2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our 3 adults stay. Nice bathroom, separate toilet, lovely loungeroom and small balcony to take in the surroundings outside. Easy walk to the lake, casino; many shops and bars tucked in the streets behind. Its about a 20 minute flat and scenic walk to downtown. Only negatives were - there are quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment if you have suitcases; Also, the cleaner turned up to clean the place 5 minutes before checkout time... came inside the apartment as we were about to leave.. couldnt he have waited until we were out? I found this extraordinary and awkward that he thought this was ok. We were leaving right on 10am, give us some space to get out the door old mate! The owner should address this with the cleaner as it was quite rude to assume this was ok. Apart from this glitch, the apartment was great.

Great little AirBnB and the host was very friendly and allowed us to check out super early. Perfect location to walk to the old town along the lake, only took around 15 minutes. Nice little supermarket 2 minutes walk away, which we visited everyday. Only downside is the shower didn’t have a wall bracket for the shower head, so that was a bit of a nuisance having to hold it. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

Très bon séjour passé dans cet appartement bien agencé, la literie est de très bonne qualité, logement très bien placé, petits commerces de proximité, arrêt de bus tout près . Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances dans cette ville remarquable par la beauté qui l’entoure.

Great stay here, we stayed as a group of 4 and there was plenty of room. The apartment itself is lovely and we had all of the amenities we needed. The walk to the old-town can take 15-20 minutes, but the route takes you down by the side of the lake and you get to see all of the stunning views. Annecy on the whole, is a beautiful place! Our host was great, the communication was good and we checked in when we needed to after our travels. I would highly recommend.

This was a great place for my daughter and I on vacation! It is a short walk to the beach area and 20 minute walk to old-town Annecy. There is a grocery store, Patisserie, Chocolaterie, etc...all close by! There was also parking included next to the building!

Positive: L'appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, molto carino, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Il gestore si è mostrato molto disponibile per organizzare un late check-in oltre l'orario limite delle 21:00 permettendoci di ritirare le chiavi dell'appartamento anche in tarda serata, senza richiedere alcun supplemento, con istruzioni chiare e facili da seguire. Annecy è una città davvero carina. Negative: Purtroppo, ma non a causa del gestore che dichiarava corretto l'indirizzo dell'appartamento, booking collocava sulla cartina l'alloggio nelle pertinenze del centro storico quando invece si trova in un'altra posizione a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. La camminata è anche piacevole perché sul lungo lago ma, avendo io problemi alla schiena, sapendolo avrei optato per un'altra collocazione. Inoltre Booking dichiarava che la prenotazione era a cancellazione gratuita fino al 29/2/24 e che fino a quella data non avrei pagato nulla, invece appena proceduto con la prenotazione mi sono trovato numerosi messaggi del gestore che mi invitavano a pagare metà della quota entro 3 giorni. (senza chiarire se avrei avuto diritto a rimborsi a meno in caso di annullamento) La stessa cosa si è poi ripetuta ovviamente a 3 giorni dal 29 Febbraio con avvisi quotidiani che mi informavano di avere X giorni di tempo per effettuare il saldo. Sul pagamento sono stati decisamente proattivi, meno sul darmi le indicazioni dato che al pomeriggio del giorno della partenza, ho dovuto sollecitare la richiesta delle istruzioni per il self check in concordato in precedenza e per il parcheggio. (la mail dalla struttura con i suggerimenti per il parcheggio l'ho addirittura ricevuta la mattina del giorno seguente alle 8:00 quando avevamo già soggiornato lì una notte) preferendo invece informarsi con un giorno di anticipo sull'orario preciso della nostra partenza. insomma, sulla comunicazione con il cliente che si rivela piuttosto lacunosa, eccessiva e insistente c'è ancora molto margine di miglioramento. Consiglio inoltre l'aggiunta di ulteriori cuscini per la camera magari un po' consistenti degli attuali che sono davvero terribili (personalmente ho preferito usare quelli del divano). Prendo atto che la struttura sia da poco su booking ed alcune cose siano ancora da rivedere e migliorare.

Appartement bien placé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre ancien. Commerces de proximité à quelques centaines de mètres. Sûrement encore plus agréable lorsque vient la saison de profiter du lac tout proche également.
