Positive: Appartement très bien avec 3 belles chambres. Équipement parfait. Negative: 1 chambre donnant sur 1 rue passante donc un peu de bruit avec les bus. Joints de la douche à refaire, un peu trop jaune / orangé, ce qui dénote avec le reste de l’appartement qui est très bien.

Bel appartement tout près de la gare d’Annecy et très joliment décoré. Le lac est accessible à pied et plusieurs restaurants se trouve autour de l’appartement. J’ai passé un bon séjour dans l’appartement et je le recommande.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat looked just like in the pictures and was clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out was easy with very detailed descriptions and a key box. The flat is located very close to the train station and nearly just as close to the city, so it is very easy to get there and to start exploring beautiful Annecy. There is also a little supermarket just across the street, so that‘s very helpful too. The nearest surroundings however are not very beautiful and sadly pretty loud because of the traffic (from 6am on working days). This affects the balcony (we did not use it) and the two rooms to the street side (living room and biggest bedroom), but is of course the price for the closeness to station and city. The other two bedrooms are on the back side and very calm. All windows can be made totally dark for sleeping. The kitchen is small but very nice for cooking and the dishwasher works very well. The sofa is very nice but has only space for three.

We had a nice stay in Annecy at Lionel's place. It is located within easy walking distance to the lake. Some things to consider though: The apartment is set near a busy intersection, so if you are a light sleeper you may need to stay in one if the bedrooms towards the back of the apartment. Im not sure if there is another way or not but there was no curtains on the window in the main bedroom at the front meaning the street light came through all night.

Notre séjour du 01 au 10 septembre 2023
Environnement bruyant , proche de la gare et des bus qui sonnent à longueur de journée et de soirée . Trafic de voitures bien présent . Le panier d'accueil est inexistant . Sauf si je comprends que c'est ce que laisse les autres locataires ..... La propreté c'est sans plus , les coussins et divan ne sont pas propres . La place de parking se situe à 500 m de la location ,difficile d'accès et difficile de se garer pour un SUV . Appartement bien équipé , vaisselle et appareils ménagers. Heureusement le soleil était présent toute la semaine et nous avons profité des bords du lac et des villages alentours.

Positive: The apartment was superb. The location was perfect for us travelling by train as it's very close to the station. It's a short walk to the lake and old town. Shops were also close by. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was hot while we were in Annecy so the air conditioning was very welcome and kept the apartment cool. We would stay again. Negative: A bit more information about what can and can't be recycled would be helpful. There was only one dishwasher tab and washing machine pod. A few more would be nice.

Positive: Die Wohnung ist genial. Super uns sehr gemschackvoll eingerichtet und sehr schönes Geschirr. Top Lage uns rühige Zimmer hinten raus. Negative: Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng. mit einem grossen SUV eher zu klein.
