    Positive: L'appartement était très sympa, joli et bien aménagé. Parfait pour notre séjour en famille à quatre. La literie était confortable, idem pour le canapé lit (qui s'apparente à un vrai lit). Niveau équipement, tout y est. Merci à G. pour sa disponibilité et ses réponses rapides quant à nos diverses questions. Negative: Petit bémol pour l'isolation phonique des fenêtres, nous avions l'impression de dormir avec une fenêtre mal fermée.

  23. Bon séjour mais environnement trop bruyant et trop fréquenté en raison de la proximité de la gare.

    Positive: Bonne organisation Negative: Le parking gratuit?c’est le parcours du combattant, j’ai préféré me diriger vers le parking public payant, dont l’accès était moins contraignant !! Impossibilité de régler la télévision sur les chaînes du service public.

    Positive: Apartament novíssim, practicament per estrenar. La cuina menjador molt ben equipada i tot l'espai molt ben estudiat i aprofitat. Lloc molt modern i acollidor en situació molt cèntrica. El parking es un plus excel.lent. Negative: Tot ens va agradar moltíssim! Ideal per estiu i també per hivern si voleu gaudir dels mercats de Nadal d'Annecy.

    Petit appartement cosy ! Proche de la gare parfait pour une arrivée en train. Un parking est à disposition à 5 minutes à pied du logement si l’arrivée ce fait en voiture. Proche des petits commerces ! Nous avons passés un agréable séjour.

    Positive: good location. has parking possibility nearby. Negative: it was not clean- bread crumbs everywhere, lots of hair, dirt, and a tampon wrapper that wasn’t cleaned from the bathroom after the previous guests; there was no soap in the bathroom, and dirty towel. Both remotes for the tv weren’t working so TV wasn’t usable. The host was contacted and at first they responded that someone will come, but nothing was done. Afterwards they were unresponsive to texts or calls. It was unfortunate and disappointing, because the issues could have been easily avoided or resolved.

    Positive: Very nice appartement, well equipped, but tiny. Lovely terrace; traffic sounds were ok for us. Ideal location and the parking is nearby (3-5min depending on your walking speed) Negative: The only downside in my eyes: the price was too high for such a little appartement.

    Positive: Clean , modern and well located apartment Negative: The parking is 7-10 mins walk from the apartment which can be very inconvenient if you have luggage and kids . It is also a bit tricky to park the car if you have a large car. Given the steep price, this was disappointing.

    The apartment looked just like the photos. It was modern, bright, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Bed and bedding was nice quality and all appliances worked well. However, IMO, it was superficially clean. There was a lot of hair debris on floors, rug, and under furniture, crumbs in kitchen drawers and hair in bath drawers. The location near the train and bus station was convenient but bus traffic made it noisy especially with windows open and on the terrace. The listing was somewhat inaccurate. There is no “dressing room” in the bedroom. There is a closet with space taken up by decorative items and extra bedding. There is no “dining room” only counter with bar stools. There are hand soap containers that were empty. Even with these shortfalls, which could easily be remedied, the apartment is very nice. If it were in a different location, I would give it 5 stars.

    Positive: - aircon - stylish design of apartment - good black out blinds - very well equipped kitchen - close to the centre of Annecy and the lake Negative: - terrible parking situation - yes it is free but it is a real pain to use. It also isn’t really possible to unload the car outside the apartment as they suggest as there is nowhere to stop and cars appear quickly behind you. You also have to collect and return the parking key to the apartment which means you are going to and fro when you arrive and when you leave - the bed was so small!! We didn’t even attempt to share it and so one of us slept in the bed and one on the sofa bed (and we are not big people) - the apartment could have been cleaner - our baby was crawling around on the floor and got quite dirty - better attention to detail required - the hand soap was empty in the bathroom and whilst there was an nespresso machine there were no pods so on our first morning we had to go to the shop to buy coffee - the building the apartment is in is very basic
