I highly recommend this place! The view of the lake and mountains from the balcony was incredible. Modern & clean interior. I would for sure return. Please note: If you don’t like lifts the accommodation is up 8 flights of stairs & the lift is very small.

L’appartement idéal pour passer un séjour sur Annecy. Confort, moderne, spacieux, en font un logement d’exception. Deux balcons dont un avec vue sur le lac d’Annecy ainsi les massifs montagneux qui l’entourent. Situé à 5 minutes du lac d’Annecy ainsi que de sa Petite Venise . Commerces, restaurant, théâtre, places de parking à proximité. Facile d’accès, la communication avec Elsa fût fluide, flexible et fort sympathique. À recommander fortement !

Positive: No comment Negative: L'appartement n'était pas propre ni bien rangé. Le lave vaisselle il était plein des plats des autres locataires mais ils n'étaient pas propres et on a du les laver. En plus, les placards ils était mal organisés et sale a l'interieur: on a du les ranger et les laver. En plus, on a trouver un sac de poubelles plein et mouillé au balcon qu'il était là-bas depuis quelques jours. Et comme ça, dans tous les placards de l'appartement: ils n'étaient pas rangés, ni propres, ni organisés... En plus, le dernier jour on a voulu cuisiner des pizzas mais le four il était sale, plein d'huile. Vraiment dégueulasse. On voyait bien que ça faisait longtemps que personne ne nettoyait à fond l'appartement. On est vraiment déçus: l'appartement est modernisé et très bien situé, au centre ville. Nous avons informé de quelques soucis dès qu'on l'a vu mais la réponse ça était: désolée, je vais informer de ça. Mais personne n'est venue ranger ni nettoyer. Nous avons voyagé dans des autres endroits plus simples et plus propres...

Nous prenons très au sérieux vos remarques sur la propreté et l'organisation de l'appartement. Votre retour nous permet de comprendre ce qui n'a pas fonctionné et d'améliorer ces aspects pour les futurs séjours. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous ayez trouvé l'appartement dans cet état et nous avons immédiatement pris des mesures pour remédier à cette situation. Très bel appartement, bien situé.
Positive: L'appartement est bien situé à Annecy. Il se situe proche de la vieille ville, des commerces, des restaurants et du lac. L'apparemment a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de standing. Les deux balcons ont également été bien apprécié. Situés au 8ème étage (un ascenseur monte jusqu'au 7ème), la vue est sympa sur les toits (on y voit même un bout du lac :)) La literie était confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Negative: L'appartement n'est pas équipé de place de parking mais nous le savions. Un parking public se situe vraiment à proximité donc ce n'est pas vraiment un problème.

Modern, cozy apartment with perfect view and location
Positive: The apartment is modern, very cozy and clean as well as equipped with everything that you can wish for. The location is perfect, just 5 min from the train station and in walking distance to restaurants, the lake and the old part of town. The balcony with view at the lake and the mountains is perfect for a breakfast in the morning sun with fresh baked goods from the boulangerie across the street. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Negative: Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work because the mainline was broken. So it was nothing that the staff could fix but they still tried everything to help us and were a great support.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The interior was beautifully decorated with top-notch appliances, and the amenities made us feel like we were in a hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and having a superb bakery across the street was a bonus. The host was very responsive. There were only a couple of small downsides: the WiFi didn't work, and we missed having a second fan as it does get hot in summer. Note: with small kids, be cautious about leaving the floor-to-ceiling windows open. Highly recommended overall!

La Conceirgerie was great. I'm sure my lack of French skills were the only negative in communicating. We had a lot of difficulty parking or understanding where parking was located, so we just kept moving the car on the street (total pain). The home was amazing and beautiful, we were very comfortable. Everything was new. There is wallpaper in the bathroom that the water hits, that was a bit confusing for us, but I am sure that eventually they will have to replace that with tile. A little directory of good restaurants and things to do would be lovely. Lastly, for weary travelers it would be wonderful to have a lockbox to arrive at a time most convenient for the traveler, opposed to meeting a real person. But that was just a minor inconvenience for us, since we were driving in and didn't know exact time. We would stay there again many times over and really loved the homes vibe!
