Belle expérience pour un premier Séjour à Annecy, nous reviendrons!
Positive: - emplacement proche de tout, restaurants, commerces, glaces, boulangerie, boutiques de souvenirs, visites culturelles, parcs, lac - literie confortable - salle de douche bien - machine à café tassimo, prévoir des capsules café/thé - télévision avec Netflix - machine à laver/lave vaisselle très pratique Negative: Rien

Positive: Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet appartement, l'emplacement est vraiment idéal, on peut tout faire à pieds. Logement spacieux pour 4 (2 ad/ 2 enfants) avec un coin robinet/vaque bien pratique côté séjour pour ne pas déranger les autres qui sont dans la chambre (en l'occurrence pour nous c'était les enfants!). Petits SAS çà l'entrée bien pratique pour les poussettes ou autre matériel salissant. Parking à qq mètres (payant) Service de livraison du pti déj à domicile (je ne l'ai pas utilisé car une boulangerie se situe juste en face mais je trouve cela très bient) Réduction sur qq restaurants, nous avons mangé O SAVOYARD c'état délicieux. Negative: pas d'aération naturelle ..il faut bien ouvrir les fenêtres

Positive: Location peut être interessant... Negative: Nous avons pris plus d'une heure pour pouvoir obtenir les cles dans la fameuse boite à clés. Il faudrai y songer à la renover. Heureusement qu'un membre de notre famille a pu venir nous aider. Nous sommes restés dans un froid de loups par un mauvais temps, un grand 31 décembre.... Mauvaise experience. Ensuite, l'ambiance d'halloween dans le hall d'entrée... vraiment pas TOP... Une vitre cassée avec des nids d'arraignées... Vraiment LUQUBRE ...Poussiere sous le lit et couverts salles dans le porte couvert dans le tirroir. Machine à laver la vaisselle, inserviable... Salle... Enfin pas vraiment bien entretenu....

Excellent séjour à Annecy ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville et accéder facilement à toutes les activités proposées. Literie très confortable, l’appartement est bien aménagé, bien décoré et propre. L’hôte est réactif et bienveillant. Tout était parfait.

The apartment is nicely renovated and its location is perfect. The old town is gorgeous, so pittoresque. We stayed for two nights and did not use the kitchen a lot. It worked well in this way. The bed and the beddings were comfortable and of good quality, which was a big plus. And even though there was a chilly weather, it was nice and warm in the apartment. To be noted: the old town buildings have moist problems. If you are sensitive to mold, don't book there. This apartment was well renovated and had no issues. However, you can smell the history in the hallway. The house rules pointed the importance of recycling. When we were looking for recycling bins, a person working in the building told us to take everything out to the general bins in front the building.

Positive: Très bon emplacement au centre-ville piéton, logement bien agencé, literie très confortable et propre et équipement pour bébé disponible. On y retournerait avec plaisir! Negative: Rien à signaler à part quelques suggestions d’améliorations : - prévoir quelques capsules de café - mieux nettoyer le sol (qui brille ceci dit) car il salissait nos chaussettes - prévoir un plus grand drap pour la couette du salon (car il était pour une personne)

Nice apartment for couple although furnishings a bit worn. The only downside of being in such a wonderful central location in the old town was the noise until well after 10pm every night, even with windows closed.

Great location spoilt by current building works.
Positive: Comfortable bed, good shower, location in the old town, washing machine, iron. Negative: We had no notification of very loud and intrusive building work from 8am to 5pm daily. Doors were left propped open to the street. The apartment smelt very strongly of cigarette. We were surprised at the request to strip the beds, clean the kitchen and take out the garbage upon leaving- this felt more like an Airbnb than booking.com.

Positive: Good access to most things, including lake, restaurants,etc. Apartment well equipped. Negative: Noise! Lots of both late night and very early noise from delivery of goods to local restaurants. Basic supplies were limited. Two coffee pods, very old tea bags, no sugar, and limited loo paper for 8 nights stay. As the apartment is managed through an agent, I expected the basics to be done well.

Nous n'avons juste pas apprécié la visite inopinée dans l'appartement de la conciergerie sans nous en avoir informé ni avant, ni après surtout que la porte d'entrée avait été laissée ouverte après leur passage …

Great stay in Annecy center
Positive: We had a lovely stay and spent a very good time in the apartment. We appreciated the position right in the center with the Parking very close. The shower is nice and spatious, the sheets clean and the bed comfortable. We'd come back again. Negative: Being in the city center and sorrounded by restaurants and markets in the morning, your sleep can suffer a bit if you want to keep the window open. But we didn't mind.

Our one night stay in Annecy was wonderful and just what we needed as we drove from Paris to Italy. Caroline is a great host, super responsive and the apartment was amazing. Right in the heart of the old city, you really get to feel the vibe of the town and everything was short walk, the laneways, lake and great restaurants. We parked in the Chateaux carpark which was very reasonably priced and only about 200m from the apartment, but be ready, there are lots of stairs to get down to the apartment from there. Other carpark options are available with less steps. Great place to stay!
