Very nice room in a fabulous location. Everything was just as described and pictured. Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. Deck looked great but we were unable to use it due to weather. Easy self check-in and great communication with the owner. Parking in public lot directly across the street. Included breakfast was very nice too. On the downside, some of the dishes had been put back still dirty so we had to wash everything before use. Also, the 10:00 check-out was a bit early for us.

Really well located, nicely laid out and generally very happy with our stay here.
Positive: Very well located, close walking distance to the old town, shops and tourist attractions. Negative: The unit is self catering and a little lacking on some essentials required or usually found in self catering apartments, there were also things missing like wine glasses (only 1) so the host should maybe look at restocking / replacing these missing items to ensure a more comfortable stay for the guests.

Positive: Localisation et modernité Negative: A mon arrivée, pas de linge de toilette. Après 2 messages j’arrive à joindre le lendemain seulement le numéro indiqué qui prend en compte ma demande. Heureusement je croise 30’ plus tard la femme de ménage qui, désolée et professionnelle, me remet le linge e toilette. Idem, la dotation en cuisine est très faible (pas assez de couverts et tous dépareillés, 1 seul verre à vin, …)

Très beau logement avec un emplacement central en plein cœur de la vieille ville. L’appartement est grand, spacieux et dispose d’une grande terrasse privée. À proximité immédiate du lac, de nombreux commerces et restaurants et des centres d’intérêts. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Annecy. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins avant 8:30, ++++. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter à Annecy Rent Lodge. À bientôt

The apartment was in a great location, right in the heart of old town close to the water and the price was very reasonable for the location. All around, the apartment itself was as advertised. The free breakfast included was very nice. Communication from the owner/management was good. All around, good experience and would stay again. A few minor issues which led to 4 instead of 5 stars. When we arrived the apartment had almost no soap. The hand soaps and shower dispenser were all empty. We asked for soap and they gave us a bunch of little shower gels and shampoo like you’d get in a hotel but we never got more hand soap. The shower was a little smelly. It had stale/musky water smell down the drain. Shower also didn’t get very hot.

Positive: Cosy appartment right in the centre of Annecy, beautiful design, huge balcony (bigger than the flat haha), breakfast served in the morning, convenient to travel to Negative: Really late check-in, property was not available earlier. At one point after we checked it - someone opened the door and walked it. We realised that it was a cleaner with the towels for us, but it scared us a bit. We were 3 people, but the breakfast was for 2 only for some reason. And yes - BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE STEP AFTER THE ENTRANCE DOOR. There should really be some sign or bright carpet or a simple step - very dangerous and you could fall.

일단 조식을 주는게 정말정말 좋았습니다. 매일 아침에 바게트와 빵, 요거트를 준비해주시는데 정말 맛있고, 끼니 걱정 없이 아침을 시작할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 테라스도 엄청 넓고, 안시 호수랑 엄청 가까워서 수영하고 돌아오는데 편했습니다. 안내해주신 내용을 잘 이해하지 못해서 마지막 날 쓰레기 처리를 잘못된 방식으로 했는데 죄송했습니다. 그럼에도 친절하게 직접 처리하겠다고 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 안시 기차역에서도 도보 10분정도 걸리고 구시가지 안에 있는 숙소라서 어느 식당이나 카페를 이용하기도 편리합니다.

Was good but could be so much better.
Positive: Large terrace Breakfast was very good and nice to have delivered to front door Negative: The huge step (about 20-25cms) down into apartment at front door and no warning on the door about this. My husband opened the door and literally fell into the apartment. This is very dangerous and I can’t understand why there isn’t a note in the door, this doesn’t take a lot of effort from the host but could stop a potential injury in the future. When in bed there was noise from apartment above whenever they flushed the toilet, this woke us up. Pillows are filled with bits of foam, these could be better and my boys said the sofa bed wasn’t comfy at all, very soft and squeaked when they moved. Lack of communication when I asked a question for three days leading up to our arrival, never did get an answer but they were very quick to ask when I’d be checking out.

Super appartement.
Positive: La situation géographique parfaite, la voiture est restée au parking en face et ont à visités à pieds. La proximitée du lac avec les loueurs de bateaux et du centre-ville historique avec les nombreuses terrasses et commerces. Le confort de l'appartement et la terrasse à l'ombre en fin d'après-midi, parfait. Negative: Il y a eu une pluie sableuse (probablement la veille de notre arrivée) Le mobilier de la terrasse aurait eu besoin d'un coup de nettoyage mais c'est pas grave ont l'a fait nous même. C'est un détail histoire de dire quelque chose mais j'ai mis 10 sur 10 quand même car ont été vraiment content de l'appartement.

Two things stand out - the attentiveness of the host and the great location of the apartment, which is two minutes from the old town but away from the crowds, and two minutes through a leafy park to the lakeside, and ten minutes from the rail and bus station. Annecy itself is very pleasant, full of amenities, and things to do/places to eat. We would recommend getting up into the mountains, and going to the Annecy food market in the streets of the old town.

You couldn’t find a more central location to the old town and lake. Everything is on your doorstep but you can’t hear any traffic at night. The size of the private balcony is amazing and provides a perfect place to enjoy the breakfast which is thoughtfully provided each day. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent throughout our stay. I would definitely stay at Caroline’s apartment again, Nicole

Caroline’s apartment was perfectly located. Right above a fabulous seafood restaurant and steps to the river and old town. They brought us a beautiful breakfast every morning which was such a nice surprise. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and never had this service before! The terrace is beautiful and spacious. We were offered discounts for 5 great restaurants which was another bonus! I would highly recommend Caroline’s place in Annecy!
