Un super endroit où se pose le temps et en prendre pleins les yeux.
Positive: Le faite qu’il soit prêt de tout. L’établissement est super bien placé. Negative: Le nettoyage laisse à désirée. Poussière sur la tête de lit et les meubles pareil sous le canapé. 2/3 télécommande ne fonctionnait pas , on a du acheter nos piles. Mise à part ses détails, l’appartement est super

Positive: LE PETIT DEJEUNE A ETE PREPARE PAR NOS SOINS. LA SITUATION AU COEUR DE VILLE ETAIT GENIAL, NOUS AVONS GARE LA VOITURE DE L'ARRIVEE JUSQU'AU DEPART. JE REVIENDRAIS DANS CETTE LOCATION. Positive: Localisation parfaite, à 2 pas du lac et du vieux Annecy, l’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel, d’une propreté irréprochable. Somptueuse et grande terrasse. Positive: The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The sofa bed has a very comfortable mattress and is large like a bedroom. The location is 10/10, right in the center of the old town and 2 minutes walk from the lake. Communication with the agency was easy and pleasant. Quick check-in and check-out. I recommend it! The location is by far the best thing about this apartment. It’s so central and in such a beautiful area. Instructions were clear to check in however I had requested and had confirmed a baby crib which wasn’t there when I arrived. I messaged the host multiple times but just got generic messages back so we never got one. There is a really strong smell of sewage from the drains in the bathroom which spreads to whole apartment once you open the door. Main reason I wouldn’t go back. There was a party on in the apartment next door which absolutely blared music throughout the night. I messaged the host and was told to expect it given it was 31st Dec. Fair enough but I probably wouldn’t recommend it to young families if that’s the attitude.

C’est pour ça que j’ai réservé cette année aussi l’appart’ il est situé en centre d’Annecy c’est magnifique. Negative: L’appart’ que j’ai réservé pour six personnes, il était plutôt pour quatre personnes le canapé-lit dans le salon il est pas confortable. La propreté ça reste a désirée, salle de bain des odeurs , quatre chaises ,linge de salle de bain pour quatre personnes, Même pas une petite capsule de café pour le matin, je trouve le prix très élevé avec le service que vous proposez,

Positive: Tolle Lage, sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung. Eine schöne Dachterrasse. Insgesamt alles perfekt. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Negative: Apartment war nicht so groß und wäre für 5-6 Leute vermutlich etwas eng. Zu viert war es so in Ordnung.

Annecy 'the place to be' ! Pour les vacances ou pour le teletravail c'est l'endroit idéal
Positive: Nous avons aimé la situation géographique du logement, face au lac et à l'entrée du coeur de ville, et tout cela sans nuisance sonore. Nous nous sommes déplacés ensuite, uniquement à pied ou à vélo. La voiture est restée garée pendant tout notre séjour. Negative: Ce qui pourrait être amélioré ce serait d'avoir un petit bureau dans l'une des chambres, car nous avons teletravaillé. L'un de nous était dans le salon, mais l'autre dans la chambre n'avait pas de table ou tablette pour s'installer. Cela nous a un peu manqué.

Great apartment very well Situated in Annecy. Near restaurants and shops as well as the lake. Beautiful terrace. Easy parking in underground parking just infront of apartment (extra cost about 11 euro/day). Would definitely stay here again.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, entspricht den Bildern und ist sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Perfekte Wohnung, wenn man mitten in der Stadt wohnen möchte. Die öffentliche Tiefgarage ist direkt gegenüber und gut erreichbar. Die Fenster schließen erstaunlich gut und halten viel von den Straßengeräuschen ab.

Logement très agréable ! Idéalement situé, en plein centre d’Annecy. Accès facile avec parking à proximité. Restaurants, animations, activités et lac à proximité du logement. Le logement est ressemblant aux photos, la terrasse est très grande et agréable. Séjour agréable, je recommande !
