Super séjour au coeur d'Annecy
Positive: L'emplacement, au coeur d'Annecy, à quelques minutes à pied de tous les points d'intérêt. Le parking sécurisé et peu cher juste en face. Les 30 % de réduction dans 4 restaurants partenaires.. Le confort général du logement. Negative: Le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (les verres à pied notamment) et la propreté de la vaisselle. Nous avons dû relaver tout ce que nous avons utilisé. Il y avait également de grandes toiles d'araignée au plafond dans le salon.

Loved our stay here. The apartment is in a great location, in the old town but also very near the lake. Beds were so comfortable, we slept really well. Very clean with all new furniture and fittings, in excellent condition and equipped with everything you need. Didn’t have any issues with noise. Thoroughly recommend it.

Best apartment in Annecy?
Positive: Second to none location within Annecy and a very well appointed and clean apartment. Highly recommend. Negative: A little cosy for four people but didn't hinder the enjoyment of the apartment. There are two flights of stairs with no lift which might be difficult for some guests but didn't bother us.

Excellent stay in a central location and great hosts! Tight in some areas for our family of 5, but that is to be expected in Europe. Had everything we needed and laundry services were literally a 2 minute walk away. Loved the downstairs restaurant as well. We enjoyed the area and walked everywhere even though we had a rental from our stay in Switzerland. Apartment was lovely, but could have stood some additional cleaning. Overall would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Dirty and could do with a deep clean
Positive: No comment Negative: The place was extremely dirty. The host should take some time out to come and visit their properties as cleaners are clearly not doing their job. Dirty used pants in the drawer, disgusting carpets, sofa that needs disinfecting and months of dust on the shelves. Three people stayed for 4 nights. They provided 4 coffee bags, 4 dishwasher tablets, no handsoap and shower gels. A heads up to buy your own items would be better. The host then sends a message to clean the property before we checkout. Value the feedback and act on it yourselves right away rather than sending a cleaner who simply didnt care.

This is a little gem for first timers into Annecy who wants to explore the areas around the lake and the old quarters. We Whist the whole apartment is quite small, it is well appointed and we had everything required. Parking at the multi level car park at hotel de ville was reasonable at €11/day. Caroline was also very responsive and flexible with check in and check out timings.

Negative: כשהגענו, הדירה לא היתה מוכנה ונאלצנו לצאת לשעה וחצי עד שינקו ויסדרו אותה. הניקוז באמבטיה לא עבד כמו שצריך ובכל מקלחת כל חדר האמבטיה התמלא מים.... הדירה קטנה וקצת צפופה לחמישה אנשים. בקושי היה לנו מקום לשים את המזוודות.

Positive: Asunto oli todella hyvällä ja keskeisellä paikalla. Annecyn nähtävyydet ja vanhakaupunki sijaitsivat siinä vieressä mukavasti. Myös järven rantaan ja puistoon on lyhyt matka. Asunto oli siisti ja joka huoneessa oli ilmalämpöpumppu. Keittiö ja vessat olivat tosi siistejä ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Suosittelen! Negative: Autopaikkaa ei ole ihan vieressä mutta lähes vastapäätä on parkkihalli.

A clean modern apartment in a perfect location right in the old city and across from parking garage. We did have to pay for parking. There were 4 of us and the accommodations were tight but beds were comfortable and air conditioning much appreciated since it was 90F when we were there. Overall it was an excellent stay.
