A very walkable location if you’re coming to visit Annecy for the first time. Clean space, pretty views off of the multiple balconies, and hosts were very easy to communicate with and organize the drop off of keys.

Super emplacement ,spacieux, c'est la 3 eme fois que l'on vient à Annecy et pour nous cet appartement est vraiment le mieux des 3. C'est pour nous l'ideal. Conseil : se garer en arrivant au parking Bonlieu,prendre un abonnement de 2,3 ou 5 jours, c'est economique,pas stressant et securisant.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay in a lovely location
Positive: Location is excellent very central near to the lake, town centre, bus and railway stations. Appartment is spacious and well heated which was needed in November Negative: I don't have any dislikes but perhaps in need of a little maintenance

Elegant, spacious apoartment in a great location only a few minutes walk from the lake and the old town, and with bus stops right outside. Very nicely furnished and comfortable living room/dining area and main bedroom in particular. Spotlessly clean. Nice little balconies overlooking trees and a small park across the road. Shame that the second double bedroom had such a thin mattress but will be OK for people who sleep well and aren’t too fussy about comfy beds!. It’s also unfortunate that despite the description indicating two toilets there is only one, but two shower rooms for some reason! Host was helpful and good communication at all times. Overall a great stay in beautiful Annecy - thank you.
