This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location! Walkable to the train station, the historic old town, the lake, the castle, the basilica… all were in easy walking distance-as was the post office, a small health food grocery store, tons of cafes and restaurants, and the Sunday market. The apartment is on the 5th floor (there is an elevator!) so it also has great views! A highly functional kitchen, and comfortable living space for 3 people. Lionel also provided a great list of things to do in the area - very thoughtful! I would encourage staying in this location, especially if you’re coming in by train and will be on foot. It’s a great spot!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, moderne Einrichtung und sehr gute Ausstattung, auch in der Küche. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer über einen abtrennbaren Raum mit guter Schlafcouch verfügt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und der Fluss und Restaurants, Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

My husband and I are traveling France for 6 weeks. This was our second Airbnb. We stayed for 6 nights. Lionel’s flat exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. The bed was very comfy. It was bright and spacious. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. A great location also. I highly recommend this flat!

Lovely place to stay, clean and beautiful location. Possibly not the best of you're looking to stay more than a few days, didn't get enough cleaning items for example dishwasher tablet only got one. Also no nespresso pods, usually provided in other airbnbs. Loved the experience though.

We had a lovely stay! Absolutely gorgeous apartment with stunning balcony views of the mountains. An extremely comfortable bed and we were very pleased with the cleanliness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There are two “Building 3” entrance doors, so it was a little confusing when we arrived, but we easily discovered the right entrance.

Le logement est idéalement situé au coeur d’Annecy, calme, la literie est très confortable. Autour, tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied, les restaurants sont nombreux, le lac d’Annecy tout proche. Tout est conforme à la description. Séjour parfait !

This was a very nice apartment in a quiet residential building. It's on the fifth floor but there is an elevator. While it is not in the heart of the Old Town, it is very close and very walkable -and is also a bit quieter and calmer area. quick walk from train station too and to the Lake. Neighborhood felt comfortable and safe. the apt is very spacious with LR, DR, Kitchen, shower/sink, and separate toilet, plus MBR. well appointed, very comfortable (very comfy bed!) It was just the two of us, but this would be great for 4.. Washer, drying rack, dishwasher, stove, Fridge all very helpful. AC was great, plus a fan if needed. We would highly recommend the apartment. The only issue we had was with getting the keys. Listing said self checkin, but were subsequently told to pick up/ drop off keys at the agency - 10 minute walk in opposite direction from apt.. Not a big deal, but added a bit to a long trip. Maybe just update the listing to be clearer. Otherwise, highly recommend.

We loved our 7 night stay at the apartment. 5th floor. Amazing views towards the Chateau and mountains. 2 minutes walk to the edge of the old town. Very clean inside. Very secure as access to the building is via a swipe. Very secure lock to the door of the apartment. Elevator is tiny so if you don't like small spaces, you will need to be prepared to walk up the 5 flights of stairs. I did that and appreciated the opportunity to exercise! The only improvements that we felt could be addressed: Management company to have better process for ensuring correct items are supplied in the apartment and that this corresponds to what is stated in the information book. It's not ideal to have to collect and then drop off the key to the office which is situated 10 min walk/4 min drive away along a busy confusing one way street with no where to pull in if you are in a car. Hope to return one day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy and in this apartment. It was central, close to the train and bus station, as well as the shops and the old town so we were able to walk everywhere. When a landslide between Italy and France disrupted our journey to Annecy, Caroline was super helpful and rearranged our dates. We ended up staying an extra day and we're so glad we did as there is so much to do - Annecy castle, Lake swimming, walks around the lake and up the mountains, and a bus/cycle to Menthon Saint Bernard is highly recommended too for a fabulous castle visit. The only negative was booking somewhere right by the rail station and then having to walk 5 mins in the other direction with heavy bags to collect/drop keys but in the grand scheme of things it was minor. Ultimately, we highly recommend both this location and the apartment and would happily return.

We stayed at Caroline’s apartment for 4 nights and had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious and quite comfortable, except for the lack of air conditioning. I knew this when I booked it, but we underestimated how hot it would be in Annnecy and how hot the apartment would get. There were two fans provided but with temperatures between 32-35 degrees C, it did not help much. The apartment is also on the 5th floor so it was just brutally hot. This is not the fault of Caroline - air conditioning isn’t widely available in Annecy. I just want to warn other guests about this, as it did impact our experience. Also, the elevator was so small, even for 2 people and it made me nervous, so I often took the stairs. It worked fine though! Otherwise, everything was great, location was excellent and walkable. Parking was a bit of an issue, but there was a paid lot very close. Prices were reasonable. All in all, a great stay but beware of the heat in summer!

Apartment was great overall. Very clean, nice view, good location. Something odd, is that the shower did not have any cold/cool water. We did get switched to this unit the day before our stay, but the communication was good. Original apartment was more updated and had AC.. this apartment did not have AC. Caroline is super responsive and helpful, I’d recommend her apartments to anyone in the area.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour, l'appartement est très bien situé à 3mn a pieds de la gare et à 10mn du lac d'Annecy. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et bien équipé, avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes et les toits de la ville. La literie est de bonne qualité et les hôtes arrangeants. Nous recommandons ce logement!
