but we found a

    Positive: Brilliant for restaurants. Kids loved the fact they had double beds. Brilliant 30% discount t in some of the best restaurants in town. Washing machine and dryer and a nice balcony. Really good kitchen facilities. Buses are free in July and august and go everywhere. Take advantage. Rental for bikes are literally around the corner. Negative: Parking. If you have a roof box on a taller car (SUV or some big estates) you won’t fit into the parking in Centre ville. In July and august the roads are a nightmare in annecy so be prepared. We found a free car park all week for holiday makers by the sports stadium. I cycled to collect the car each day or we used the free bus service.

    Logement neuf, très très bien placé, en plein centre , loué pour 9 par contre bcp trop petit pour 9 , Max 6 personnes Gros point noir des marches partout dans l'appartement 2 chambres non climatisées avec des marches pour y descendre l'une 10 marches et l'autre 4 marches très hautes et pas de lumière du jour ( clostrophobes s'abstenir ) Les 2 autres chambres très bien , lit confortable Salon climatisé, mais très peu lumineux Étant donné le prix j'ai quand même été déçu de voir que seul 2 chambres étaient agréables

    Sprawling wood-paneled apartment with multiple balconies over a buzzing street. The layout is unusual but gives each bedroom more privacy than you might expect. Well located by the lake and town. Great appliances including a dryer that actually works. Parking in garages and on the street available nearby, but for drop off there is also an unloading area immediately adjacent. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

    This was a very good AirBnb for my family of four. Parking is very easy in a big garage right across the street. The home is clean with very comfortable beds. There is air conditioning in the living room and two of the bedrooms. If you leave the bedroom doors open on the other two, they were very comfortable as the airflow went right into them. There is a large patio outside for sitting in the morning or evening. The Smart TV was a hit for our kids to watch Disney+ and Netflix after touring. You are one block from the most picturesque part of the old town with great shops and restaurants, and across the street from the park and lake. One thing to note is that there are stairs (up one flight to the apartment and stairs throughout the apartment for those with mobility issues. Not all stairs are the same height oddly, but it was not a bother). I will stay here again in the future.

    Le logement correspond aux photos, bien placé en centre ville même si au dessus d’un restaurant nous n’avons pas été gêné par le bruit. Néanmoins il y a bcp de grande marche pour accéder aux chambres, au salon, à la terrasse … qui devraient être précisées dans l’annonce. La pièce à vivre pour préparer le repas et manger est petite. Ce n’est pas pour moi un logement pour 8 mais plutôt pour 6. Il n y a qu une fenêtre dans le salon cuisine il fait très chaud et la climatisation n’est pas top. S’agissant d’un Loueur professionnel, nous n’avons pas la même relation qu’avec un particulier. Le plus important a été la communication j ai dû demandé à plusieurs reprises si nous pouvions partir après 10h ( c’est tôt !) comme il est indiqué dans l annonce pour avoir une réponse…, nous avons subi un important dégât des eaux dans la chambre du bas … nous n’avons pas eu bcp d’aide hormis de nous suggérer de monter le matelas dans la cuisine pour dormir ! Cela manque d’humanité tout ça ..

L'emplacement de l'appartement ne garantit pas un calme de jour comme de nuit. Nous demandons à nos clients de quitter le logement à 10 h, car les concierges doivent avoir le temps de faire le ménage dans tous les appartements avant 16 h. Cependant, en cas de problème, n'hésitez pas à contacter la conciergerie qui est ouverte de 9 h à 19 h du lundi au vendredi.

Had everything we needed for our stay, loved that the apartment was so close to the lake and local markets. Having outdoor lock g spaces was a real bonus. Would happily recommend this listing.

    The layout is a little quirky, but for a large family reunion it turned out to be a great place right in the center of old Annecy. The management company was very responsive to a problem we had and made sure we were taken care of. The large terrace was a great place to gather for drinks or meals. Both American and French members of our family reunion were happy. If you are a large group wanting to be together at an affordable place this is the right place for you. Be aware - 3 baths but 2 toilets and automatic lights in the hallway to the bathroom are very helpful but May be an issue if someone is sleeping on the couch. We loved being a couple of minutes walk away from everything in such a beautiful town.
